Everything is great! ❤ staff are fantastic and very friendly. Steak was fab, even the soup. Great pint of Guinness and the kids loved their goujons. Atmosphere was lovely and Christmassy. Very safe with restrictions but not in your face! Wishing you all a lovely Christmas. Eamon and Brian, thanks so much, always time for a little catch up and a couple of quality street for the kids 😄 great stuff alltogether. Be back soon. 🙂

Staff very friendly, music Sunday night good.

I was called a stupid american checking in, they entered my hotel room when I went out, looked through all my belongings and pissed in my sink. They entered my hotel room on three separate occasions in the same day.

Good food and great service from the people working there.
they have hand sanitizers at the ready when you come in and bottles of small sanitisers on each table plus they wear masks or the protective visors all the time.
very impressed overall.

I was recently in the frothy four today having lunch with a friend, I have to say they are doing a great job in this pandemic from sanitizer at the door to face masks and even have individual bottles of sanitizer for each table which is a fantastic thing to see well done to all the staff really well done.

I would recommend anyone to stay here. Stayed here on Friday night and the room was lovely and warm and the bed was comfortable. Room was also stylish. Shower was also lovely and was big. A bar in the hotel. Also bar food and breakfast in the hotel. Can leave the window open a bit at night in the room as the room can get too warm but it was perfect. Also right in the middle of the town and across from pavillions shopping centre and penneys. Right beside all pubs and restaurants, chemists and bus services are right beside the shopping centre for anyone going to the airport or city centre etc and there is a book in the hotel room that gives details of the buses and taxis which I thought was lovely and helpful.

This place is just fab lovely stylish interior quick and friendly service food was gorgeous kids are welcomed place is spotless and roomy and very well reasonably priced all in all this place is a lil gem we will definitely be returning 5

This place exceeded my expectation. I travelled up for a course and spent 2 nights in the Forty Four. Ideally located in the centre of Swords. Rooms are basic but warm and comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and the grub was top notch. Very reasonably priced. Overall I was very impressed. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is convenient to the airport, pub has a decent meal, but rooms are small and moderately comfortable. If the weather is warm — expect noise and smoke from the pub in the evening when your windows need to be open.

Nice spot for a few casual drinks. Slightly older crowd than most of Swords.

TL;DR: Clean but relatively uncomfortable hotel. Proceed with caution. Pros: Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and recently redecorated. Cons: Incredibly noisy place. Bar noise, music, drunk people until after midnight. If you’re unlucky enough to have a room facing the street then you get about four hours of peace and quiet before the buses and delivery trucks wake you up in the morning. The beds I slept in were basically metal springs with a little cotton on top. Really uncomfortable. Finally the Wi-Fi keeps going down. Though, when it’s up it’s quite fast. But when it goes down the restaurant staff doesn’t have any procedures for dealing with it.

Ok, so it's a pub with rooms which, due to its location, is popular with those needing an early start at the Airport. However, it is an attractive place in the centre of Swords. The rooms are modern, clean and attractive, although in admittedly hot weather, the room was too warm for me, and like most hotels in Ireland, it does not have air conditioning. There is separate access controlled by a fob on your key, to the rooms without having to walk through the bar area or wake up the duty manager at 2am! This glassed in passageway from the road to the rooms is also a pleasant place to take a drink in the evening, or breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was well presented, if lacking in imagination, and I noticed a distinct lack of fruit or cereal. I did not take an evening meal so cannot comment on that. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place has the feeling of a family run business.
There is (paid) parking two minutes across the street. I paid six euros for 24 hours.
Swords is a lively small town, with plenty of bars and places to eat. It's not the cheapest place to stay in the area, but for a single night stop on a business trip, it suited me very well.

Decent hotel. Rooms mean and modern. Food in bar was good and staff are friendly. Decent place to stay.

Have been visiting this pub for years. Its what I call an Old Style Pub. Proper bar staff that know how to serve drinks. The only place in Swords that can make a decent Irish Coffee.
Cant beat it on a Sunday for the Trad Session.

A very cosey place wich is run extremly well by the management and staff with a price which suits everybody's pocket together with a very high standard off service and food.

Very nice food. I always bring my girlfriend cliodhna for a date.

Very convenient for an airport stopover. We had an early flight and this was a great stay. A nice pub downstairs to close out our trip. Comfortable bed, clean and modern room. It lists "parking" but it doesn't have (nor need) it's own lot. Street parking or there is a pay lot. I couldn't get the internet to work. Breakfast not included.

Perfect way to end the night. Try the superb Steak on the Stone. You will not be disappointed.

Do not stay here. 4am and people are playing music and walking up and down the halls. Not the hotels problem granted however there is no one on reception and went downstairs and there is literally no one about to complain too. Left another hour and a fight broke out. Again rang down and no one there. Didn’t get one wink of sleep. Meant to be staying a second night but will be checking out and finding alternative accommodation on the morning.

Well served by the buses, restaurant and pub very friendly, small flat on the bedding not firm at all, clean room.

Great location, and staff. Small rooms above a pub, so you will hear some noise. Elevator wasn't working. The bathroom is modern, but we found some drainage issues. Nice location in the heart of Swords. 5 minutes from Dublin Airport.

Rooms are clean. Lift is broken quite a while now. There' the key go up the stairs all the way to the room and next morning put keys in a box see ya. This is the checkout procedure. That's the only human interaction you get for a hundred odd euro. Breakfast is extra if you want it. No parking direct on premises. I think this 2 star motel not hotel is over priced for what you get. All right to put your head down for a few hours.

Good food and drinks. Very good service and good prices. Great smoking area but no TV outside. Still you can always look at the big screen through the window.

Great hotel room but the real treat was the steak I had in their restaurant. Best steak I had the entire time I was in Ireland.

Im only home from having stayed at this really quaint and very well run hotel … right slap bang in the middle of the Main St in Swords. The location is fantastic and the staff are more than helpful and friendly. Id definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms were not so pleasant. Beds very uncomfortable and the pillows were as hard as rocks! The room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road which also made it very noisy.

Relaxing bar, good selection of craft beers. Good for sports and also for a quite pint or two. Staff professional and attentive, gets busy during rugby union match days.

I stayed in this so called hotel. I found the staff unwelcoming. I had squid for my starter in the restaurant, it was covered in a hot sauce, I could not even taste the squid, I decided not to have the main course. Iwas given a key,. Not even showen to my room. There was no blowdryer and the kettle didn't work. Iwould never stay at this so called hotel ever again.
