Great hotel, amazing service, clean rooms, nice stuff and my favourite… the fitness room, not huge but enough for my stay. Prima Royale hotel is situated minutes from Mamilla Blvd and shops. Within walking distance from the Kotel (the western wall)
I would definitely recommend it.

This is a great hotel with a very helpful staff, great food, a gym with a sauna and very clean. You can't beat the location. Less that a 10 minute walk from the old City and everything you could possibly want to do when staying in Jerusalem. Also only a 10 minute walk to great modern restaurants and fabulous shopping. The rooftop of the hotel also has a great observation deck with panoramic views of all of Jerusalem. Highly recommend.

Great hotel had everything we needed. Sheets Nd rooms were clean. Helpful staff and good food at breakfast. I would like to add a special mention to Itmar as he was superb, any question he would answer and if you needed help he always went above and beyond! Also to note they have a nice view from the roof terrace.

Location is perfect. Rooms not so big but has everything you need. Atmosphere is really good, nice music and smell. Parking was available . Staff is very nice. So it is good hotel in the city.

Nice enough hotel with a solid breakfast, but tiny rooms, and they see adverse to cleaning the chairs outside. So if you want to enjoy your breakfast outside, better set aside a few minutes and a pile of napkins to clean the chairs first.

I liked it very much. It was very clear, brekfast very tasty, everything was in proper. We had a very good time in this hotel. Good service and friendly emolyees.

Very close to the old town. This is why it is highly recommended. Nice room. Good breakfast. Delicious dinner. This is unfortunately taken in a not so nice room in the basement.

I don't like it. The rooms are simple and stand as a suite. Breakfast is left, nothing to eat. I do not advise.

Didn't have cold air conditioning during early March. Room was hot. Also not very good food. The workers in the dining room talk between themselves loudly so u can't chill while eating. Overall not a good experience. The room was clean though.

Dedicated staff, friendly and honest. I will like to spend my holiday there next visit to Israel.

Our room phone didn't work, the lock on the door was broken and we had to use a key. The bed was stiff but not too bad. I was grateful for the time closet though, that was nice. The food was okay but breakfast could get really crowded.

Amazing Hotel. Had the best time. The breakfast was delicious and so classy with the piano player. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, the rooftop gorgeous and the rooms classic. Will return!

Central location that allows you to easily reach the old town on foot in 10 minutes, walking in front of the King David Hotel and crossing the suggestive Avenue. The rooms are very small and very clean. Nothing special about the restaurant, in the basement. Beautiful rooftop terrace which has a nice panoramic view over Jerusalem. Friendly and helpful staff.

It’s a nice and comfortable hotel located in the centre of Jerusalem. Not far from the Old city and the Machane Yehuda market.

Came again to the show of Slomo Arzi in Hutzot Hayozer. Very clean. Nice friendly staff and very good breakfast.

Great breakfasts accompanied by a pianist. Rooms are nice, though the odd problem like a leaking fridge or jammed bathroom door did occur.

We came back to this hotel. Reat location, nice staff and very good breakfast. They open the bar at 7th floor that is nice during the evening. The hotel is very clean-nice!

Too small for 2 people. Comfortable beds. Dirty carpet.

What a shame! Room paid in advance not prepared for the agreed 3 people. Dirty bath! Bed not made. And no assistance as it is late. I am more than disappointed. Especially that a year ago everything was perfect. Hope for apologies and improvement of the situation in the morning!

Good clean hotel. We have stayed there twice and been very happy on both occasions. Staff are friendly. Great breakfast to boot. For us the added factor of a good location, walking distance to town, old city, first station and Emek Refaim.

The rooms are okay, the food is just about okay and the staff is a little rude. Because it's one of the famous hotels in Jerusalem, it's always packed. Hotel wise, I've seen much better in Israel so I'd give this a skip next time.

Located in a quite residental area, but only 100 m away from major bus lines. It is the perfect combuination of quite and central location. Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast and dinner are of good quality. WiFI is free in the lobby only — it should be available also in the rooms free of charge!

A wonderful three-day stay in Jerusalem. The old town is within 15-20 minutes walk. The hotel-boutique. Clean, nice, friendly service. Decent Breakfast. Highly recommend.

Delicious breakfast which are kosher and different every day. During the breakfast you will enjoy live music. Rooms are good. Really clean and cozy. Stuff is friendly and really helpful. You will enjoy it.
