Was there this week for few days had a lovely time staff were out on there own room wea lovely food wes fab. Second time there will be back.

Spent two amazing nights here. Staff venue food and service was 100, % highly recommend it to amyone.

Great entertainment and food overall, great bus service to/from train and town but it could operate a little later.

Just back from our first holiday away with our little girl, we really enjoyed staying at the gleneagle hotel, great entertainment for kids from babies to teenagers, lovely food spacious rooms we will definitely return.

Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Stayed here for a few nights and the kids absolutely loved it!

Had an absolutely fantastic afternoon/evening celebrating my sons communion & my nieces too, staff were fab nothing was too much trouble. Thanks fir a fantastic day.

Had a great stay, good size apartment with two bedrooms that would sleep 6 and another bed in the sitting area. We traveled with dogs and had no problems, although the website said it provides bowls and bedding for them none was provided. It wasn't a problem for me as we had some. Curtains need repair and probably hung. This is why I didn't give it 4stars.

We went for food in the bar/restaurant. Yummy food. Toilet outside bar closed and took a few minutes of walking in circles to find the ones in the ballroom to use. Other than that it was perfect.

Fantastic reception staff. Room is top class very clean and spacious. Bar staff were friendly and efficient, chatty, great customer service. Food tonight first class looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

We loved our stay in the Gleneagle. I can honestly say it is the best hotel iv ever stayed in. Friendly staff and great entertainment. My 3 year old loved it so much she wanted to stay. From start to finish it was amazing. We will defo be back.

Stayed in a family suite which includes a sitting room, bathroom, small room with bunk beds hallway and large room with double bed for Mammy and Daddy time. Pure luxury. We went swimming in the downstairs pool, had a fabulous meal and a great nights sleep. Breakfast ranged from cereal to pancakes to a full Irish. Great staff who treat everyone both young and old like royalty nothing is to much bother. I highly recommend a stay here you won't regret it.

Stayed here for the 3 nights of the bikefest and we had a fantastic wkend. The hotel was so busy all wkend and the staff was so professional and helpful. We were up early every morning for breakfast which was stunning and a great choice to choose from. The car park in which the festival took place was spotless every morning and kept so clean during the days and evenings. All in all one of the best wkends of my life so much so when we got home Monday night we booked again for next year's bikefest.

We really enjoyed our stay The best hotel in Killarney the staff are always friendly & so helpfull nothing is to much for them & always the best entertainment we would highly recommend it.

Room was fine, we had the quiet side to the back. But very warm on the top floor. Otherwise, we did not use the extensive facilities of the hotel except for the pub (not particularly inviting). Every evening free dance (for 65 +) in the ballroom is well received by the tour groups, which are carried out there on an ongoing basis, which also has its well-known effects during the breakfast time. Despite everything, one of the better hotels on our round trip with a very good breakfast buffet.

Lovely Room. Pretty big. But that's about it. Bad window insulation. Got up twice in the night to check if the window or vents were open as we could hear everything from outside. It was really hot and stuffy in the room. No air con so we had to open a door a few times as opening window was letting a cloud of midgets in. Service not the best. Not enough staff. Tables in the reception area left dirty for a long time. Floors in the Green Room Bar were so sticky from all the spilled drink that my shoes were making a Velcro ripping sound with every step. And that was at lunch time… plenty of time to wash it from the night before. Had no towels or shampoo in the room. Requested it twice never arrived. Room cleaning barged in at 8.40am scared me and my daughter. When I went out into the hallway to ask her for towels at 10am (as I still haven't received it from the night before) she said there isn't any left. And only 2 small face towels instead of 2 bath towels for 2 people. For the price of the room the service is unacceptable.

Comfy and spacious room. High standard of quality. Service is really good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus to and from the train and the town centre at a reasonable price. Not to far from town. And close to some good tourists sites.

Very large place seems to just go on and on The rooms are very comfortable, and the service is excellent, and it's also in Killarney.

5 star shout out goes to the technician who kindly assisted us by jump-starting our car! Room was standard yet comfortable, shower was nice, venue itself was beautiful and right on the ring of Kerry. Breakfast was also beautiful. Thanks again to the kind staff at the Gleneagle!

Just returned after spending the night in the Gleneagle last night. It was our first and last trip! We found the staff very unhelpful, bar one waitress in the restaurant above the backstage bar. The rest of the staff seemed to be only there for their pay and not one bit interested in their actual job! The room was very well decorated (strong smell of paint), but the balcony was unfinished and was looking out onto what is effectively a building site at the moment. We were greeted to the screeching noise of a digger tearing the ground! The room was like a furnace… We didn't sleep a wink all night because of the heat and the racket in the hallway at 4am! (And yes we did try to turn off the radiator but no luck). The breakfast was very badly organised… no system for queuing which was a joke with a fully booked hotel! The selection was very poor! On check out we weren't even asked if we had enjoyed our stay… the receptionist just took our key cards and walked away! We were very unhappy with our stay… We expected miles more for the money we paid and will definitely be staying somewhere else when we return to killarney.

What can I say — I know it's Great — Great Place to Stay — Great Staff — Great Price — Great Food — would I come back — — — Well of Course I Will.

I stayed here on the 30/3/18 for the weekend so my daughter's could see Jake Carter we stayed in one of the family suite's. The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms, livingroom and bathroom you could also make tea and coffee in the room. The staff are really kind friendly and helpful to everyone. The hotel had a good feel of atmosphere and kids communicated with other kids they had a small chill zone for kids to play games. Killarney is a lovely place for its scenery, walks and it's national park with deer.

A very well deserved Thankyou from Ulsterbus Tours for looking after all my fellow travellers when we couldn't get home due to the snow on Friday. We eventually arrived safely back late afternoon on Saturday. Your whole crew were, as always so considerate and helpful to everyone. Thank you. Dirk Nelson.

I love this place as once you arrive it's like your royalty and from reception to fine dining all your needs are met with happy friendly staff and once I was sick on my stay and Caroline made sure I had plenty drinks of water and 7up and it is a great hotel piping hot food and presentation is top marks My Husband is celebrating his birthday and we got a wonderful surprise so they love us just as much as we love them Thanks for all your kindness and generosity and for making our stay so enjoyable we are sad departing day as it's reality back to the pots and pans and no nice waitress or waitor or our bed made up for us it's per cent dedication and hard work but they have managed to do it always maintain this great record of success throughout the years love it tremendously love Geraldine and John McCarthy West Cork.

Beautiful place So relaxing, Good was always lovely fresh and hot and staff were so attentive especially to our little granddaughter making her special bowls of Mash without asking, stayed here numerous times over the years, and this time we stayed in a apartment which were lovely and spacious x.

While having heard of many concerts that have taken place at the INEC Killarney for me and my wife it was a wonderful chance to witness at 1st hand what the venue is like both from a parking and a venue viewpoint where on Stage was Nathan Carter to bring in the New Year with Marty Mone as support and from start to finish it was a wonderful night out not just for us but for many people that me have spoken to today who were there and who look forward to going there again soon. Overall for us it was well worth the experience.

Reception staff are lovely and helpful. Servers and slow or Grumpy. The food has not been good this Christmas or last. The hotel is lovely. The rooms a cosy and relaxing.

This was a Christmas Craic-er break at the Gleneagle and like other breaks I have been on in Killarney at this hotel it was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food great, especially as they were able to offer me gluten free alternatives and the evening entertainment second to none. The rooms were large, clean and cleaned every day. All in all I would give the Gleneagle a 10 out of 10. I would definitely go back.

Love this hotel always something going on. Great staff, very helpful. Love the breakfast. Always look forward to a return visit.

Five adults stayed in the Glen Eagle apartments last wkend. The apartments were cosy, comfortable & very clean. The staff in the Glen Eagle Hotel were very helpful, courteous, friendly & great fun… will be back…

Large hotel complex with too few parking spaces, non-functioning Wi-Fi and much to cut beds.

The room was clean and well equipped, however, it was very warm and poorly ventilated with no air conditioning. The breakfast was of good quality and had good variety of fresh food. Even though there was a deal for dinner that we got at check in it wasn't really worth it. The food food was more like canteen quality. Service was excellent at the hotel. The big standout for the hotel is the vast array of activities available for all ages including… Pool, sports, kids clubs, night entertainment to serve all ages and shop at the hotel.

Used the Enterprise rental car service at the hotel and it was great. The prices were better than Budget and the guy at the counter was nice. We were able to drop off the car in the lot and just dropped off the key to the hotel reception after hours.

Staff so welcoming and friendly. Good and service excellent. None better for value.

Apartments was great value for money. Clean spacious and have everything you need in them. Staff were lovely and very helpful will definitely stay again.

Ok the hotel I usually go to was booked out so I tried out here first of all the room wasn't as big as hotel Killarney (that was the name of the hotel I usually go to) the television had good picture the beds comfortable the restaurant better than I expected (that's why I rated here three stars) the breakfast pretty good there could have been a better selection the swimming pool not great.

Connected to the INEC so good location. Big hotel that is always busy.

The food was not nice an very expensive … only good thing is tat u can leave yur hotel an go straight into the inec. Wer many of musians play an the xecor in the hotel needs upgrade. As der is better places for less price!

Just back from a tour to Gleneagles Hotel was brillant and food was excellent staff very helpful and entertainment every night and very clean.

Large hotel with great amenities. Plenty for kids and adults to do. A few bars and always something on.

I have recently returned from a coaching holiday on the ring of Kerry run by david Hogden coaches. I stayed at the Gleneagles Hotel Killarney. I give this hotel 5 stars and more for its hospitality, customer service and great restaurant. Entertainment was brilliant both for adults and children ; — nothing was too much trouble The leisure center was excellent. I;m hoping to return next year by car and I;m definitely staying there, The best hotel I;ve ever stayed at. Thank a lot Janine Higgins.

I don't even want to give one star. SHOCKING service. We arrived at three in the afternoon and the receptionist was on the phone to someone while serving us. Room wasn't even ready so we had to wait an hour. The rooms are very dated and very basic for the price they charge. We then went to have some food and were waiting nearly an hour before someone served us, and only because I had to go and ask the waiter if we can please be served by someone. When the food eventually came I couldn't eat my sandwich as the meat tasted gone off. The next morning we went down for breakfast and there were around 30 people outside the restaurant waiting to be seated. No one was organising us and eventually, after being informed by another guest, we had to go up to a woman, give her our room number and amount of people, and when a seat was ready she would shout our room number to go in. 15 minutes we waited, standing outside the room, before we got to eat. Not that the food was worth the wait. It was if I was in a prison the way the woman smashed the food onto my plate. Her clothes were dirty from splatters because beans, eggs etc, she threw them onto the plate it was sloppy service and bad food. And because of this we were made felt very rushed. As if she was throwing the food onto the plate to get us out of the way quicker. She was also wiping her nose on her sleve. Horrible. None of the staff have any hospitality skills.

Just spent last five days at gleneagle hotel as part of ulsterbus tour,, and I must say it was a wonderful experience, The room although a little dated, was clean and comfortable, house keeping staff were pleasant and very efficiant. The menu offered a wide variety of choice served by friendly staff, one waitress in particular stood out for us. (Siobhan), she made meal times pleasurable and entertaining. The entertainment, although not to my taste was excellent and the music encouraged us on to the dance floor. We will certainly be returning to the hotel in the future and encouraging friends and family to experiance the wonderful hospitality from all members of staff. Thank you.

I love this Hotel, been there about 17 or 18 times. Fabolous location 25min walk or 5min drive from Killarney itself. Brilliant facilities, Ballroom, Pool, INEC, Bars and Restaurants. Residents entertainment most nights, out of there 18 times I've been there only during one stay I was there, there was no entertainment for 1 night, but the bars are open until 0100 every night. Fantastic Hotel: 9.99 out of 10.
