Reviews of Fieris Hotel Rawamangun
I spent two weeks at this hotel and, unfortunately, the only thing the room service ever did was make the bed. Even after I specifically asked for fresh sheets after 1 week—by that point halfway through my stay—the same stained linens remained. Toilet paper was rarely replaced, clean towels and bottled water were seldom delivered, and dead bugs on the floor went untouched day after day. My trash bin was never emptied, making it feel as though I could have done a more thorough cleaning myself.
The one highlight of my stay was the security team. They were unfailingly courteous, attentive, and genuinely kind, always ready with a friendly smile or helpful word. Their professionalism and warmth were the brightest spots in an otherwise disappointing experience.
I stayed at Fieris Hotel and would like to give special appreciation for the breakfast service. Ms. Hilya and Ms. Karlita were very helpful, friendly, and attentive to the guests. Their presence truly made the breakfast experience pleasant. Thank you for your warm and professional service!
However, I was quite disappointed because when I checked in, the non-smoking room I had booked in advance was not available. I was given a smoking room instead, even though I don’t like cigarette smoke. Although the room was fairly clean, the smell of smoke was still strong and uncomfortable.
I hope the hotel will pay more attention to room availability as booked, especially for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke.
