Good location. Big room size. Breakfast was disappointing.

I recently stayed at Bilitom Hotel in Baghdad. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.

I truly enjoyed my holiday at this hotel in Baghdad. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

I stayed here for three nights.

My wife and I stayed two nights after our wedding! Our room was very clean, cold (which is a plus in May), and had an amazing view! The power stayed on for the entirety of our stay.

Very well maintained facility with helpful Of Staff and delicious meals. The front desk team was cooperative and understood needs for late check out.

Perfect hotel and perfect staff and I can say perfect service.
The facilities are amazing the outdoor and indoor dining incredible.

The hotel overall was excellent, offering a great location in the Karrada area. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options.

One of the best hotels I tried in Baghdad. 5star service, excellent Wi-Fi. Thank you.

Great location! I stayed three different types and three different rooms. Rooms are a bit dated but functional and kind of clean but very comfortable!
Bottle water were provided!

I stayed for one night in order to visit the holy sites in Baghdad, particularly Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani (q).

Everything was good, but one thing was a bit annoying, the hotel’s generator is located on the side of my room.

The rooms are neat and clean, the service in the rooms is excellent, it would be good if room service and restaurant service could be separated for evaluation.

Fair enough for the price. Nice beds but the toilet had some smell that didn’t go away.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel! The newly added refreshments in both the room and bathroom were a thoughtful and refreshing touch that made the experience even more comfortable.

Had short stay in this hotel, very friendly staff with mouthwatering food. This hotel is located inside the baghdad airport and its more safe than the green zone… totally recommended.

First experience but was very good. Impressive hospitality services.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help❤️, overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

I loved the hotel. Very delicious breakfast. Free Water offered everytime when downstairs. Also coffee and tea in the room. We were allowed to check in early and leave a luggage after check out.
