Just back from a lovely 5 night stay in this gorgeous hotel. Every single member of staff we met was so friendly, I was going to try and name them all, but I'm worried I will leave someone out. The room was comfy and just right for us, every meal we had was cooked to perfection. Every glass of wine chilled to perfection, every pint of the Killarney thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for a wonderful staycation. Xx.

Had bar food last weekend. It’s my local but I was one of those nervous people about going out. The new outdoor seating is fab. And needless to say the staff and food was brilliant as normal. All regulations are being done.

Visited the bar for lunch last week. Staff lovely and could not have been more helpful. Only suggestion, outside area to front, if there was access for elderly/disabled be great, as was a lovely day if we could have sat outside, set up brilliant.

Great hotel, very good welcome to the front desk. We booked via the hotel website and were upgraded: suite instead of double room. Absolute comfort.
Breakfast is excellent.
Hotel to recommend without a doubt.

Awesome boutique flare. Great concierge and bar / breakfast and dining room staff. Delicious food, great choices, very accommodating with meal choices. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re touring through Killarney and its surroundings.

Had a great 2 night stay here. Maura was especially friendly knew her guests by name which was Lovley all the staff were super nice! Lovley atmosphere.

Had my sons 18th family meal tonight service food and staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble,, would highly recommend Victoria.

Seriously the loveliest Hotel I have ever stayed in! Decor was fab throughout the hotel. Bedrooms were so clean and pillows so comfy! The staff were amazing and food delicious! I was sad to leave but definately will be back to stay again next year… Bonus is that its so near INEC for concerts and shows… Get booking guys! ♥️

Pleasant personal environment attentive to the needs of the customer. Inside there is also a very quiet pub where you can have a chat.

This is a one-of-a-kind, beautiful, fancy, adorable, modern hotel that exceeded any expectation we had! From the time we checked in to the time we left, it was nothing but amazing service, comfort, and delicious food. Maura checked us in and even gave us a lesson on our family history and family name O’Reilly. She made sure to remember our names our entire stay and made us feel like family. The room we stayed in was delightful! Very modern, boutique style room. There was so much attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is included and the pancakes were melting in mouth because they were so good! The restaurant in the hotel was also very nice and attracted some visitors in the area. We only ordered dessert and we strongly recommend the crumble berry pie and salted caramel ice cream! I’m considering coming back here for my honeymoon! The room we stayed in would have been an amazing honeymoon room. The little touches made it seem romantic. I will definitely be staying here again! Also, the hotel is located right along the Ring of Kerry route and just outside of Killarney. The only thing that could use improvement is the parking lot. Very odd layout and difficult to park due to the angles of the parking spaces if the lot is full.

We had Sunday lunch here. 11 of us for a family gathering. Food and service were excellent and I would highly recommend.

We had lunch in this bar today. I assume the owner or manager (lady in a black and white striped top) came and made my children move from their table a 7 and 4 yr old without even offering an alternative seat for them and they had to stand. Didnt even speak to us the parents. Wont come hear again and wouldnt recommend.

Lovely rooms, so warm comfy and clean. Has all the touches for a very nice stay. The dining groom is stately, has an air of fine dining and the menu is excellent. Have the warm goat's cheese en croute with a glass of red, especially after a soaking in the Irish rain. You'll deserve it. Very nice intimate bar. And all staff in this establishment are exceptional. Will assist with your needs.

This was my favorite hotel during our 7night/8day vacation in Ireland. It's decorated beautifully and is clean, spacious and comfortable. Maura and staff were wonderful and instantly made us feel welcome! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and I wish we had arrived earlier the night before to have had dinner there as well. My only regret is that we couldn't have spent more time there!

It was a small bar, very clean and nice. The staff was decent. Nothing wrong with the place but nothing special about it either.

Victoria House is a great hotel. Our room was very clean and had a very good size. The bathroom has a bathtub with whirlpool function. The employees were polite and courteous. Both breakfast and dinner are recommended! We'd definitely come back when we're in Killarney!

Had dinner in the Restraunt it was very good, the food was lovely and so was the waiter that served us on Saturday evening, we had the early bird menu and it was well worth the price.

Beautiful house and location, clean rooms, great bar, and delicious breakfast. Maura is by far one of the most amazing woman you'll meet in Ireland. Wonderful stay, wish we were there longer.

Excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and obliging and our room was huge. Bathroom was luxurious with fluffy towels and a Jacuzzi bath. We had dinner one night in restaurant and it was top class.

My parents stayed in your hotel at the weekend & they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. A special thanks to Maura Lee who was exceptionally nice to them & went out of her way to be helpful. They will definitely be back.

As soon as we arrived we were happy with our choice. The employees were very friendly and were willing to help with anything we needed. We had a complimentary upgrade and the room was fantastic. Would recommend this place when staying in Killarney.

Beautiful place, well run, obviously very Popular, but we had no idea anyone else was staying there because it was so quiet!

A super nice hotel furnished with a lot of coziness and love. The rooms are stylishly desinged and everything is very clean. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I can only recommend it to others.

A must for anyone. On arrival been greeted by Maura at reception the most wonderful friendly lady. The room was stunning, very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was breathtaking. We were in and out. Great stop at the end of the Ring of Kerry. Beautiful hotel, restaurant, and bar. Such friendly staff. I left my boots behind and they were so accommodating when I requested they ship the boots to my home, in the US!

Great location. Hotel staff is incredibly nice and helpful. After the first night called me on a first name basis. Who does that anymore?! Rooms were updated and comfortable. Breakfast was much, much better than expected and included a great selection of buffet items and good menu. Food was excellent for the price, bar had a great vibe. Very classy place. Parking was a dream compared to our stay in Dublin. Would definitely recommend to friends who want to stay near the ROK. Overall stellar value. Only recommendation would be slightly better pillows!

Fantastic service coupled with modern tasteful rooms will all the amenities. Highly recommended. It's a bit out of town but is perfectly located for those who want to walk around the lake or enjoy the local hikes.

The people were super nice and helpful. The service was great, and the rooms, restaurant, and hotel overall were absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing.

Had a wonderful stay at the Victoria House Hotel. The staff members were all so helpful and knowledgeable. They booked a hike through the Gap of Dunloe for us, which ended up being the most memorable part of our time in Ireland for both my wife and me. Additionally, the food at the Ivy Room Bar was our favorite from the entire trip. Breakfast was also fantastic. We loved our stay and there is nothing we would have changed or improved!

Tastefully decorated Hotel with good Standard. Parking. To the city about 2 km to the foot. Breakfast unique. Staff was super nice.

I would highly recommend the Victoria House. Everything was excellent. Maura one of the hostess there was especially helpful. She even did some research for possible Irish ancestors. And the food in their restaurant was as good as any we had on our trip. I had a great duck plate that was very good. And their breakfast was just as good. I would recommend the Victoria if you stay Killarney And again special thanks to the hospitality of Maura.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Killarney! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable & friendly (especially Maria & Mauro at reception). Our room was recently remodeled and no corners were cut! It's beautiful and pristine. The bed was akin to sleeping on a cloud. And the food… Oh, the food!

Fantastic boutique hotel
Hotel in great location, 20mins from Killarney town, 8€ fare into town. Hotel next door to the famous INTEC. The bedroom was finished nicely and has a v comfortable bed. The bar is nice and cosy with a lovely bar menu and the food is delicious, had food in the restaurant that evening there was a great choice on the menu, had there early bird 3 courses for 27€. The good was fantastic nicier than any 5star around. The staff were v friendly and v helpful. Will definitely come back to the Victoria hotel, highly recommend the place to family and friends.

Victoria House more like VICTORIOUS HOUSE! The food was divine! The staff were so welcoming! Everything well presented. very efficient spotlessly clean, it was very relaxing. Had the most wonderful Confirmation day. Thank You we will be back.
