Hotels in Wild Atlantic Way with a Pool

We absolutely loved our time in the Raddison Blu!
Things that stood out:
— comfortable beds.
— spacious and clean rooms.
— great breakfast selection.

All staff were so friendly & helpful. Best ooked hotel breakfast we have ever had. Evening meal in Mulberry Restaurant was delicious. Health Centre & Pool were clean & well resourced.

Arrived around 13.00 and was pleased to be told our room was ready, a lovely spacious room with a fully equipped bathroom, all spotlessly clean.

It is a 15 minute walk into town. Not an issue for us, but could be if you do not walk. Breakfast and Dinner were both excellent. Rooms are extremely nice and the rain shower is delightful.

I recently spent 1 night here with my 10 year old grandson and we both had a great time. Our room was clean and modern with plenty of space.

Ballyliffin Lodge is a hotel that holds a lot of special memories for myself and my family.

Spacious room, with good quality towels and bedding. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Used the jacuzzi and steam room in the leisure club.

Just called in for sandwich and coffee. The coffee was excellent, as was the sandwich. Good value, fast service. The wait was very friendly. Toilets were spotlessly clean. Would definitely go back.

We stayed in one of the suites and I can honesty say that it was just fabulous. From when we set foot inside, we were very well looked after. The staff were amazing and very professional.

My wife and I stayed at Lough Eske for 5 nights nights in May 2026 as part of a golf/sightseeing trip organized by Heather & Gorse Golf & Travel.

Stayed here while visiting friends and it was a wonderful stay. A warm welcome by the receptionist who informed us of the music on in the bar the whole weekend (and a Monday which is rare these days).

Fantastic Hotel on the main rd easy to walk to shops and pubs. Laundry sevice available. Comfortable room loved the decor and friendly vibe. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is located on a main road so it can be quite noisy especially if your room faces the street.
The breakfast was excellent with a great buffet selection.

Great family hotel with great amenities. Staff really helpful and friendly, swimming pool area is excellent and very clean.

We had a fantastic stay in the Gateway Inishowen. One of our party is a wheelchair user and needed additional supports and the staff were so helpful. The rooms were spotless and breakfast was lovely.

We are returning from 4 nights and 5 days at this charming hotel.

Just spent 4 great nights at Jackson's Hotel Ballybofey end of May '26 (surname just coincidental! ), whilst exploring Co. Donegal from Newcastle.

We had 2 nights B&B and one evening meal. Room was big with 2 double beds and one of the biggest bathrooms I have ever seen. Bed was extremely comfortable.

I just felt the need to share the fantastic experience we’ve had at the Downings Bay Hotel. The reception, bathrooms and rooms are spotlessly clean.

Visited this hotel on the 8th July.

We spent three nights here and were very impressed with hotel. Lovely athmosphere in an excellent blue book house and gardens.

We spent two nights here and were very impressed. The room was lovely. We had dinner and breakfast both days — both very tasty. Mostly we had seafood which was beautifully prepared.

Initially I was not happy with the bedroom allocated to us. Will have to say that it was my fault because I only bookeda room walk in shower thinking that I would get a handle to hold onto in the

I was travelling to Donegal for a week’s holiday with family. We had to make an unplanned stop here due to an incident with our car.

Firstly, the vibe and atmosphere of the hotel is spot on, the staff are amazing, above and beyond helpful, attentive, top notch customer service, they are just on it.
Health club facilities are great.

We just stayed with our family for a few days to explore donegal. What can I say. Best hotel we have stayed in. The food/rooms and service are top notch. The staff are very warm and welcoming.

Great spa, worth to give it a try!
The massage is a relax one though you have 3 levels to select from — mild, normal or firm.
There's a small free car parking in front of the hotel.

Lovely Rooms. Fantastic service and great staff.

Loved this place. Would highly recommend. Miranda was very pleasant and a very good host.

I love staying in this guest-house when visiting family in Ballybofey. Considering it's a family home it's very quiet. They offer comfortable, clean rooms and a delicious continental breakfast.

Lovely 2 nights. Played all 3 courses. Good food in the bar area and main restaurant. Breakfast options are very adequate. Room clean and bathroom updated. Lovely view of the bay. Friendly service.

Overnight stay with breakfast and dinner for three older ladies. This is a perfect location. Everything about our visit was excellent.

A few of us were on a walking trip to Gweedore area & Tory Island last week. We stayed at the Cùirt Hotel & I cannot speak too highly of my experience.

An excellent spot. Great check in from Shauna and the breakfast was a good standard for continental. The GM doing the door and the pints and craic was mighty altogether. Hopefully we will be back.
