If you have asthma, allergies, or any sensitivity to strong scents, stay away from this hotel. The moment I entered the room, I was hit with an extremely strong perfume or air freshener smell that was nearly unbearable. It didn’t fade with time — if anything, it got worse overnight.
I woke up at 4:30 a. M. Coughing severely which hasn’t happened to me in years. I have asthma, and clearly, this environment is not safe or healthy for people with respiratory conditions. The staff didn’t seem to understand or care about the severity of the situation.
Hotels should not mask poor air quality with overpowering fragrances. Clean air is a basic expectation, especially for people with health conditions.
Avoid bloom Hotel if you value your health.

The rooms are neat and clean, the service in the rooms is excellent, it would be good if room service and restaurant service could be separated for evaluation. For room service 5 stars for restaurant service two stars. Sometimes you have to wait up to 30 minutes for the waiter to come to serve you, even though he is not busy, but you see him with his back to you, busy with his phone or talking to his colleagues and not paying attention to the guests.

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at the BLOOM Hotel in Baghdad. This establishment falls far short of even the most basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Here are the numerous issues I encountered during my stay:
1. Appalling Customer Service:
The customer service quality was abysmal. The staff was unresponsive and showed a complete lack of concern for guest needs.
When I requested a Pepsi from the minibar, I was told they were out of stock. Instead of offering an alternative immediately, I had to call the reception twice, only to be informed they only had Mirinda available. This level of service is unacceptable.
2. Unstocked Minibar:
The minibar was entirely empty, which is a stark contrast to what one would expect from any decent hotel. This is a basic amenity that should always be stocked.
3. Hygiene and Cleanliness Issues:
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was horrifying. The towels provided were visibly old and worn out, raising concerns about their hygiene and whether they are professionally laundered.
The carpet in my room emitted a foul odor, making the environment uncomfortable and unpleasant.
The cups, glasses, and dishes were outdated, and many had visible cracks and chips, which is both unsanitary and dangerous.
4. Poor Maintenance:
The hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The condition of the facilities suggests neglect and a lack of proper upkeep.

Restaurant at 6th floor on the rooftop with terrace is very nice and have delicious food with fair prices.

You can hear the sound of your next door people, the upstairs noise won't let you sleep the entire night and day. And car sound outside, it feels like you are sleeping on streets not hotel. For other things are good but the noise making everything worst.

Stayed at Bloom Baghdad for 6 nights. Room was large and had a window on a high floor. Was happy for their kind upgrade. Bed quite comfortable. Wifi was fairly decent. Breakfast was good as well. With enough options to put a meal together. Staff at restaurant was very professional and kind. Would stay here again.
