The room was completely inaccessible for a wheelchair user despite being told it was an accessible room. The bed was far too low making transfers impossible without assistance.

Love all Premier inns. Swords was my first visit and it was beautiful. I’d highly recommend it and staff were brilliant.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently, we were around a 20 min drive from Dublin zoo and tayto park. Hotel staff were very friendly, plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel, free parking. Would definitely stay again.

Free parking is a bonus and there is plenty of it. Receptionist was so helpful and full of smiles. Our room was absolutely amazing so spacious and clean. Went to get ice in the bar the barman was so friendly.

Had a lovely 4 day stay here for st Patrick’s day. Rooms clean, beds very comfy and staff amazing. Had lovely food in restaurant too.

Stayed here night before early flight. Staff friendly, rooms well maintained and lovely, big comfy bed! We ate in Thyme restaurant and food was good quality. Convenient 10 min shuttle bus ride to Terminal. Costs 2 euro per person and runs approx every half hour. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this hotel more. My Husband and I stayed here over 4 different nights. Exceptional service. Food at the restaurant was very good especially the fish and chips. The hotel took care of our luggage while on a short trip to London. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The perfect place to stay overnight in the airport area. If booked on time (they have a good website that will ask for your credit card but without charging) it allows you to have ample parking, more than decent rooms and a strategic location at really good prices.

Really great place to stay when catching an early flight the next day. The rooms are very reasonably priced and there's a shuttle bus to the airport. I've stayed three times now and never had a bad experience. Staff are friendly, rooms are quiet and spacious, and the beds are so, so comfortable. I recommend grabbing a bite in the restaurant. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing. Too quality. The ultimate chocolate brownie sundae was so good. Will definitely be coming back next time I have no early flight from Dublin airport.

Just checked in today for 2 nights. I've been here 8 hours or so and I have completely loved the experience so far. Staff have been brilliant. The room is huge. The food is fabulous.

We stay here every year before our early flight to Italy. Great hotel, the staff are both welcoming and helpful. I would urge people to use the in house restaurant. Not only are the dishes varied and enough to satisfy every taste. They are piping hot when served. As for the restaurant staff, what can I say. They are all lovely, personable and helpful. This year we were particularly impressed with our waitress Pauline. She made us feel so special, all so easily. We will be back, same time next year. Well done.

Perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight. Big rooms, well kept. Halls and rooms were quiet and peaceful. Staff was extremely clear and helpful. Nice breakfast selection and shuttle buses to the airport were timely.

Premier Inn Dublin Airport really need to clarify their parking terms and conditions. Your website clearly says free parking. However, long term parking is now no longer available. No where in the hotel is there parking information available. To make matters worse I had to deal with a very rude manager. Not good enough and a very disappointing end to what had started off as a good experience.

Stayed here last night for the Taylor Swift concert what a fantastic stay we had the room was beautiful the beds were very comfy the breakfast was gorgeous filled us up for the day would definitely stay here again the staff was very friendly and helpful many thanks for a great stay would definitely recommend it.

Perfect location near the airport but not noisy at all, the beds are extremely comfy and the room clean. We couldn't use the hotel shuttle from the airport at the arrival because it was too late but it was perfect for the departure day. Only one tip to the night shift reception: as a woman arriving late with 2 bags and a small child I would have appreciated an offer of help, but apart from that the whole stay was pleasant.

A little slow on check in! However, the reception staff were helpful and had some challanging customers in front of me. The room was a decent size with lots of space. The bathroom was clean and tidy with a nice hot shower. The bed was a little squeaky but nonetheless comfy with additional pillows in the room should you require.

Clean rooms, great shower, our room was huge, BUT, the dinner meal deal, including a drink just sucked. I asked for the soft drink, this is what I got 200ml. My wife had a glass of red wine, generously filled. Are Whitbread seriously making an equivalence? Food was warm, but perfunctory, like you'd get in A factory canteen maybe. A menu designed by accountants. Avoid.

The staff was very friendly and lent me an adapter since my computer charger only had a continental Europe plug. Room was fairly comfortable, although could use some renovation. Irish breakfast buffet was very good and lent a good start to the day. Bus to airport is a bargain.

Out stay was fine. There was work being done at the hotel, but we only stayed for one night and it wasn't a major bother. Our particular room only had 1 working out (the other had something broken in it) so my wife and I had to alternate charging electronics for our trip. There were a few times we called the desk and no one was there to answer (same thing happened when we checked out). The restaurant here was fine.

Convenient to airport, shuttle bus 2euro each way and regular service. Very comfy beds and food available in restaurant. Had very early flight so didn't have breakfast but told by others that this is usually very good. Able to walk out to main road and get bus into city of Dublin, regular bus service.

Having stayed in a number of premier inns recently I wouldn't rate this as one if the best. Stayed two nights for business. First morning breakfast was cold, second morning I was informed I had not paid for breakfast in front of other guests while at the buffet bar. A member if staff had not included the breakfast booking on the accommodation booking although I was able to evidence on my confirmation. Staff never appeared very happy although not rude.

Good place to lay your head. Great staff, but the amenities and size of the hotel make it not much asthetics pleasing. If you need to be near the airport however it's worth the money.

Very good international Airport.

One of the best hotels I've stayed over at. Looks more like a Hilton! Great staff, good food except for a rude restaurant manager who thinks it's ok to yell at you from 10 metres away asking when you're going to pay the bill! This is after snatching a plate away with your fork in mid air. Fortunately a more genteel waitress came to the rescue and provided excellent service. Good parking facilities, will definitely visit again.

Great hotel, arrived later in the evening and got checked in easily. Room was large and clean. Had dinner and drinks in the bar and service was very good. Bed was amazing too. Couldn't fault it.

Good value hotel close to the airport with comfy beds. The only thing was that the shower was ridiculously hot. Even on the coldest setting you couldn't stand under it without it burning you. It was cold for about 10 seconds and then piping hot. We stayed here about 3 years ago and I said this when filling in a question air about our stay because we couldn't use it or give our toddler a shower. It's still the same and we couldn't use it again for our son, I burnt myself on it too so couldn't use it which is a shame before/after a long flight.

Economic, family and very quiet. 5 minutes from Dublin Airport which is a great advantage when it comes to early travel or arriving late.

Very convenient if you have to use the airport, clean rooms spacious bathroom, and provided with a bar and restaurant at reasonable prices, every half hour passes a bus that at the price of €2 takes you to the airport (check first the terminal from which you have to leave because where it will stop You will find Terminal 1 on the right and 2 on the left)

It's a good hotel located 10 min away of the airport by car. It's close to a couple of shopping centers and also to a few restaurants. There is a gim 2 min away (the hotel doesn't offer one). Breakfast is all right and the hotel staff is nice and resourceful. Definitely recommended for business travellers.

Most important thing about any hotel is the bed yet so many hotels fail miserably in this regard. Fortunately, the premier Inn is not one of these hotels. Great bed, great nights sleep and the restaurant was good too. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is placed in a commercial area, so there are several places where you can go if you need to buy something. There is also a number of good places where you can go to have dinner, the choice is good. There is a bus which connects to the airport, running from 4.15 in the morning so it's well served if you are staying here the night before your flight. When I stayed there, it was October 2017, the hotel nhad some refitting works going on, so the restaurant was not available for dinner. Not a major problem because, as I said, there are good places around where you can have a good dinner at reasonable price. The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms are what you are used to if you have stayed in other Premier Inns in UK or Ireland, so no (good or bad) surprise here. The major advantage of this hotel is its location, close enough to the airport but also in a commercial area so you can have several choices for shopping and for lunch or dinner. When they finish the works in the hotel they will also have again the standard Premier Inn restaurant (name Thyme) which is usually convenient if you don't want to go out.

Not good at all. Noisy from internal and external. Restaurant shut at moment. Window did not seal properly. So room cold. Heater not very good. Shower was broken. Had to move rooms and floors for night 3. To get a shower working and away from noisy guests. Do not stay here if you want to sleep. Drunken behaviour seems to be accepted as normal.

I have just enjoyed a one night stay at the Premier Inn Dublin Airport and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I was with a group of 20 young athletes and 11 adults and our stay was seamless from start to finish. Check in was extremely professional and friendly and the staff were beyond helpful in accommodating our group. This is especially true of Santa, who was really brilliant. Our group loved the hotel and appreciated the quiet comfortable surroundings after a long days training. Delighted with the experience — many thanks!

Does exactly what you want from an airport hotel. Big spacious rooms. Lost my charger so reception charged it for me. Nice bar and restaurant area. Shuttle bus got me there easy enough but should be free for guests with proof of a nights stay.

Four Stars. Very good value. Attentive staff… excellent bedroom and shower. Not over bath. Choice of Breakfast full or continental at reasonable price… willing staff at hand. Arrived shortly before restaurant closing time but hot meal provided promptly. Lighting outside hotel could be improved.

Had a great stay and it really suited our needs. They quickly sorted a family room with double and twin for us and there was more amenities space downstairs than other Premier Inns we have stayed at. Breakfasts were the usual good value as the kids eat free and the one evening meal we had was also good. Our downside is that the fourth bed is now getting a bit small.

Just what you needed for one night before flying in the morning. Very close to the airport and easy to get to. The check-in process was easy as was check out. The beds were also comfy. However, there were definitely no frills, no freebies, the TV was basic and in an awkward position. Personally the price is a bit much for a bed in a room. Staff were nice though :)

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Premier Inn Dublin Airport in June 2017 because it had received good reviews and was close to the Dublin Airport. It was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. First, my girlfriend and I waited over an hour for the shuttle bus that runs from the Dublin Airport to Premier Inn (the bus is supposed to arrive at the airport every 30 minutes). We waited over an hour before finally taking a taxi. When we arrived to check in, we let the front desk know that the bus had been late. The front desk seemed apathetic and then attempted to blame the issue on us by stating that the bus had been on time and we must’ve missed it (this wasn’t the case because we saw the bus outside the hotel about 15 minutes later). Second, I had booked the hotel online through a booking website but we used my girlfriend’s credit card to pay for the room when we checked in to the hotel. We were both charged for the room. When I realized the mistake roughly a week later, I emailed Premier Inn. I finally got a response back almost two weeks later stating that again the issue was my fault, not the hotel’s. I finally got in touch with a representative from Premier Inn and sent him all of the documentation he asked for. He promptly quit responding to my emails. I will never stay at another one of these hotels again. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Well kept. Good restaurant. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Friendly staff. Nice rooms, that were comfortable and clean. What more do you need for a hotel? It's close to the airport. Hotel transfer bus is €2 per adult. Many bus routes close by that get you into town.

The hotels in this chain are always a guarantee, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and attention to the environment. This is a 5 minute drive from Dublin Airport, really convenient.

The place was very close to the airport; it was a little difficult to figure out which was the 'shuttle' to the hotel, but we figured it out after asking the drivers (it was the double decker purple and yellow bus, for us). The staff was very friendly and efficient. We ate at the hotel since we were just overnight guests for an early flight, and the food was decent (we're vegetarians, so the meat options may well have been better). The rooms were large, clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom large and clean. The shower had good temps and pressure. Again, it was really easy to get back to the airport with the bus (2 euro each way per guest).

Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep before our flight. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Note that the airport shuttle charges 2 euro per person and only runs every half hour, so if you have 2 or more people it's probably better to just take a cab and get dropped off right at the terminal you need (shuttle parks in a central location and is a short walk to T1 or T2).

When we got to the room, the heating had been left on and the room was blistering hot. The windows to the room were inoperable for security reasons (we were on the ground floor). I found it very difficult to sleep in these conditions even after a long day of traveling and a good night's sleep is all I truly required from a cheap hotel. Breakfast was pretty good though.

I paid $180 per night. Service was terrible. Shower didn't work properly. I heard all guests, lucky that I have earplugs. Guys, you have to do renovation. Why I paid $180 for? For bad isolationed walls; for bad service? Fan didn't work at all. Hols in the walls. Building is stinky. Where were shampoo, body shower and gel in the room? I don't found it. Good for me, that I have my own. It has to be cheaper or better condition. It was a very bad experience to stay here.

Rooms are huge and modern. Transit to Dublin city centre costs around €30 by taxi, but its conveniently located for the airport and the airport shuttle bus stops right in front of the entrance.

Very close to Dublin Airport with a cheap shuttle bus. Friendly staff, a good range for breakfast, and very comfortable beds with memory foam toppers. The hotel is beside an out of town shopping g centre, with lots of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. We stay there regularly and are never disappointed. Particularly the price!

Don't stay here if you are elderly, tired, or disabled. They won't offer any type of room service-no matter what the reason! Very rude. Not willing to accommodate any requests and I have a broken leg!

This hotel is clean. Nice good service. And a shuttle bus to the airport but finish the service around 11pm : ( I recommended if you come for business or you need to go to the airports. Its in the middle of the industrial state. Fully recommended.

Premier Inn, is a place I use for my conferences and meetings. Their meeting rooms are good and clean. Their price is also very affordable and moderate, if you are looking for a local spot to do a presentation in the Swords/malahide area.
