Visited for lunch (not a stay). No valet service — I was forced to park underground and walk upstairs, and staff refused allowing me to park upstairs even though it would be easier. Also, the lobby piano is apparently “decoration only”: a staff member who appeared to be security, Huseein Arak, rudely shouted from a distance that playing is prohibited. When I asked why a piano is placed in the lobby if nobody is allowed to play it, his attitude was dismissive and he replied that it is “only decoration. ” Guests were enjoying the music, and some even questioned why I was stopped. Disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel.
The hotel highly recommend for tourists, having a good holiday and more. My experience was wonderful the food was delicious the activities like, the new year’s count down and Christmas event were so entertaining plus I would like thank Mr ali houri also big thanks to.

This isn’t a hotel. It’s a venue with various restaurants and spaces for wealthy locals to gather. There are rooms for guests to sleep, but in no way are they the priority.
The money comes in through events. That’s where Babylon’s staff has their eyes focused. During my entire stay, staff were sprucing up the “hotel” for Ramadan events hosting locals. There was no attention paid to in-house guests.
The rooms are in critically poor shape. Outlets are inoperable, knobs in the outdated shower stall don’t work, and various lights not only don’t turn off, but they don’t have switches.
Nothing is comfortable about the guest quarters, and staff don’t truly care. Not one staff member asked how my stay was going. Not one staff member asked if I needed anything for further comfort or to ensure a positive stay. Not one staff member displayed genuine acts of kindness during my stay.
Opulent locals made nasty comments toward me and my appearance. I happen to be a white American, the only one at the hotel during my stay, and I was treated with xenophobia and hate by folks who weren’t used to seeing people like me. The staff did nothing to support me.
Aside from that, there’s not much to do at the “hotel. ” The spa is par for the course. The pool isn’t anything special.
