Everything is practically fine, a lot of Russian speakers and it is excellent! The pool is small but we were there 2 times, for the first time and the last day. Nearby all the sea, the pier, lived in one room in the 3st 1 bed and folding chair. The view from the balcony is super! The food is very tasty, we took breakfast and dinner as we were not at the hotel at lunch.

I was vacationing with my family. The hotel experience is wonderful. It's a great hotel. Great service. Cleanliness. We got a small balcony but with a wonderful view of the lagoon. Also visible is the runway, the child got a lot of impressions watching the takeoff and landing of the planes. I'll tell you right away, the noise didn't get in the way at all. In the room we were given a pleasant surprise: red wine, chocolate, chips, bamba. The room has an electric kettle and a whole "set" of coffee (black, soluble), dry cream, tea, sugar, sugar substitute. Cleanliness is very pleased. It's clean everywhere. The service is perfect. The attitude towards customers is wonderful. The faulty TV remote was replaced at night immediately. And the next day they called back and asked if the problem had been fixed and how long it had taken. The dining room is also clean, the food is enough choice. The staff is trying. There are also inflatable trampolines for young children, a children's pool next to the main one. The pool is very pleased that sitting in water you can get a glass of water drinking with ice! Very much to the article in 40 degrees of heat, as well as treated with apples. We also received tickets, which we in the bar at the pool gave fruit ice, children are very pleased. The pool also organized an entertainment program for children and put an inflatable slide. You can also relax at sea on the private beach of the Dan Hotel, getting towels in the pool.

We were resting with the children. They took two rooms adjacent. A little noisy from behind the airport, but there's something unnecessary about it.
Breakfast and dinner are quite varied.

This is a nice hotel to be in. At the hotel itself, there's an awesome compound where you can hang-out. And a great view from the windows. Inside, you can do shopping and eat at the hotel restaurants, and even swim at the pool! Outside, you can travel at the boardwalk and buy presents to your family and even more.

A classic and pampering hotel. We had an unforgettable vacation with an upgraded room (free of charge), lots of treats in the pool (again free of charge), an excellent dining room with a rich and tasty selection. And of course the hotel staff is very courteous and kind. Thank You!

Very nice hotel, with good rate of value to price, we really enjoyed there. Main Pros: Excellent service. In addition, you can order throughout the day baby food for free with room service. The rooms are also nice, we didn't feel that they were too small, even including the baby bed. The breakfast has great variety and quite tasty, also seems it doesn't change from day to day (which isn't too bad because of the variety). Main Cons: They have only 3 elevators, which aren't enough for the entire hotel. The pool is relatively small, but we haven't felt it was way too overcrowded. The spa facilities are quite old and poor. It's 10 minutes walking from the private beach, near hotel Dan Eilat.

All the staff members at this hotel provides a 5 stars service! My stay here couldnt have been better. The hotel is super clean, walking distance from all the fun places/restaurants/bars/shops/etc in Eilat. The food at the hotel was also 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel to stay. Service and food quality has been improved in the last year, rooms are renovated and pleasant. I recommend it for a family vacation. You can ask to get a door to connect the kids room with the parents.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. Too close to the airport breakfast copious but Super noisy.

The location is clean and everything is perfect for kids.

Went there with my girlfriend, and we had a great time. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the food was great and the rooms are very cozy. Every afternoon room service offered small treats (free of charge of course), which felt very nice. The price was fair as well (we paid 670 USD for a two night weekend). The location of the hotel is fantastic, 5 minute walk from the beach and the esplanade.

Perfect, this hotel has the privilege of being part of the Dan hotel chain where the food is excellent. It is very well located soon with the airport move this will be perfect.

Very good service. Pleasant attendants, creating a positive mood for vacationers. The food is insanely delicious. The rooms are cozy. Our family is delighted! We will definitely come back next year.

Great service. We had a problem with an extra bed. During the dinner time everything was fixed. Really great experience. Great breakfast also, with great choice quality. I warmly recommend this hotel. Negative point is the airport that is close to the hotel, but flight stop by night.

I am a frequent customer. Excellent customer service, decent rooms, reasonable prices mid week and off season. Food good but dining room needs better organization. Addition of a non — kosher restaurant and local rather than Chinese toiletries would be welcome.

Pleasant hotel, heated pool, nice comfy rooms, mattress not in full harmony with my body but kids slept well. Abundant well assorted food but abit too exstatic or negligent on condiments. Gym is extra payment which is not nice. That's why 4 and not 5 stars.

I was here for four nights it’s a beautiful hotel delicious food and it’s in prime location near the beach and some attractions they have outstanding service better then anywhere I went I lost a bag there I called them a week later they found it and mailed it to me free of cost looking forward for my next stay with them!

Well located hotel close to the sights (but also the airport unfortunately, fortunately no flight overnight). Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. But Hotel aging and soundproofing vis-à-vis the glitzy lobby to rethink. A good place to fall on Eilat despite everything.

Nice hotel. It is strange that such a low price for accommodation in a hotel of this class. Obviously it's because of the proximity of the airport. Although this neighborhood is felt only in the pool, the hotel itself is a great soundproofing. The food is delicious and varied. A pleasant bonus was the invitation to cocktails and coffee. The beach is far, but there is a nice pool with a bar.

Great hotel but if you are booking on an American website which bills per room not by person you might be in for a surprise. When you arrive at the hotel they will bill you additionally per person over 1

I think this hotel is average and I would not stay here again. It's a bit dated, cleaners would bang on our door quite early when we wanted to relax in the morning, very limited parking. Even just small gestures like replacing the complimentary water bottles did not occur. It's not a terrible hotel but I just don't think it's good value for money. However location is great and views from lagoon side rooms is nice.

Great place, looking nice and the service is super. More tourist and less Israeli people. The pool look small but its ok. Room is very nice with great view and have twin bed the connected to be double bed. The cost for staying isn't cheap, but worth the price. I will come again.

Well run Hotel of the highest class. We were only there once. It should be once again Eilat, only Dan Panorama!

First class accommodation and first class service.

Not luxurious but relatively clean and tidy, staff pretty attentive.

11 days holiday in October, 2015: 10-minute walk from the airport, beautifully located on the lagoon with a number of boats. Our room was already around 11 PM. To understand and speak German in Eilat, no one, but with a little knowledge of English and a lot of patience to get anywhere help. The Hotel was clean (daily change of towels and cleaning the rooms), the food great and plentiful (just for every taste), the location to the beach was awesome — after about 500m you can have a beautiful stretch of beach with free Sunbeds to use. The Hotel provides towels for both the pool as well as for the Sunbeds at the sea. The water is fantastically clear, warm, shallow to go in, and suitable for walks by the sea, through the lagoons… In no case may the incredible Korallenwelt in the Observatory, miss, or in the davorgelagerten coral reef for a Snorkel. Also the Delphinriff is very beautiful, with bathing and a variety of Restaurants and cafes. Directly in front of the Hotel runs several times a day the Bus there and back, the ticket price to 4.90 shekels per trip is very cheap, but there is also the possibility, at the reception a card to receive a güntiges day ticket can buy. The vacation in Eilat was a complete success all round and makes us at home are still a long dream.

Have seen never a fantastic breakfast buffet — probably to the 150 metre breakfast with fantastic food. Large room with comfortable bed. Very beautiful — always witty and unusual design elements throughout the hotel. Very friendly staff. Hotel is located directly on the beach. Only mini drawback is maybe a little tight f ;-).

T's not a 5 star hotel. I want to emphasize that the hotel ads that say it's 5 star are wrong. I arrived for a late check-in and I wanted help with my bags. There wasn't an employee to help me. The room was ok in terms of space and I loved our private deck. I paid extra for a club floor and deck. The club floor is a joke. It opens at 11 a. M. And closes at different times throughout the day, and it closes at 9 p. M. It's not a true business club. The bathroom is circa 1968, so think of staying in your grandma's house. The towels are rough, cheap and something I would expect from a health club or YMCA. The bathroom door was rotting and the toilet lid was ajar. The mattress is also circa 1968, so your back will hurt the following morning. The free Wi-Fi that was part of the club floor is a lie. It's free in the lobby. So, all the hotel guests swarm to the lobby in the evening, which slows down the Internet. The business lounge doesn't have Wi-Fi! You can use 2 Pcs in the lounge, which closed at 9 pm. It opens at 11 am so it's useless. Note: Do not plan to get a great deal of work done at this hotel. The tiny gym has a few cardio machines in the sane room with the whirlpool. The humidity and smell would make a serious workout impossible. Given that the primary tourist at the dan panaroma is Russian, expect the lobby to be noisy at night. Tight clothing, high heels, tiger prints, and full figures are the norm, it's not a South Beach crowd.

Very nice 5 star hotel. Not as good as Hilton, Dan, Herods or Princess but definitely great place to stay — close to sea and to the promenade ("tayelet") market as well as to the night club zone and even the distance to the airport is 10 minutes if walking. The mini-bar in our room wasn't working but we weren't using it so we didn't called maintenance.
