Kanafa in Vong Kitchen of Alila was super enthusiastic and helpful. She made sure all my needs and orders were met quickly and followed-up. All the staffs in Alila was also the same!
Would highly recommend to my friends and colleagues who are visiting Jakarta to stay at Alila!

Very satisfied with the breakfast menu. Rooms are well maintained and proximity within establishments around SCBD is great. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Hassle-free check in process is much appreciated. Will definitely book in this hotel on my next JKT visit.

Location is very close to pacific place mall and scbd park, which is fantastic for shopping, eating and vibes. Service of staff is excellent and breakfast daily was great. The gym is AMAZING. Rooms were very comfortable and well designed but my only gripe is that it was too dimly lit overall.

I had a great stay at the Alila SCBD in Jakarta. I have visited the city a number of times for business over the last 4-5 years but have never stayed at this hotel. I had a great experience — the hotel is well managed and staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. The restaurants offer a nice variety with reasonable pricing and the spa is a nice facility. I especially appreciated staff friendliness and helpfulness.

Great stay at Alila SCBD! Super convenient location—close to malls and good food, all walkable. The pool was small but peaceful. Room was sparkling clean with a nice view. Staff were really friendly, and they even kept my phone safe when I left it in the lobby. Would totally come back!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Helped to carry my luggage to the office building next door despite me saying it was fine a few times. Also helped to install a MI stick almost immediately which allowed me to access Netflix and YouTube when I was inquiring about it (even though they initially said the team would only be available next morning).
They go far and beyond to provide the best services they could.

Hotel is modern, room is big and very clean. Staff are all friendly and the food selection and the food itself are both great. The sit-down breakfast is a good idea. Buffet breakfasts are too overwhelming sometimes. The location is in the middle of a bustling modern city. Lots of nice restaurants and malls to go to.

My stay at Alila SCBD was excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with smile.
One thing I really appreciated was the Suhur service during Ramadan. It was well-organized and delivered on time, which made my stay much more convenient. The hotel’s effort to accommodate guests observing fasting was thoughtful and truly stood out.
Overall, the hospitality at Alila SCBD was top-notch. The staff made the experience enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again.

Alila markets inself as a five star property, however its service and product is consistently below average. I would rate this hotel as an indonesian 3 star. Besides its excellent location in the center of SCBD, its restaurants, employees, and facilities are below average. Its staff and management are in need of training.

I am not sure where to start, I came here with high expectation since Alila was considered as a "luxury" hotel in Hyatt brands and…
Rooms: To be honest, the room was good, but not much of a luxury in my point of view. The bed was great, I love their pillows, I always had good sleep despite of sounds of dripping water outside when raining. To me sleep was very important since I came here for a jampacked week of site visits. It has a tub which I didnt use, maybe next time.
Service: This is where they really shine. Service was the best, from check-in to check out to my morning breakfast I was a spoiled guest during my 5 day stay they gave me anything I asked from the breakfast menu so I highly recommend that you try their hotel breakfast, you get to try and enjoy all of them as much as you can.
Location is great, its infront of Pacific Place Mall, near other bars, restaurant and Ashta. The are was very safe too.
I have to give plus factor for their effort in returning one of the airpod ear piece of my team mate. Kudos to Alila team.
Over all it was such a great experience, everyone here is friendly, approachable and with smile.
What I can recommend is to give some attention at the pool side, there is a lot of space to add a bar where guests can order drinks and chill under good weather.

The Hotel has been operating in a few years and the room has been maintained quite well although its coffee machine placement has given an inconvenience to use it. The service is getting better than my previous stays. Good job & keep up.

Rooms: lighting not enough, especially for female make up. But very nice city night view, large space.
Service: friendly from concierge to house keeping.
Location: Business Central District, Indonesia stock exchange. Terrible traffic at peak hours 7-10am & 4-6pm.
Breakfast tasty good, not buffet type.
Dinner also very nice.

Great room space and amenities. Service staff at check in counter, airport transfer and at the restaurants are excellent. The breakfast selection is good as well as Chinese food at the roof top bar, very tasty indeed. The location of the hotel is at center CBD, very convenient.

One of the best hotels if not the best in the area. The location is amazing, the amenities were all to the standards of a 5 star hotel, and the staff were so all so friendly.
The restaurants are also very good. The breakfast is order based rather than a buffet style and I enjoyed most of the items on their menu. Also Chao Chao is an amazing rooftop restaurant that I recommend for everyone staying here to try at least once.

Excellent location! Slightly more on the expensive side but the same is made up by room size and service. Wi-Fi quality can be improved better. Breakfast choice is limited. Amazing rooftop bar. Amazing housekeeping services. Sleep quality gets affected because of traffic on road outside, I was on 7th floor. Room amenities are awesome.

This was my first stay at an Alila property, and I had very high expectations based on reviews I read about the Alila brand. However, this stay exceeded my high expectations. I was made to feel like an honored guest in the hotel. The staff greeted me by name every time they saw me. Instead of a lounge, they provided Globalist with breakfast and dinner (happy hour) in the restaurant. The food quality in the restaurant was top notch and much better than typical lounge food. I was upgraded to their largest room, which was not a 2 room suite, but was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Although this is a category 3 Hyatt property, my stay was equivalent to a 5 star hotel stay. I highly recommend the Alila hotel when visiting Jakarta.
