Great location and homely. Good services and very responsive.

Tempat tidurnya mantep… Sarapan nya mantep… Cuma minum nya aja yang ga enak. Jus jeruk nya kaya nya dari jus kemasan. Infused water nya ga berasa sama sekali.

Elegant new hotel in an old neighbourhood behind Ambassador Mall. Polite, helpful staff. Sound proofed rooms and blackout curtains allow for a nice long sleep in. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The towels were kind of tiny. Breakfast buffet has a good range of Western and Asian dishes. Omelettes cooked to order. The coffee was instant but espresso is available from the cafe near reception. The restaurant food was tasty, but the rap music didn't add much to the atmosphere. Turn left out of the front gate then take Jl. Pedurenan Masjid 3 (about 130m on the right) to find a little back gate to the shopping malls.

The garden view is breathtaking and also the hotel rooms are very nice everything smells great and is clean. A little language barrier with staff but still can communicate. The restaurant however definitely needs improvements as the food was quite pricy and food quality was poor and tiny portions.

This hotel in the central of Kuningan Area, but in the small road (gang) and in residence area. I slept in their Executive Suites, there is have living room and a clean kitchen (without stove). The main room (king size bed) has indoor bathroom, and the room is quite spacious. But their twin share room very tiny. I little bit disappointed when I turn on the bathroom main light (connect with exhaust fan), I smelt a strong smell of poop. One word for this ; Disgusting! Finally I not turn on that light when I used the bathroom.

The best choice in the central business district of Jakarta. Good clean rooms. Friendly staff. All kept very clean. And good choice of breakfast for 3 stars. No disturbance from mosques. And near to many malls.

My friend had a modest wedding party on the cafe, which was nice and cozy. This cafe will be suitable for intimate party with the pool in front of the door, so I thought bikini party or just a cocktail party will be fine. The hotel is located nearby the main street but not exactly right to it which make it more possible to have private party, do ask the hotel if that kind of party is possible.

Parkir gratis dan yang terpenting: Dekat ke mana-mana. (-) Kalau pun ada kurangnya, hanya bau furniture kayu (almari) yang sangat tajam. Ada baiknya tiap kamar dilengkapi pewangi. (Kami menginap di grand deluxe connecting rooms) Alat mandi lengkap, ada safe deposit, bag untuk pakaian kotor disediakan 2 per kamar. Air panas lancar, Wi-Fi cukup kencang, parkir memadai, staff yang ramah dan helpful membuat kami berkesan menginap di sini. Sarapan yang cukup lengkap dan enak. Ada menu sarapan khas indonesia: Ada rendang, dan opor ayam. Western ada ayam basil, roti, salad, sereal, eggs corner. Cukup lengkap. Kami puas. Terima kasih Manajemen & Staff Ayaka Suites. Ayaka Suites is located in Kuningan and close to the CBD area making it a good spot if you're a business traveller. You can beat the morning traffic by using e-hailing service of motorcycle taxis. Pros + Comfy bed and rooms. You can sit back and relax after a long day + good Wi-Fi speed. I was able to get more than 20 mbps consistently + staffs are friendly and helpful + They have a small gym and a small swimming pool, good for a quick workout + Good breakfast spread with a variety of local food + They provides a pantry if you want to quick a quick meal + Have a self service laundry, there's also a laundromat a few minutes down the road + Good value for money for the price you pay and the package they provide + nearby to malls.

A nice hotel with swimming pool, bar, spa, and located near the International Trade Center of Kuningan. Just 10mnts walk to one of Jakarta's high end shopping center : Lotte Shopping Avenue.

Judging from the outer appearances is quite a good place to stay. Looks clean and cozy. I only been here to fetch my friends. The location is near to shopping malls at kuningan.

I'm staying here right now, and I had to extend my stay twice only because I have some business to finish in this area, but can't wait to leave ASAP! What brought me here were the rave reviews about the nice staff and the clean rooms, but so far all I saw at the reception here were cold faces and pretentious smiles and not very nice manners really with only one exception of one of the evening shift ladies! And the room is not that clean by the way! The girl that cleans the room is nice and tries to do her job the best she can but she's also young and seems inexperienced and nobody here is supervising her work! and I don't think that any one here cares that much really about the cleanliness of the rooms or gives a damn about the first impressions of their customers. They will surely respond to the reviews here like most of the hotel managers in this part of the world and they will assure the angry customers that everything will be taken care of after the customer has left the hotel of course, but very little will be done on the ground as we all know. The bathroom here has several spiderwebs on the ceiling and the room itself had a spider web in one of its corners that was removed only yesterday, and I saw several long strands of hair on the floor when I first arrived, and a baby cockroach, but the real problem here are the ants which gather around the food as soon as you put it on the desk.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel with friendly service. Have not tried breakfast or restaurant services yet though. Big mall close in walking distance.

Good clean hotel and great location. One thing I wish they make the laundry room in every floor that would be easier. Other than that it was a good stay.

Rooms were clean and neat, the atosmphere was very pleasent, all the staffs were treating well, overall very nice experiance.

Great hotel! Staff go above and beyond to help you! I fancied cereal late at night but it wasn't on the room service menu so they served me a complimentary bowl! Free laundry room which was great for us but also paid laundry if you don't want to do your own washing!

This was a nice hotel for Jakarta and had pretty much everything you need. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The biggest issue we had was the lack of water pressure and hot water. It made for very fast, but uncomfortable, showers.

Left my passport as was in a hurry to get to a meeting. Only discovered it was not with me 3 hours before the flight.
The front desk tried to get a Gojek to deliver but they declined since it was passport.
What did the hotel do? They sent one of the front desk guys to hand deliver the passport.
Now that's what I cal excellent service!

The best price / performance ratio hotel in jakarta. Good variety of food for breakfast but the menu needs to be changed on daily basis (was staying for 4 days).

Relatively new hotel located in the middle of the city with affordable rate. Room may be a bit small though, and no central AC. But overall a decent place.

Loved my stay here. Decent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Poolside restaurant is lovely.

Ayaka Suites, tucked away behind ITC and ambasador mall, is a clean, nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff that is there when needed yet stays on the background when you just want to be doing your own. The rooms are comfortable, though a bit austere. The bed is excellent. With a nice small pool, a viewpoint on top with a nice view over Jakarta and excellent Wi-Fi it is a great hotel for both business and leisure. A good breakfast is there every morning with good changing menu. We would only recommend the hotel to improve the restaurant aside from breakfast, we tried the restaurant but that was underwhelming. Recommended.

Friendly staff and a bright, clean room. Air con had trouble keeping the room cool in the afternoon (the sun shines directly into west facing rooms) but an engineer came to fix it. Breakfast was quite good — and I enjoyed the lunch in the restaurant on the day I left which was excellent.

Good location a short walk from Lotte Shopping Avenue. Very helpful and friendly staff. Centrally located so all of Jakarta is an inexpensive blue bird away. Delicious and unique breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Beautiful common area on the room with great views of the city. The only downside is the (typical of Jakarta) unsafe-to-drink water and unpleasant orders that seem to frequently come from the bathroom drain.
