Good service. Rly love the breakfast menu every morning and it varies everyday. Room is very clean and smells good. It has pool and playground for kids.

Room was clean and neat, complete with hairdryer and various size of towels. All the staff also very helpful and welcoming. Keep up the good work!

The room is ok, I can’t say it clean because at the first night the blanket was smell, honestly I was worried that they may not changed it from previous customers.

Best value for money at a 3 star hotel, Kyriad Hotel Fatmawati is just out of this world. The hotel service staff is very attentive and tries to make us super comfortable.

It's a brand new property in the middle of Jakarta. I stayed during Chinese New Year holiday in 2 bedrooms with family. The room is smaller than other Ascott property but it's all new.

Stayed here to attend a family wedding. The place is very strategic location wise, clean rooms and basement parking fit for 6-8 cars with room to spare.

The room is so cozy and their services to customer is very welcome… the best place to stay for work or leisure with your friends and families.

Overall is good here… except no swimming pool and the gym is tiny. But I enjoy watching the view from the top of the hotel. The breakfast is great too.

Location right near Kalibata city for local exploration/street food etc.
Easy to grab a Grab taxi.
Wi-Fi consistent throughout.

The hotel is located next to Duren Kalibata train station, so it is expected to hear the sound of the passing train or the dispatcher announcement.

Stayed 6 nights here and it was very good. Rooms are good sized — and there are malls very close by.
The gym and pool are small but all fine — and the breakfast was very good.

Booked a 4 nights stay with Ayaka because it was near Jakarta Convention Center. I consider it value for money considering there's breakfast included, which help in my cost-saving.
