Structure that turned out to be superior to what I expected. Starting from the scent you smell as soon as you open the entrance door to the apartments. It is possible to check in remotely, but the owner chose to come by to meet us in person and introduce us to the rooms. All very spacious and all very clean.
There are details that cannot fail to be mentioned, such as the presence of pods for all the coffee/tea you want and water in the fridge, a much appreciated gesture because especially late in the evening you may not have the opportunity to purchase it, so it becomes a It's a great luxury to be able to open the fridge in the common areas and take a bottle for yourself (free of charge). As you can see from the photos, the rooms are very large, equipped with a window. The bathroom has a very large French window, perfect for air exchange. The double sink in our case was an additional comfort! There are very varied toilet kits available to the customer.
There is a large TV in the room, with Netflix and other apps.
I was in this facility for a concert that took place a few minutes from there, so I highly recommend it if you were to go for the same reason as me. If you are looking for a place where the manager truly makes you feel at home, and pampered by a clean, spacious, modern environment, then this B&B is for you.
In the neighborhood there are many places where you can have a quick meal or restaurants.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but we had an absolutely great time.
The room also exceeded the expectations of the photos, modern, clean room with all comforts. There is also a small balcony with a crazy view that we used to have breakfast outdoors.
The common area is also very nice, it is a structure that I absolutely recommend.
The location was very convenient, a few meters away is the D. A. Stadium. Maradona and the Palapartenope theatre.
The owner of the property is also a very kind, easy-going person. I will save the contact for the next times we return.

We stayed 2 nights in this wonderful b&b and had a really great time. The owner was really kind and super helpful. The very modern rooms equipped with all comforts.
The location is optimal both for going to the stadium 5 minutes on foot, for going to the comicon 5 minutes on foot and for taking the metro and going to the center 5 minutes on foot too. The B&B also offers a common kitchen with water always available and the possibility of making coffee and herbal teas.
Breakfast is offered in a nearby pastry shop that produces delicious croissants.
I really highly recommend staying at this b&b!

We stayed overnight last weekend. Easter in Naples.
The structure, brand new, is very elegant and very clean, taking care of the smallest details. It is very close to a hotel and a b&b. Any service is practically within walking distance, subway, parking (they have an affiliated one under the building), restaurants, pizzerias.
Room chosen overlooking Viale Augusto which, although it may appear busy, offers tranquility and peace.
The property is very friendly and ready to satisfy even the slightest request, always present and never intrusive.
Highly recommended.

I stayed in the property in February for the post-Valentine's Day weekend, and I was surprised on all fronts: for the convenience of the location, for the comfort of the room and for the technology that characterizes it. Check in is completely automated, as is check out, thus avoiding all the hassle that usually follows. The rooms were furnished with a modern eye and I must say that it was beyond expectations, there was a lack of rooms of this standard in the neighborhood, I will definitely return. Very central location but despite this extremely quiet rooms given the location on the fifth floor and the soundproofing of the very recent fixtures.

I had an exceptional stay at this bed and breakfast. The structure is welcoming, well looked after and brand new! the room was clean and comfortable with super spacious bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is strategic as it is well connected to the metro station and this made our every move simple. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
