Stayed at the Hotel Americana 8.05.18-10.05.18. Good service, clean rooms, staff friendly. Everything was great.

Very nice hotel, but the pool was unheard and was cold. The sauna was dirty and the hot tub had a scum. The room was very clean and was nice, the view was not so good. The food was very tasty and a very good selection. The over all experience was good. You cant go wrong staying here, over all.

For This money is not bad. I am Glad that not so far from the sea.

Good service but the toilets are to be redone for the chambras on the ground floor.

Large room-very clean, I have good Wi-Fi signal, big swimming pool, nice kitchen. A bit noisy if you open window, but you get use to it Shops just across the street, restaurant next door. Sea just walking distance. If you looking for place to live that is not here-if you looking for place to stay-exellent hotel. I recommend.

Good value for money. Nice reception, friendly and helpful staff. Simple rooms. Pool not bad.

Rooms are small, but there is no time to sit in the rooms, the sea! There is a fridge and a TV, a kettle. The food is delicious-the choice is huge, even try it all fails! I liked it, I recommend it!

Central area! Nice and quiet, good service. It isn't the fanciest hotel but over all, I was very happy to stay there!

Location: From the hotel to the North Beach promenade by the marina about 600 m.
Staff: Friendly staff who ruled the usual chaos on Friday evenings, staged by a handful of guests.
Price: $250 for the double room, two nights including breakfast, the time of the holiday was mid-January, i. E. Low season. Israel is not a cheap destination.
The breakfast was very good.
The hotel was a bit older, but was well maintained, the rooms had a relatively fresh renovation. Cleanliness flawless.
Internet: Free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Free in-room safe.
Parking on the street was readily possible, but with parking ticket vending machines.

This was the last hotel on our Israel trip. The food was not at all taste, felt from the previous day the rooms are actually okay except that there is a lot of mold in the bathroom.
When I turned on the air conditioner, this stuff came out (see picture) on my clothes etc have become filthy where I complained, they provided me with a worse room.
Like I said. Am GARNICJZ to peace…
The second star is only because the city of Eilat is only 50m away.

A hotel for party lovers. Food is decent and plentiful. Staff are nice and helpfull. Wifi is slow.

Hello world. We stayed in the hotel for two. The location of the hotel is perfect-everything is close by. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food will satisfy any preference. The choice of dishes is not colossal but everything was fresh and tasty. The pool is open, without heating but in summer it is not necessary. There is a Jacuzzi and saunas. The hotel is not modern but for a good holiday fits without a doubt. The price is very good (will remain money for other expenses and entertainment). Breakfast and dinner were very good. I advise everyone, but you decide. Thank you.

I work at the Americana hotel in kindergarten.

The hotel is not suitable for family with children nor older couples due to unbelievable level of noice at night. Microwave didn't work. The choice of food is limited. Some staff is curtious other is not. Overall not a pleasant experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked it here.

Location is pretty decent, the rooms themselves not too much but it's manageable, kinda need to remind them to clean and bring towels but I'd u get it cheap than is ok.

The hotel justifies its three stars. If you want to spend more money on entertainment and excursions-this hotel is for you.

Very bad service. The staffs are very unfriendly like zombies. We reserved a family room and guest what? I have to call them to fixed my son's bed. When we used the bath tub, oh boy! The drainage wasn't going well and water came out on the floor and we called them again to fix it. Horrible! The last day we stayed there, we put the sign, Pls service our room! When we came back from the boating, we saw that they are just taking out the garbage and change the towels but did not fix the bed or even just vaccuum the dirty floors. This hotel is not recommended if u want to enjoy your vacation. And someone stole my cheap slippers when I was with my son on their dirty pool. Crazy experienced!

Now I am staying at this hotel. Everyone loves it, the rooms are small, but I came here to stay and not to sit in the room. There is air conditioning, in each room a balcony with chairs and a table. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The food is basic with no frills. The breakfast was very good. Macaroni, omelet, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, baked vegetables, and a couple of kinds of puffs to tea. From fruit only oranges, the rest all some canned. The hotel is in the center, there is a shop close by. The staff is friendly, the Russian know everything. Close to the beach.

The rooms are old, require renovation. Not enough parking spaces for cars. Big plus-a hotel in the city center, you can walk everywhere.

Obsharpanno, but very clean. The four stars are exactly the same. The location is the best in Eilat. The sea is close by, the promenade is opposite, the luxury hotels opposite, the shopping complex is 5 minutes away, the bustling center and the airport are far off. A wonderful quiet place. They feed as everywhere. The staff is attentive helpful.

From the sea away. In some rooms there are bedbugs (we were a group and the room people changed). The food is normal. Wi-Fi in the room does not work at all and every day it is necessary to reconnect (if you have written something, you will know only after reconnection). No water in the pool. The exchange rate of the dollar is predatory. Etc. And so forth.

Basic service and clean rooms by cheap price.

עברית בהמשך You might find very good deals for this hotel. There are 2 kinds of rooms. The rooms near the pool are old and I dont recommend them, and the rooms on the other building are nice and recommended. The food is good, but I think you can find better places to eat because the hotel is in a great location. There are many activities for kids. The newer rooms are on the attached pictures. אפשר למצוא דילים טובים מאוד למלון. יש 2 סוגי חדרים, אלו שליד הבריכה לא מומלצים ואלו שבבניין מעל הלובי יפים. האוכל טוב אבל המלון במיקום מרכזי ולכן אפשר למצוא המון מקומות קרובים לאכול בהם. יש המון הפעלות לילדים. תמונות של החדרים החדשים מצורפות.

Breakfast was fine, rooms not clean and look old, but fair prices.

The lobby is ok price is fair. The rest is not good. The room isn't clean, door to balcony doesn't close, the front door key, opened the room next door that we rented as well, when asked how come, we where told it's not true, I will never come hear a gain.

I stayed at the Americana hotel for one night which turned into a nightmare. The hotel was in very bad condition, especially the rooms that are just not as shown on the website. Breakfast was horrible as ALL of the products were not fresh. My room turned to a very loud street and the air con was loud as well. But the WORST part was the staff. They were rood and inattentive in all of the times that I had questions or requests. Especially after check-out: I asked if there was a room to leave a bag before I leave town. The manager pointed at an open room where anyone can walk in and take other people's luggage. I asked if they have no safer or locked room. The manager attacked me and said that "we don't owe you anything". I mentioned that his answer was given in a very rude manner and he could at least answer me nicely. "I don't owe you anything", he continued, "you're not my family or friend". Due to the noise and physical condition of the hotel I stayed up all night. In the morning, the bad breakfast made me go to a cafe and buy breakfast. Then when I left the staff treated me horribly. All in All, this was a horrible experience.

Nice place, only in the new rooms. The old ones feels like hotel from the 80s.

Quite good hotel for those who spend more time outside their rooms. Food at the highest level. The downside is that each room has only one socket for electricity. Does anyone have smartphone, laptop, and Tablet-charge must in turn.

A little dated and very very full of young tourists. But for the money in Eilat it is ok.
