I really did not like it here. It was not a complete failure but all the small things do stack up quite a bit. Worst offender was the shower. Added some photos. Because someone who clearly has no idea on how to fix a shower did fix the shower you were not able to get warm water. Also a bit of mold and over all the pretty bad state it was repaired into. The toilet was also leaking which I was able to fix myself since I did not want to waken the house in the middle of the night. The rest of the room was okish. Not for the price bit still ok. The breakfirst was the most simple I received yet. Only the least available. The housemother asked a lot of questions but pretty much straight went away so you had no chance to answer. There was a bit of a mess on arrival and we had to change the room.

It was fine but unfortunately not as we had thought.
Let's start with something good, the breakfast was good and also quickly finished. Very tasty scrambled eggs.
The rooms were so far fine, the bed was unfortunately not the most comfortable and with every movement or rotation, it sounded like it would collapse. If you wanted to take a shower, you had to make it cold, because you couldn't adjust the controller and it just came out cold. However, I didn't necessarily feel comfortable in the whole bathroom, I understand something else by clean and okay.
If you come there to explore Dublin, you have to take an hour's bus or hire half a car.

Enjoyed stay, hospitality excellent. Very homely.

Was a nice B&B, here I would also come back here.
We were greeted quite nicely, everything was explained. The rooms were fine, the breakfast was also impeccable.
The B&B is very quiet, but also outside of swords, so you need at least one car to get to the next pub.

This was our last nights stay in Ireland. We picked it because the home was close to the Dublin airport. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about this B&B. The shower had a very bad leak and essentially flooded the bathroom, which resulted in all of our towels being used to clean up the mess. We were given one hand towel to use between the two of us. I am only giving this B&B two stars because it is very close to the airport. If you're flying out early the next morning, this is an okay place to spend the night, however if you're staying for an extended period of time I would search elsewhere.

Fantastic location, just within short walk from town. Breakfast was okay.

Our bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The host was very welcoming and accommodating upon check in. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Wonderful host, left food out for our early tour schedule, great room, close to town with many pubs.

Good size rooms, hair dryer. Friendly host.

Lovely place to stay, friendly owners and near the airport which is a plus!

Beautiful countryside home thats still within hour from city. Catherine was a friendly host who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Will definitly stay there again.
