We spent 3 amazing nights here on our trip in January! Wow what a fabulous hotel! Breakfasts where delicious & rooms very comfortable. Happy Hour soup was so warming after being out in the cold weather. We will definitely be back!

Never stayed at a boutique hotel but did in Jerusalem on a referral. The best and would definitely return; just referred them recently. Great service, perfect location, delicious breakfasts and snacks and the most helpful and personable staff!

Located in a nice area. Staff were very friendly. The room was very nice with good AC. The shower was well equipped and was very clean and appealing. The extra bed was comfy, though too short (my legs easily reached the end of it) and the bed itself had this not very appealing piece of wood above the pillow which I found a bit icky.

Small but great quality Hotel, the rooms are beautiful, cozy and home-like the staff are super courteous & will take care of your every need.

Boutique Hotel, cosy and retro. Certainly not in the Hebrew style. Typical breakfast, and the idea of the aperitif cute (great break at the end of the day of the visit, and the first of the evening). Friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile.

Nice place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff and maintained rooms. Central located and free parking at the hotel nearby with free transfer. Breakfast is mediterranean style — you may miss some things if you are used to a continental breakfast…

Almost perfect! Located in a very comfortable place with the center and with the rest of the city with the tram. Very sought after décor, great reception and information at reception, large room, comfortable bed and lots of pillows, coffee machine, fridge, spotless bathroom with a comfortable shower. Israeli breakfast, it doesn't drive me crazy, but you can't say it's not good. Nice initiative also to do the happyhour from 17/19 in the hotel. In the area a lot of restaurants (like the Rimon café, right in front). The only note out of sight: it's not the best, but otherwise it would have been perfect! Price… expensive but worth it!

8.25.17 to 8.28.17 — we're here now and it's a cute clean hotel, but some of the fixtures are installed loosely. The toilet paper hook fell off the wall as soon as I touched it. The mirror on the wall almost fell off too, but I caught it. The beds are okay. We're on the 6th floor and it was quiet. However, our first night was Shabbat. Breakfast spread is great! The happy hour is a little wanting. There's wine, juice, coffee, tea, watermelon, cookies and crackers, and bad pizza. However, it's not the end of the world and it's still something at the end of a long day. The location is great and right off of Yafo Street, can't be beat. Some reviews on Wyelp and TripAdvisor gripe about having to walk to the hotel because roads do not connect to it, but they need to get real and grow some legs. It's barely a 5 minute walk to the nearest road. This location could get a 4/5 star because of Simcha, the receptionist/concierge desk. She helped us make reservations at restaurants and gave recommendations on where to eat, what's high end, what's good cheap eats, and what's simply the best local food. Aside from high end accommodations, it's the knowledge and helpful attitude of the staff that matters the most.

Carisimo hotel for a little q offers on all the lack of cleanliness and poor attention of some members of the staff there are better options in the area and at a lower price, better choose another.

The rooms are nice but small and can be a bit noisy. Unfortunately Wi-Fi is slow, there is no minibar or even any water offered, no bar, no room service… Good location thought and friendly staff.

Excellent location, on the pedestrian street (Ben Yehuda), surrounded by a zillion different restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Walking distance to the Mamila Alrov mall, the Old city, and the Mahane Yehuda market.
Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, SUPER pleasant staff, top to bottom. Amazingly diverse and delicious breakfast, great "happy hour" gimic in the afternoon. Meticulous design both in the public areas and in guest rooms, high end complimentary toiletries, super comfortable bed, exquisite linen.
Without a doubt, a hotel to come back to.
