Food.
The food was good, served as a generous shared platter at the table.

We just staying round the corner and was advised to go for a meal at the restaurant.
What a wonderful welcome from the owner and his wife. The environment is wonderful and the food was amazing.

The hotel was amazing! Great location close to the western wall, the light train and night life! The staff were amazing and they were able to manage me my wife and 3 little kids.

I highly recommend IBIS hotel in center of Jerusalem.
My cousin and I came for 2 nights to get some quite time during the war. Location is excellent in the center of town.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.

The location couldn't be better! Rooms are on the small side which is expected for the city center but they are functional and squeaky clean.

An excellent hotel, located in the heart of Jerusalem, close to the pedestrian street.

By far and with no close second the BEST hotel we have stayed at in JLM and for a reasonable price! Where to begin? The staff is incredible — accommodating and great security.

We experienced warm hospitality and a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. The hotel is charming, and it features a lookout point that offers views over all of Jerusalem in four directions.

Another wonderful stay at The American Colony Hotel, we stayed 6 nights in this fabulous place. (Our third visit).
End May perfect time of the year, weather wise.

The American Colony hotel in Jerusalem is an Excelente Hotel, beautifull and charming with the best and friendly staff. I´ve been there 19 days and I loved.

Rooms were nice, and the location is not far from masjidil Aqso. Very convenient and only 5-10 mins walk.

Me and my mum had a lovely stay at Holy Land Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a beautiful view of Al-Aqsa from our room.

First-class hotel with sizable rooms. Any amenity you need is available. Nice size window you can open, with great view. Close proximity to markets and restaurants.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE! Beautiful clean room and hotel. Cleaning every day was great! and front desk was so helpful and kind.

Perfect everything. Rarely does an accomodation hit all targets perfectly as effectively.

Great location. Comfortable rooms and beds at a very decent price. Great for independent travelers who want a cozy base to explore the city from.

We made a bar mitzvah at the Orient over a weekend. The food was exceptionally delicious and presented beautifully. The service was incredible. The staff was a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely hotel, excellent warm and welcoming service. Rooms of good standard and breakfast is varied and plentiful.

What an absolute delight! The staff truly have servants hearts… looking out for your every need! The food was so fresh, so yummy!

We are visiting hashimi hotel from South Africa for 5 days. The hotel is best location in the old city very near to Al Aqsa walking distance 500m. However, the room and bathroom is very tiny.

Simply the best hotel in the old city, its overall location, which is so close to so many historical sites, the value and service are ideal.

This was not my first stay at the Ibis Styles Jerusalem.
As on previos occasions, the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall this is a very pleasant stay in a very convenient location.

Me and my husband are a young couple and we stayed for a day and a half on January. The place looks new, the rooms are practical, comfortable and has a nice style and vibe.

This gem accommodation is the perfect place for a stay in the city. It is well located, in walking distance from restaurants and the Old City.

We stayed in the perfect place for Jerusalem. Outside the City of David. It far from historic sites. Restaurants nearby and a mall across the street. This is not a full service hotel.

We stayed at Mamilla View — Suites & Apt Hotel in the Elite Studio Suite (these are the suites vs the Mamilla view URBAN bedroom rentals).

Very nice hotel. We stayed 2 nights with 2 children. Breakfast was great, large Variety of freshly made food.
The pool was warm and closed in the winter.
Very friendly and professional staff.

Great Chef’s restaurant, helpful and smiling stuff, great swimming pool with large public areas, and inviting lobby lounge.

Excellent experience. The room is extremely comfortable and even though I had arrived from the US hours before and was extremely jet lagged I slept a full night's sleep.

My review is after spending three night at The Templer Inn, in August 2025, with my husband.

Clean, comfortable, and free parking. The view of the old city was awesome.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere made it so comfortable to sleep at night.

We arrived a couple hours early before check-in. The gentleman at the desk took our name and explain to us when our room would be ready.

What a wonderful experience staying at the Dan Boutique Hotel in Jerusalem.

Great stay! Very easy. Really simple to get to from the station too, which was nice for my first time here. Staff were very helpful. Beds were super comfy and everything was clean.

This place is great! The staff nailed it! It's worth the money you are paying! If you are in Jerusalem you need to stay here! This place towers over their competition!

Highly recommended — very clean, amazing service, the apartment was so well equipped with all the small details — really amazing stay.

A fantastic place to stay on your trip to Jerusalem. The suites are immaculate, and well equipped for everything you'll need.

This is a 3-4 star hotel with five star service. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is falling apart in places but immaculately clean.

Positive: Incredible Breakfast super super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location. Negative: ""
