Been to astral maris hotel, for one night. And Need another one more night and the Receptionist were there promise to provide for One more night. And I felt happy for this. Took A room which were very small. Around 9 Meters a smaller than studio. Charge me for $200. And which it worth less than this price. Actually. I will never ever think about astral Maris again. Disgusting treatment. And only 4 stars. I rate this hotel a zero star.

Amazing Location. Great Hotel. Clean. Good value for your money. Nice swimming pool. And Kindly Staff. 3 minutes from the beach. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. A lot of staff speak Russian. Everything is very welcoming. The rooms are always clean. There is a swimming pool on site.

The hotel location is perfect for anyone wanting to be close the tourism area and still enjoy a clam atmosphere. The room had everything I needed, was clean, tidy and inviting. The food was better then expected and the loby was most comfortable with free Wi-Fi and calm music. The pianist in the evenings was great. I will definitely return.

This hotel is in a good location just near the promenade. The rooms are clean. Delicious and freshly made breakfast.

We spent two nights and we had a great time! The staff was nice, especially ADIR at the reception who was extremely adorable and professional. The room was big, clean and renovated. The pool is nice and quiet. Breakfast was full of good, fresh food. Everything was just ok and the value for the price is absolutely great. Will recommend this hotel and come back again for sure.

Hotel after renovation, located near the sea. Cozy, quiet, in the evening live music plays. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is unobtrusive. We liked everything. Ate in the hotel and also satisfied.

Excellent location, clean and pleasant rooms and lobby. Suprisingly good breakfast. Staff so-so attitude… filthy bathrooms in the public areas, and no a/c in hallways. Not great but reasonably good.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Any requests were met immediately. Towels were changed 2 times a day and the debris was taken. Clean restaurant and tasty food. Friendly staff.

Great location. Fair price (includes breakfadt). The hotel's team would do everything to make you satisfied. The main disadvantage might be found at the pool area, it seems that the hotel try to save money by disemploy adequate number of workers who should take care around the swiming pool (clean it and the enviorment, collect&distribution towels, operate the bar exc…) You can recognize unprofessional behavior at some of the hotel departments.

The rooms are very comfortable and the location is unbeatable. A little annoying noise of aircraft no doubt, but it will be addressed soon when the new airport.

The hotel staff is very trying. Breakfast (lots of dishes, a variety of, there is a colourful local cuisine). Room is well equipped. There is a private swimming pool in the hotel. The view from the pool is right on the sea and palm trees. The hotel itself with good design inside. Good location of the hotel.

Corresponds to their stars. Rooms good, cleaning every day. The food is good. So it would be difficult to lose weight. Beach nearby. In general all super.

The Astral Seaside Hotel (claims to be a four star hotel), located next to Eilat's promenade and mall truly has a great potential. It's very easy to find, located literally a minute away from Eilat's entrance, airport, main mall, promenade and sea. Anything you want you can get without any hassle, which has nearly exclusively changed my rating from one star to two. What took out the other three, that can be summed up in the hotel's very low standards and poor service. Eilat as you know is a pretty hot city, and by the time I finished the check-in business, operated by a serious and smileless lady, I have already emptied my bottle of mineral water. Since I couldn't find any trash can around the reception, I asked the lady whether she could kindly dispose the empty bottle in one of the trash can she probably has over her side of the desk. She said "no. You have trash cans outside of the hotel". This rude response has officially lunched my unpleasant stay at Seaside. On my way to the rooms I had to use the elevators which were both vandalized and remained unfixed. The corridors however were clean, although slightly dark. Some bulbs there have burnt out and no one seemed to care. The rooms, which were recently semi-renovated, were basic but clean. "Fine" I said to myself. At least until entering the toilets! those have remained completely unrenovated and unchanged for at least thirthy years, much like their soaps.

THIS HOTEL RUINED MY STAY AT EILAT STAY FAR FAR AWAY! so much better, newer and nicer and more organized hotels in eilat 1. We arrived at 630 a. M. I asked for 2 rooms 2. Got a rate plus extra money for early check in fine no problem 3.2nd room not available till 11oclock fine no problem 4.11 oclock comes along while im in bed sleeping a call comes to my phone saying there is no rooms and even the room they gave us we need to check out of because they over booked (mind u I paid in full already) 5. They offer to get us a room at another hotel at almost double the rate! 6. They tied up my money on my credit card for ever! 7. They offered me a lousy dinner for my inconvenience this hotel ruined my whole trip to eilat and the mgr in his office wouldnt even come out and show his face.
