Very nice rooms with small kitchen and a balcony.

When I was booking this place, I found it to be suspiciously affordable. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, major malls and the promenade. The reviews were good, but I was sceptical. Then, it turned out to be even better than I was hoping! The building is neat and clean, nicely decorated, same with the rooms. Oleg was great! He was there on time, very friendly and welcoming, helpful to the point that I could tell that he truly cares about the wellbeing of his guests. He went above and beyond my expectations: told us about the city and the neighbourhood, gave us tips, offered a hair dryer, then offered a clothes hanging rack, reminded us to take water with us, plus other stuff. When we needed a corkscrew, I sent him a quick text, and literally a few minutes later he showed up at our door with one. I wish him and his business all the best! Now, this isn't technically a hotel, which is what he says, but more of an apartment complex, therefore it's a little different than what you might expect. Most importantly, the lobby isn't open to the public 24/7 as hotels usually are, so keep that in mind.

Very nice and good value. Close to sea, beach and all things touristy. Staff is not onsite 24 hours but very attentive when they are there. Would definitely book again.

It was very clean and close to the sea. Nothing more than I can say. Silent, and there are plates that can be used to cook. No Gym. It's very small. Just wait for a good place to sleep in comfort.

Very nice place. Not all amenities are top notch but good value for the price they ask. Very central and easy to reach everything. Parking is an issue all over the city, best is to get a 24 hours ticket for 25 shekels especially because it allows you to park anywhere in Eilat (blue-white) not just where you bought it. The advertised free parking is not really as it sounds. That parking lot does not belong to this hotel and is located between the airport and Dan panorama hotel, a short walk away and is in essence a "legal wild spot". The free entrance to wellness was nowhere to be found.

There are many things to say, a lot of cons, it is the airport across the road, the promised sea view turned into a park view and then the Bus ( ( ( ( (in the bathroom there is a little mould, this place is a night, there is not rest, bed good hard mattress, linen clean, I I hope the owner will fix the question of mold, even minus, although not quite negative, and the inconvenience could put coffee tea and sugar, do not need a lot, a couple of sachets, and so had to buy. The hotel is not far from the promenade, around a lot of cafes where tasty prepare for reasonable prices, if you plan to come to Eilat all day to walk, and in the evening to come to take a shower and fall asleep is what you need, the photo below is a suite with a bed King-Size on me solid 4

The balcony was the only thing nice but not something we look for when booking a place… We didn't even used it. We had an appartment on the second floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our bags up the stairs, they should warn you about that before booking. We took a horrible surprise. Apart from that, they also said they had parking and guess what! 'Their' parking was a free city parking 3 blocks away! To top ir all the host was rude to us. Definitely not recomended!

Simple but good, friendly hotel. Very well located, with all shopping facilities right in the house or around the corner no luxury hotel but a good cheap alternative. The airport located directly in front of the House (inland) did not disturb us. Friendly Desk.

Very bad manner management. Not hospitality at all. Price for your booking could change imidiately without let you know. Shame on you guys. The attitude of the management, in Oleg's employee: a month after booking, the Booker informed about the problems with the credit card and made a reservation (the hotel did not try to contact). Before the trip of the week, the price rose one and a half times. Asked to put back the reservation at the old price with the offer of instant payment. Oleg said to go to book at a new price or go know where. Brilliantly! Going to live in a normal hotel, not in a Sharashkin office. I am sure that it is simply impossible to make a late check in this apartment or ask for some sign of hospitality.

Low cost rooms reserve by web site only, nice rooms, some with big porch, hot water maker no coffee bags, no parking must buy day pass.

Very friendly staff. Nice room, close to beach, mall, shops, and food. Right next to airport though, you will hear the planes most all night and day.

Apartment style hotel with a big comfortable room and friendly staff.

A nice simple inn with spacious rooms. It is clean but could use some renovation. It is right by the airport so it tends to be a bit noisy.
