The hotel was amazing! Great location close to the western wall, the light train and night life! The staff were amazing and they were able to manage me my wife and 3 little kids.

First-class hotel with sizable rooms. Any amenity you need is available. Nice size window you can open, with great view. Close proximity to markets and restaurants.

Incredible! Best Christmas lights and wonderful music and fair! The bell tower is accessible for amazing views over Jerusalem and the coffee shop and outdoor cafes are amazing.

Beautiful architecture by the same firm as the empire state building. Views from the tower are amazing, take the spiral stairs up as the elevator is cramped.

The American Colony hotel in Jerusalem is an Excelente Hotel, beautifull and charming with the best and friendly staff. I´ve been there 19 days and I loved.

We are visiting hashimi hotel from South Africa for 5 days. The hotel is best location in the old city very near to Al Aqsa walking distance 500m. However, the room and bathroom is very tiny.

Simply the best hotel in the old city, its overall location, which is so close to so many historical sites, the value and service are ideal.

This is a 3-4 star hotel with five star service. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is falling apart in places but immaculately clean.

We stayed in the perfect place for Jerusalem. Outside the City of David. It far from historic sites. Restaurants nearby and a mall across the street. This is not a full service hotel.

We stayed at Mamilla View — Suites & Apt Hotel in the Elite Studio Suite (these are the suites vs the Mamilla view URBAN bedroom rentals).

Location.
Very centrally located, right next to the bus terminal in a busy area, which makes it easy to access.
Food.
The food was good, served as a generous shared platter at the table.

We just staying round the corner and was advised to go for a meal at the restaurant.
What a wonderful welcome from the owner and his wife. The environment is wonderful and the food was amazing.

One word: amazing.
We were really surprised by the friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff.
We could even leave our luggage behind on the day of checking out in order to explore more of the city.

Amazing vacation at My Jerusalem Penthouse! Beautiful view of Jerusalem. Plenty of space. The host, Yaki was amazing and so helpful with everything! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent hotel. Clean, nicely planned and great location. The only disadvantage is the parking. It was very frustrating to get to the parking and we had to park in another parking garage.

This is truly what they mean by a boutique hotel. Firstly the location is perfect. In the heart of town, everything is either walking distance or perfectly positioned near public transport.

Great hotel, wonderful value…room was very spacious and well appointed. My one criticism is that they didn’t have robes and gave 1 towel per person.

This hotel is in a great location (15 minute walk to the Jaffa gate).

Our tour company booked this hotel and it ended up being a great choice. The hotel is very central, feels safe and the staff are very friendly and obliging.

Excellent experience. The room is extremely comfortable and even though I had arrived from the US hours before and was extremely jet lagged I slept a full night's sleep.

This is one of the few remaining places with a character. Perfect? Definitively not! Standard? Can be negotiated. Care for guests? Definitively!

The room was comfortable and clean. It felt very luxurious considering the price. The room had a comfortable bed, working and quiet air conditioner, and a kitchenette with utensils and plates.
