The total experience was pretty good. The quality of the restaurant and the food was fair as it expected from all inclusive hotel. Not too good not too bad. Fair. I didn't use much the service but it's seems to be fine.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. It is unusual that the galleries between the rooms are connected to the street: The top is closed not by the roof, but by some canopy, and in some places open space in the courtyard. I was there in January, and I did not like it, T. K. In the galleries was cool, and when the rain went, the floors in the hallway of the first floor were flooded with rain water. However, this problem, I think, seasonal-in the summer you hardly feel any discomfort.
But it is perfectly fed here! The food in the hotel is organized according to the Kashruta system. The most noticeable feature is the ban on mixing milk and meat food, so dairy products are served only for breakfast, and meat-only for lunch and dinner. This does not affect the latitude of choice. At least for breakfast and there is no meat, but the options of dishes so much that the question of meat does not even get up. The same with lunch and dinner: there is nothing that would contain milk, but the choice of desserts is huge, including even milk-free ice cream. But the seafood on Kashruta is forbidden, so you will not meet them here. But this is compensated by the fact that all the available dishes are really very tasty.
By the way, there are many Russian-speaking staff in the restaurant.

Great experience in a good location. Very spoiling all-inclusive hotel with good meals and nice in between treats. You can enjoy a good cocktail or coffee on the bar or popsicles and a fresh fruit shake by the pool. The hotel is a 10 minutes walk from the central boardwalk and the beach and very close to the ice mall. Just across the street from the hotel the are shops including a couple of grocery shops that are open on Saturday. The service is very good and the staff is very kind. Unfortunately the rooms and public area aren't clean enough and the rooms we were at faced another hotel which was very close and the was no privacy when sitting in the patio.

Hotel, pulls a maximum of 3 + stars, the pool is small, tiles fall off, in the morning did not clean the room, why do not know, called reception asked for towels, and shampoo waited 20 minutes.

Were there only at dinners T to our hotel worked for breakfast dinner. So had dinner in the network of Leonardo. The food is much worse than in Leonardo Rezfrom. Yes, and the staff especially managing Nadia Grubijanka still. So we were not very happy.

The hotel requires repairs, the bathroom hangs a fabric curtain, the shower switch is broken, the lighting is poor, the tiles in the pool are broken, cleaning in the rooms no, the pool is not cleaned. The food is so-so, the pepsi is diluted with water, the food is monotonous, not fresh, came across rotten lettuce, chicken broth is made from some cheap seasoning, leafy curd tastes like paper.

Briefly about the pros — alcohol, the choice is a little more than usual in all-inclusive (added a couple of liqueurs and there is a cocktail card).
With the disadvantages everything is different — there are a lot of them. The food is repetitive and not very tasty, a small selection. There were five days, the menu almost did not change. The hotel itself requires an overhaul… But no one wants to do that. During the pool holiday, the staff freely cut down the old palm trees, creating noise and inconvenience for the holidaymakers. Plumbing also needs to be replaced. There are incomprehensible stains on the walls in the room.
Bottom line: if there is an opportunity to choose something else. It's not cheap and very angry).

When checking into the front desk did not explain where the room is — there are confused rooms — on one floor of the room start and with numbers 2 and 3 and 4 …, searched for their room, and did not say that we can catch lunch, although we stood nearby and the doors were still open, missed it When everything is paid, check in from 15 and lunch to 15… I had to wait another three, five hours for dinner. The hotel is ok the issue was with the receptionist. We come with all my family and the customer service so bad it’s sad, the room was stinky and very small for family of five. So we ask to leave the receptionist tell us it’s our problem the we make reservation to this hotel and she didn’t want to gave us our money back. We had to say and some of the stuff gave us attitude. I’m saying definitely not worth your money.

Smoking in all areas and rooms. Rooms need maintenance. Doors are broken. Staff are friendly and unable to upgrade or make repairs. For the price I would look into another hotel. They were not ready to handle our tour group. If you have asthma do not enter this location.

Good food and interesting people.

The hotel is terrible, does not even pull on the top three! The rooms are old, small, squalid. Balcony — one person can stand up only standing. The kitchen — may be diverse, but all peppered, children's menu is not, tea is given only for breakfast. The water is paid. Mini bar, as they say — does not fill at all. The pool is small. To go far to the beach. Tip — never come here! And another big drawback — the arrival of Muslims on holidays, this invasion … So draw conclusions, gentlemen!

Yes. I am not convinced of this hotel. It contains a lot of rooms so many people in the lobby, at the bar, in the dining room etc. If you are with children you will feel good but if you are looking for quiet, do not book there. The infrastructure is still limited… The pool is small and not heated, the gym is very small. The rooms are pretty much correct. The location is good (2 min from Mall Ayam Shopping center).

Not a luxury hotel but very good if you get it for a cheap price, which is more than possible.

Decent place except for a people openly smoking near the pool… The furniture is slightly worn out. I had a bathroom with dirty spots on the bath's bottom. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

Nice bar and the food is good. But you might get a lousy room. I have been here twice. The first time was fine. The second we got a room with a dirty metres that someone puked over it.

Cheap and noisy place. Over crowded pool area… food is not the best… guest service is "do it yourself ".

Not that great. The walls are very thin you can hear the voices from the next room … and really not the best staff …

Very decent hotel! Five star, all inclusive, that is a rarity for Israel! Vacationing family with children in February 2016. Good rooms with balconies, excellent restaurant, lovely! Special thanks to the bartender is always delighted to Irina excellent drink!

The rooms were quite small with tiny balcony. Swimming-pool was cold in March 2015 whilst temperature of the sea was even better. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A good affordable hotel. Nice poolside.

If you are looking for a hotel. … really ROTTEN then hesitate not on book your room you will not be disappointed. Small board a friend come with:
a box tool for multiple repairs
a gas mask for the d room smells
its own TV (down)
his own bouff more healthy and not out of date
his towels (provided those are dirty and tachees)

Vacationing September-October 2011 year with a child 5 years of age. We liked it! Good animators worked with children. The food at 5 points.

Hello I was visiting golden tulip privilege few weeks ago with my family and our vacation was really enjoyble. Everything in the hotel was clean and it was fun to be in the hotel for every minute. also the hotel is not far from the promonade. the food is really tasty and the rooms always clean and comftarbole.
