Bilitom Hotel

I spent few hours in this hotel when I was attending a workshop. It is a calm and classy place. I likes their food, very well cooked.

The rooms are spacious, very clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable. The AC unit is digitally controlled, but it either works only as cooling or only as heating. The changeover between heating and cooling requires central coordination for the entire floor. Sound insulation between the rooms is not great, and you can hear people talking loudly in other rooms.
The service level is patchy, with some Services very well managed while other simple requests taking a long time to do.

Staff was friendly and attentive to every need.
Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay.

Booked a room 14 hours, fully paid before check-in time and now I’m still waiting in the lobby, the staff refusing to check me in and lying about that there is no reservation although I gave them the reservation no. They are willing to scam you just to get tax free cash, i’ll include the reservation picture that I didn’t received … for anyone reading this : don’t book into this hotel they don’t deserve your money … they are thieves.

Room without a window, difficult to stay in, on booking it says no view, that does not mean it is closed No window small room, TV has no channels, and there is a building being constructed next, so No sleep in the morning or afternoon, when I asked about it, I was told no other choice unless I upgrade…. Unfortunate experience. The hotel is expensive and better options are there.

The Bilitom Hotel is a sturdy, attractive choice for the traveler who does not need the full-circle security protections desirable for, say, international officials; a single armed guard stands outside the hotel door, and the security screening for entry is about as rigorous as for entering many an American high school.
Once checked in, the guest finds a comfortable room with ample closet space and drawers, reliable Wi-Fi, and all bathroom amenities including fluffy towels. (I had treated myself and reserved a "deluxe king" room at US$140 a night. ) Breakfast, included in my room rate, was served on the hotel's top floor, in a sprawling space with a view of the Tigris River nearby. A handful of other guests were in the breakfast room the two mornings I ate there, so there was no question of food running short; indeed, the food spread was varied and by all appearances wholesome.
The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed my stay at the Bilitom. This being Baghdad, I was very cautious about leaving the hotel except with my hired guide or to visit a friend-of — friend working for the U. N.

Stayed at this hotel back in April but just now had time to write a review. I had booked two rooms with windows and breakfast included. Both rooms were very spacious and clean. From the security guard outside, to the staff at the security screening, to the front desk team — everyone at this hotel was incredibly kind and professional. The location is great, truly unbeatable. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit — within the next 9 months. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Very clean, beds comfortable, good water pressure, and clean bathrooms.
Cool room even when electricity is off.
Great breakfast buffet (acutely branch, cause it includes kubba, stroganoff, pasta, and even sweets), atmosphere is good.
On the corner, so you can get there avoiding traffic jams, close to many great restaurants, shops, malls, and tourist attractions.
Bell boys, security and receptionist are very nice and helpful.
Rent a car and money exchange are next to it.
30-40 minutes to airport, depends on traffic.

Good room and nice 👌 hotels, only the 1 prolem restaurant staff they think im not talking in Arabic, understand arabic they told us bad words in arabic. We are just asking what their menu for breakfast 🤔. But the room attendant is nice. Reception is nice 👌. Overall, it 8.5 stay.

Very bad customer service, the first night I checked in the ac was not working and they couldn’t fix it and they told me the hotel is full and they knew the ac was broken and unfixable but still sold the room, they still charged me fully for the room when I asked to check out second day because it was too hot they charged me that day too it was so funny.
The receptionist was very unprofessional as he told me in front of my colleagues that we can’t visit each others rooms implying that we booked the rooms for some other sorts of activities. It was outrageous and I felt embarrassed in front of my co workers.

A friend recommended this hotel and I’m so happy they did. Very clean modern rooms in a great location highly recommend it for anyone staying in Baghdad.

Hotel is very clean and well furnished. But the room I got was without any window that makes staying in the room very difficult.

The room is very clean and the staff receptions and workers are very respectful, if you go for business I recommend to book the standard room without street window because the room is very quite and you will not hear anything.
I have only one comment which is the breakfast I didnt like because I was in the hotel for 4 nights and all the mornings I went to breakfast I see the salads are not fresh and I think were remains from the day before.

My experience all about, keep other's personality 'identity 'reality like bags, stuff, let they know about anything new happening here.

The room was clean, location is good but first time I stayed here, my room didn’t have window and the smell of the room was terrible. Second time I stayed here, because of the sounds of other buildings working and people in the corridors of the hotel I couldn’t sleep!
Breakfast was okay too.

The Bilitom is a gem find in the heart of Baghdad. Modern with elegance.
Beautiful appointed rooms with great views from the rooftop restaurant. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful with great service. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again next time we visit.

One of the worst hotels I stayed in, it is 1:34AM I am writing this review while staying in this hotel, they are doing maintenance on the roof at this time and I can’t sleep. 1 star is too much for them.
