I had a brief stay on 27-28 March 2025, booked standard double bed, rooms quite standard and clean, standing light was out of order, TV channels were good, plenty of options.

It was pleasant. The room felt new, the layout and organizational aspects were spot on. It was clean, the service from staffs were also good.

Rooms was a bit rundown? Or maybe built with cheap material? It doesn’t look as fancy as the pictures. We booked 2 exact types of rooms, one had an extra chair while the other didn’t.

Golden Tulip is an excellent business hotel. The conference rooms are always busy. There is a small swimming pool and a newly-renovated gym which are adequate for business travelers.

Clean + cozy room, friendly staff, and good breakfast food. They have a good restaurant area with a river view and lots of birds chirping in the morning. Guess the amazing part isn't just a name!

Nice 2 star hotel in Lubuk Linggau. I tried a package room, breakfast, and city tour for Rp585K IDR.
It should be 4 main destinations, but we only visit 3 places.

The location is great as it’s located right on the downtown of Tanjung Pandan and it’s a short walk to Tanjung Pendam beach. I really love their infinity pool.

I chose this hotel for its sea-view rooms with a balcony. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful lodge situated uniquely within paddy. Even on the premises of the lodge you will find rice fields. The rooms are skillfully crafted, with beautiful views into the greenery.

Staying at Padi Ecolodge was like waking up inside a dream. The setting is simply breathtaking, surrounded by the canyon, with a calm atmosphere that makes you instantly relax.

Very comfortable and quiet room, I asked the upper floor so had great views over the city. The nearby mosque is very loud, sometimes before 5am but I was too tired to be bothered.

Location was great, front desk staff were very helpful, room was too small and no cupboard to put my cloths, breakfast was great with all of team especially Uda Rizky was very polite and great smile

We stayed here on September 2025. We arrived late around 9pm but check in was very fast.

It is good for a fast trip and out of Batusangkar. Facilities are excellent for what one would pay, it is centrally located with a lot to do around the area if one was on an extended stay.

This guest house is certainly a gem in the jungle right next to the Bohorok riverbend.

Great place to stay in Bukit Lawang!

We had an excellent stay at Thomas’ Retreat. The two-day trek was outstanding. Our guides spoke good English and were extremely knowledgeable. The food on the trek was outstanding! 10/10 experience.

The jungel tour we booked with thomas retreat was great, the guides could tell us a lot of interesting facts about the jungel. We had the feeling that they are respecting the animals and the jungel.

Location is in the middle of city, it is near to scroll around to reach culinary area. Price is average, all the staffs really helpful and the hotel is really neat and cozy.

The hotel is in the down town of Banda Aceh. You can find restaurants and food around the hotel. Room is clean. Staff is nice, and very helpful. Breakfast is average.

Amazing hospitality, the staff here are very polite and service is amazing too!

Room: Spacious and clean, the room design is kind of chinese peranakan style.

First time I came to Medan a few months ago, I was confused about which hotel to pick because reviews of many hotels sound scary.

Far from the grocery store, but able to reach Deli Park 500m and Centre Point within 700m with walking. Overall satisfied except the bong bong bong sound. Make me excited during night time.

What a great place, perfectly situated on a hill with great views. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Food to die for with huge portions. If you want to explore just ask Herwin, what a great man.

I took a gamble of booking here as I have a group of 14 pax together with me and it was one of the only places that could fit such a big group. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Pros: Very reasonably priced, nice outside space with table and chairs to watch the evening roll in, near the river and shops, not far from various activities, room is secure and has a fan, the bed

Quite new and simple, comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and hot shower. Staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly.

Room are good and have warm water for shower for this price it's good deal the staff are friendly and helpful only I wish that can clean better.

Highly recommend this hostel! It’s very clean and well-organized, centrally located near coffee shops and street food, and has an amazing owner who took great care of us. Definitely a top choice!

Lala Hostel — The owner is really nice and he help you with everything you need to plan your trip through Sumatra. You can use the kitchen and the rooms are fully AC super comfortable.

It's good enough if you are on biztrip.
Well located in the middle of city, but not on the main roads so you can rest without much noise. Service is ok too, polite and warm staffs.
