Was at the panto, what a night for all, show was amazing, staff so friendly and helpful, been going to pantos years and this was best one yet well done to all the staff Happy Christmas 🎅

Menu in the restaurant is poor, service is poor. Vegetables not cooked fresh, too many pizza and pasta dishes. Breakfast is dreadful, cheap non wet cured bacon. Artificial scrambled egg, fried eggs not cooked. Not kept warm enough in poorly heated range.

Been 3 times hoping each time it’ll get better and being lured by the delicious chicken wings. It’s like having kids — you forget how painful the first time was so you go back for another round. Great food, inconsistent rules for parking payments, overpriced, and the staff have either been clueless or just plain rude.

Had my daughter's 21st there on Saturday and I can honestly say the staff couldn't do enough for us… lovely staff and very accommodating ❤️

The meal was really lovely and very reasonable prices and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Lovely place to go for a meal and drink. Will visit there again ❤.

Stayed in the hotel with a friend when we were checking in we where greeted but an extremely rude receptionist, think his name was Darren. When we got to our room it's was absolutely filthy so they changed our rooms the second room was even worse there was dirty all over the floors and hair all over the window sill. I went back to the reception to tell them room was dirty they didn't care at all or even apologise. They send the accommodation manger up to have a look and she agreed the room was dirty. Although she was very helpful the reception staff where awful not even as much as an apology did I get for havin to love rooms 3 times. I would expect the rooms to be cleaned at the highest standards during covid, but this must not be the case in this hotel. I was very disappointed as I stayed in the hotel a few times before and it was gorgeous but the standards have really dropped.

From the moment we drove in and see that the car park was €10 for 24hrs I was shocked as most hotels car parks free. When we walked round to reception from the back bit we thought ohh this looks fancy lovely big staircase and chandelier. We checked in and took the lift to 2nd level stepped out and seen what looked like the older part of the building… not what I expected when its advertising the new part in every advert. Went to our room and once u open the door it smelt like cigarettes… carpet was stained… wallpaper was stained… and the lampshades. Rooms wasnt clean was filthy with dust everywhere I ended up cleaning the room with wipes. Pillows where terrible flat as a pancake and wouldnt of mattered If asked for more. Iron was filthy was covered in a sticky residue my husband went to iron his shirt and the residue came out into his shirt. The plugs where faulty only 2 working and not good when u got kids with tablets and then our phones. Restaurant was lovely and food was great but a change in the menu might be needed always the same things. Staff at restaurant where pathetic only one staff we liked was Ioam I think he is called from Bangladesh he was the only one that listened to what we wanted. He was good with the kids and he brought down some cheesecake for my birthday and put a candle in it and kids got strawberries. I dont think we will be returning in a hurray.

The hotel is very nice the staff are helpful & friendly. I would recommend it. The only thing I don't like about it is the parking is €10 & it should come with the room (free)

We had a communion and had an overnight stay in family room and double room for adults and kids, staff were amazin, they had the room decorated wit all balloons and banners and decorations and done sweet table my granddaughter was so excited when she walked in and seen room decorated for her special day, many thanks to the staff in the red cow for making it a special day for her communion.

From our book in to departing it was an absolute sh*t show reception staff looked as they felt not wanting to be there … the room was a whole different kettle of fish from the holes in the ceilings and damp coming down the walls, pillows that wouldn't even be tolerated in prisons to eyelashes found on the bed sheets … amazing alarm clock 6.30 construction right outside our window … 4* I beg to differ … absolutely disgraceful. I shall be reviewing this hotel on every site.

Staff were so friendly really good experience.

Stayed here for a few weeks as I had a child in crumlin hospital. Dont know we’re too start on the staff. Everyone of them went way out of there way too make us feel welcome. The staff in Toms table. (especially Bruno) looked after us very well, great food. Then the craic with Kenneth and Martin made a stressful time for us a lot easier. The receptionists were amazingly helping (big shout out too Victoria).
And of course Colm, who made sure we wanted for nothing.
Can’t wait to go back. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Went to check in at this hotel after booking through booking. Com website, was asked on arrival to pay €100 deposit because I was paying by cash.
Which wasn't to the value of our stay for one night.
They front of house staff weren't friendly even towards other customers they were aggressive.
After eventually telling them they cannot charge €100 deposit they said it was hotel policy etc. So I told them I'm innthe Hospitality Sector and there was no way I was paying the deposit, eventually they let myself and my kids check in by cash.
Got up to find they had turned off the hot water so we couldn't avail of a shower I asked housekeeping to see what the problem was at 9.30 am and ended up leaving the hotel as no staff came back to us reception had 3 people working on the desk but no one would answer the phone when we phoned about the lack of hot water.
So we just checked out there was no breakfast included in the price.
For a 4star irish hotel that looks fabulous inside it is very badly Managed.
I wouldn't book this hotel again.

Brilliant experience. Nicola and Siobhan were brilliant in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly be back!

By validating parking tickets for customers who actually take the time to stop for food and drinks, having to pay for parking after spending money in the Hotel is totally ridiculous, any other place validate your ticket on production of a receipt for your food. Reception staff very unhelpful when asked about validating ticket, will not be stopping for food at this Hotel again.

Had a wonderfull lunch today and Desert and latte brilliant service and very friendly and helpful manager.

Stayed there for Christmas party. Very nice food and fantastic entertainment. The breakfast is the best!

Last night me and my partner went to the Red Cow Hotel, my boyfriend requested the room to be done up for a surprised proposal, the staff done such an amazing job on making this special occasion unforgettable, they went above and beyond to make sure we loved and enjoyed every second off the experience, the room was amazing and the staff were so so respectful and kind, the room was 10/10, everything about this hotel was perfect would highly recommend!

Toms Tqble is absolutely fantastic,. The food is 100% and the staff really make you feel special I would recommend trying it out. I live in LA and made a booking with Jessica Roche for a birthday dinner for my dad over the phone. Jessica was absolutely fantastic and made sure it all went off smoothly. My parents had a lovely evening and said the staff and food were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend visiting the restaurant for any occasion… Thanks again Jessica

Loved the room and friendly atmosphere.

Disappointed during my stay in July. On first impressions the hotel was lovely the staff were lovely when checking in we even ate at the inn and the food was delish however this all went down hill after 9pm. Our family room 305 was above your function room, all we could hear was loud music thumping through into our room it was so loud it could have been playing in our bathroom. At 12.15 I had had enough my 6 year old daughter was STILL wide awake I rang the reception to see if there was another room we could be moved to which the answer was no and that the music will be over soon. So basically we had to just put up with it. Finally the music stopped around 1pm but then we have shouting and car door closing for another while. So roughly half 1 quarter to 2 I got my daughter to sleep until 6am when there was people running around and shouting and slamming doors. Low and behold we are all awake again. Really dissapointed with our stay wanted a lovely family weekend stay and it didn't happen. My emails haven't even been answered to.

We stayed in the hotel for two nites 6th and 7th of August Highly recommend to stay there room is fabulous so quiet and peaceful, we also had dinner in the Restaurant it was gorgeous and the staff were so nice and helpful. Been coming to the Red Cow hotel for years and it never disappoints. Wonderful atmosphere, great staff, superb food and a place we love to return to time and time again.

Firstly I would never step inside this hotel ever again. Worst experience out of all the years of travelling. Most importantly the staff on the front desk need training in customer service, manners and respect to guests who phone to speak to a manager. Some of rudest staff I've ever come across. They need to actually take 30 seconds to listen on phone call and not cut across a guest and try hang up. Disgusting.

It is not safe to park your vehicle in the hotel car park overnight. Our van was broken into and expensive tools were stolen. We had parked right outside the hotel main entrance. When we reported it at the reception desk they called the duty manager who offered us tea or coffee but left us to contact the Garda Siochana ourselves. It was very upsetting and would not encourage us to stay there again.

Had a carvery here food was nice, I have a 14 month old so I asked for 4/5 chips just to keep him quite while I eat. Chef wouldn’t give me would only do a bowl of chips. That’s bad form considering he could see how small he is.

Link lounge Cafe was disaster. Staff there was acting horrible to us, we wrote complain straight to the Cafe and also didnt get respond or no one said sorry about their behaviour. Other than that everything went well, hotel Staff was nice, room was nice and we enjoyed staying one week In Ireland and Red cow.

Stayed here to have quick access to Kildare Village and Newbridge Silverware. Despite renovation works I was pleased with the service received. Bed was very comfortable. Some of the furniture in room could do w renewal. As a failte Ireland guide I stay in a lot of hotels in Dublin, and I would recommend the Red Cow for convenience and friendly staff.

Me and my husband stayed to celebrate our anniversary.
The night away was to relax, we spent the day in Dublin so handy to get into town from this location.
Had dinner in the restaurant was absolutely fab could not fault the food lovely young girl served us.
The guinness bread was a huge hit.
The bedroom was warm cosy and very relaxing the bath robes was very very inviting.
It was the quietest hotel I have stayed in as in no outside noise no noise from the hallway lifts nothing best nights sleep in years.

Immaculate and amazing place, staff were lovely especially the bar staff! Rooms were so spacious and spotless. Really enjoyed my stay here and would come again.

Not amazing for the price but it's Dublin so everything is overpriced. The decor is "classic" but that makes it feel old. Everything is really nice though. Comfy bed, big TV in the room, good bathrooms and shower pressure. A step up from your standard no-frills place but feels like it' s inches away from being great.

Lovely hotel. We had a room in the new wing. Lovely room. But the air con was not working. Weather was hot, the room was uncomfortablely hot. Sleep was difficult. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were promised a fan. It never arrived. But would still recommend a stay. The tram to Dublin is about a good 10min walk.

Rooms lovely. Very clean although standing in a bath with a shower curtain in order to shower maybe not quite 4 star standard. Checking in not great as receptionist attempted to charge me 8 euro for parking even though I explained that under the terms as advertised on their website of the sleepy Sunday offer parking was free. She reluctantly agreed saying she wasn't going to argue over it. I stated I didn't want any favours and I was only looking for what I was entitled to. She rather gruff ly agreed. Not the most pleasant of welcomes. Other than this incident no problems recommending the hotel. Food etc of good quality although be aware at present building work is ongoing here and we were rather abruptly woken from our slumber at 7.30am by loud banging from said building site. Sleepy Sunday indeed!

Had an important 7 day business trip in Dublin and we decided to stay at the red cow because it had a solid reputation. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms were large and had comfortable furnishings. The wash rooms were clean and modern. The restaurant and pub were very nice as well. Breakfast buffet was delicious and we had lots of laughs hanging out a few evenings enjoying the pub. All in all our 7 days went very well and we do not regret staying at the red cow. In fact I would gladly recommend it to other business travelers coming from the USA. The Irish people are wonderful and the red cow was a significant part of our company having a successful trip to Dublin. Thanks guys and God bless ya.

The Service & Food was first class. They couldn't do enough for my guests. All our requests were carried out effortless
The Bedrooms were spotless. The function room was set up on time every evening. All staff were friendly, helpful & efficient. The Guests had a fantastic weekend & can't wait to return. I can recommend this 4 star property for any event.

We stayed in a Red Cow family room in May. The location is convenient for the city centre with the Red Line Tramway. But you have to consider that it takes 10 minutes to walk to the stop and then another 20 tram to get to the center.
The property is a little dated but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Average value for money.

A very nice hotel and the food is very good!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and we absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in the new wing and the room was so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff here is also very nice and helpful. The restaurants here are delicious. We ate here multiple times and loved it especially the breakfast. They have a large selection and everything is delicious. We loved that the hotel is close to the Dublin center as well as the other attractions outside of Dublin. Will definitely stay here again!

That's great. An exquisite hotel. It is away from the center but the buses stand in front of it.

Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonably priced room. Enjoyed stay and breakfast and free car parking. Good value and would recommend to friends and family. Ideally situated for onward journeys to the south and west of Ireland. And the tram is just a few minutes walk to bring you into the city centre.

Great place to stay at. I recommend this location for everyone, "just to experience" the great customer service. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Shopping is not close by, but trains and buses are close by. "I'll be back. " The room is spacious, very clean, sometimes it can be a little loud, nothing to worry about.

Outstanding hotel … ample parking space … very very helpful staff. Room was more than what we expected. Nice Clean beds and very comfortable temperature. However the washrooms exhaust was not working which gave a little stench as we went into the room. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good food. Stayed in a family room in the older part of the hotel above reception. Good sized room with a comfortable bed and furnishings but could probably do with a bit of a refurbishment. Great breakfasts! There is a nice pub type bar with wide screen TVs showing sport and a wine bar and restaurant. Very busy while I was there, which was actually nice, place had a nice buzz.

I always loved staying at the Red Cow but this time around no, not one bit happy, my friend that was with me said she'd never stay there again and it was her first time. I booked the room about two weeks ago and when I arrived to discover they had no room booked under my name, I don't know how many times I was asked did I book under another name I told them I have stayed a few times under the same name. They were very rude and the same on the phone to me about two weeks ago when I was booking the room, about four times I had to ring them, between cutting me off and hanging up on me, we stayed for one night and the charge for parking the car overnight was €8 I nearly died, come on it's enough to pay for staying in the hotel but to pay for parking thats taken it too far. I taught the hotel in clearness is gone down. Instead of inviting people in they're actually pushing people away. I don't think I'll be going back there again.

Myself and my partner stayed in the hotel last night (Wednesday the 28th of February). To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely person (Phillip front of house). We thought this meant it was going to be a lovely stay. We went to our room which was lovely (apart from the fact that when I was asked if I wanted a bath or walk in shower I chose the shower which meant it was a disabled room).
We then decided to go for food. … We chose the bar area because we thought it would be easier to get served there. When we got our drinks we asked for a menu and the man that said he’d get it disappeared. After 40 minutes of trying to flag someone down to get a menu, we left.
We then decided to order room service as by this stage we were starving. We picked from the menu and might I add it had very limited choice. One hour later the food arrived to which they had got our order wrong. The onion rings were freezing and the chicken was RAW! I was extremely unimpressed so went to complain. (We got the money back for our room service) It was Phillip to dealt with is who again I cannot praise enough but every other staff member we in countered was extremely rude. We then left our tray out to be collected and upon leaving today it was still there. I will make sure I never step foot in the hotel again. I will also ensure none of my friends or family do either.

The hotel is great, is away from the center, but it is perhaps not a disadvantage and the advantage of a good tram service did not create any problems. The quiet cozy outside has a deceptive look, inside all for five. Great breakfast and spacious rooms. In the evening went to a cafe in a nearby building beer live music were satisfied with the hotel.

Just returned from a mini break to Dublin… we stayed in the Red Cow Moran Hotel while we were here! On arrival we were welcomed straight away and our bags were looked after while we went exploring as our room wasn't quite ready! The room we stayed in was beautiful with amazing views! Breakfast in the morning was lovely and we also ate in the bar of an evening with lots of choice to! 5 min walk to the tram and bus stop with regular services for both! Would definately recommend and hopefully maybe visit again in the future! Thank you!

A huge hotel with a sports bar and a knight's snout in 100 steps under the same brand. I lived in a building, and it's really old.

Nice hotel, comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast, nice choice of food available. Waiting staff were very professional but you could tell they really didn't want to be there, smile ladies.

I am never one to give reviews on anything, but after tonight I feel it's a must… The Red Cow Hotel is something else… Firstly the food in the Tom's restaurant is out of this world but that is just the start. The service was amazing, we had about 4 different waitresses. Each one as pleasant as the next… I couldn't get over to food there; it was unreal (compliments to the chef). After we had our fill of starter and main course we asked for the bill… One of the lovely waitresses came over and presented us with a complimentary dessert, with a huge "happy anniversary" written on the plate but only because my partner had just happened to mention it in passing conversations that it was our seconded year anniversary while booking. We both got such a shock. Between this, the amazing service and amazing food, along with the lovely hotel room… The Red Cow in my eyes is my new favourite stay when having a night in Dublin again… Five stars are not enough for what we experienced tonight and how we were made feel… We will be telling all our family and friends…

Great Hotel, clean, with spacious and well furnished rooms but far from the center of Dublin and the tram stop easy to reach especially with wind and rain.

Fantastic atmosphere, super-friendly staff and parking wasn't too expensive at all. We ordered some chips as well and they were really, really good. Dying to try their food when I go back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The problem is that it is far from the city, in a polygon to 10 stations of LUAS of the center.

Spent a few hours here recently in the coffee shop at a meeting / training session with a colleague from abroad. And it the perfect location for this kind of meeting. Good coffee served at the table, and after that, they just left us alone. After this, I met a friend who was travelling from Cork. We had dinner in the diner. The place was packed, and while we had to wait a while to find a waiter, the food arrived incredibly quickly. Fish and chips for 2 washed down with a couple of glasses of beer. Reasonable quality food, and a great location for anyone traveling.

Quaint place with really nice and inviting decor. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Nice views and all staff seem to be really nice. Good breakfast and was available till 12 noon!

Was at the hotel for a few days to attend business meetings held at the hotel. The hotel itself is good. Liked the room, the view. The rooms were spacious and the furniture just about right. However the service and maintenance could have been better. The shower was leaking and the air-conditioning was giving out an eerie sound. We also used the meeting room for three days and landed up having different room every day. Each of the meeting rooms had different furniture it just felt weird. The restaurant had only one buffet table and based on your lunch time you could land up spending about 10 minutes to get to your lunch if all the rooms got out for lunch at around the same time.

Fab weekend spent at Red Cow Moran Hotel. Avoided the busy Dublin traffic. New rooms very plush. Food. Breakfast was wonderful… Staff were efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Attended a seminar. Easy to drive to, plenty of parking. Lovely renovations. Lunch in Tom's was really nice with a HUGE salad bar. Very tasty and good service.

Lunch with my son. We had carvery which was really delicious. Staff are very pleasant. The guy's serving our food at the carvery were so funny. Joking around. I love the red cow's carvery. You will not leave feeling hungry.

Was at a training function there yesterday and I have to say it was the worst experience I ever came across for a well known hotel! Went to get food there and a bap was €9.95 daylight robbery. The few scones we got were not fresh at all no way! Daylight robbery for a quick snack. €22 for tea and coffee and stale scones.
The training room was just as bad the function room next to ours the volume of noise coming from it we couldn't hear a thing in our room. No microphone no water or sweets and staff kept coming in and out of the room non stop for what I do not know! I never came across this ever before in all the hotels I've ever had functions or training courses in. To top it all off the car park we had to pay a €10. If there were — 5 stars on this the red cow would get that grade. Sorry this was not a once off either. Worst experience of a hotel I ever came across. I would always give decent good reviews but this really was a very poor experience

Matches foursomes, a good room, TV, furniture, friendly staff, quickly populated. From the airport reached quickly on 750 bus green non-stop, five euros per person. Great breakfast. If I have the opportunity to visit Dublin, I will stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel with lovely indoors but parking requires immiduate renovation. Looks beautiful inside but Conference Rooms have leaking air conditioning. Not the best experience ever.

Quite slow to check in but after that very good. We had a wonderful lady waitress at dinner in the evening and the b'fast was good. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend staying.

Very sad. I would like to give more stars. Unfortunately, we have to wait, despite the announcement of the tour guide in the Morning at the Hotel, to be able to for 2.5 h to our room. This is for a Hotel of this 'format' is not acceptable.

Stayed here a few times and attended a lot of functions. Don't let the exterior fool you, even though it looks more like an industrial park hotel from the oitsode, it's clean, modern and has most of the premium features of other 4 star hotels. The staff are very professional and rooms are spacious. Location is great if you're driving but a bit of a pain to get go if your not as the luas stop is still a bit away.

Comfortable hotel and good table.

The Red Cow with its new extension is vastly improved on the Old Red Cow. the quality has gone through the roof compared to the old run down place this was just 2 years ago. the only downside is that you now have to pay for parking even as a resident, which is €8 a day. But at least you can park now, I have really enjoyed my stay this time. The bar and breakfast are just excellent now.

Absolutely top notch! Beautiful rooms, great staff and very handy location with easy access to M50 and Luas. Food is lovely and reasonably priced. We will definitely be staying again!

Very unfriendly service at the front Desk. Not offered a Breakfast. Rooms were okay and the steak house in the vicinity, he also fits. More of a business hotel than suitable for a short descent.

Very comfortable hotel a little far from the center of Dublin but accessible by tram in 20 minutes.

Hotel top is all the area is within walking distance around it of industry.

We had our Xmas party here. The hotel bar served a kinda decent pint. I'd give it 7 out of 10. The bar that caters for the functions should be visited by the Health Department. Every member of our party was violently ill. I've been around enough bars to know that the beer they were serving was the slops from the night before. No way we'll be back next year. Let them keep it. Shame though, the hotel and staff (barmen excluded) were quite nice.

Very nice, class equipment, first class Service, pretty clean, good for motorists, situated quite outside of the city, less suitable for Dublin city tour, first class business hotel.

Great hotel for business visit.
My client advised me and it was a welcome surprise. The hotel is in renovation so the fifth star today I can not put it. The rooms are furnished in sumptuous antique style, spacious and quiet. At 200 meters there is a tram stop that conveniently takes you to Dublin city centre in 25 minutes. The hotel is located next to the largest industrial area of Dublin so very convenient for business visits and meetings with local customers. From the airport is 25 minutes by taxi without traffic: spending 40 euros.

Good food and attentive service.

Good hotel, bad location in the commercial area between roads. However, Dublin is within easy reach mi tram and in the hotel you can tell nothing of the situation. The price is good.

Large rooms, comfortable well organised for large family events and corporate use. But like most large hotels a little impersonal for personal travellers. However close walking distance to pub for alternative drink/eating and atmosphere. Car park direction signs are misleading if you approach from Robinhood Road + gate closed during rush hour, to prevent it being used as cut through. Recommend the little cafe on the roundabout where R112 crosses R819 for breakfast (10 mins drive) good value and the "real" locals are more than happy to chat.

Clean rooms. Nice food in bar. Great location to stay if visiting zoo or going to shopping centre. Luas stop also at front door.

Pleasant environment, food is lovely, but when one of our diners requested for fresh Prosecco — one that wasn't flat — we were told they'd none, in a "four star" hotel?

Have never stayed in the hotel itself but the pub which is part of the Red Cow complex is great for a quick bite to eat at the weekends.

Good hotel, bad location in the commercial area between roads. However, Dublin is within easy reach mi tram and in the hotel you can tell nothing of the situation.

Decent food. Good locals restaurant.

The Chicken Sizzler was better than the Steak Sizzler, although neither were stellar.

Just had a week at the Red Cow, beautiful room — staff very polite and friendly. Undergoing a refurbishment program which did not interfere with my experience. Food was of a high standard and reasonably priced. Would benefit from a more extensive choice of TV channels from in room entertainment but this is only a minor observation. Looking forward to returning.

Excellent rooms, fine dining.

I stayed at the hotel on Saturday night with 3 other members of my family and we were very disappointed with our stay. One of the rooms had a blocked toilet and a broken window. The evening meal very well presented but cold and tasteless. The restaurant service was very slow. The staff were very friendly but seemed to be under preasure and working very long hours. The hotel was clean.

Enjoyed our stay, have only one small comment to make. We were charged extra for dinner which amazed me because I was under the impression it was included. I had booked twin room with dinnerr and breakfast included. But over all facilities and sevice was brilliant and we will be back.
