The staff at this hotel are great — excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a good spread with many Indonesian dishes. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to the Plaza Indonesia shopping mall.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room comfortably cool, and the hot water was consistent and reliable.

The price is very worth it for the type of room I got. The room is huge and clean, the city view of Kuningan, Jakarta was beautiful at night. They also provide an iron table and hair dryer.

The room and the bathrooms were clean. They gave us amenities, the staff were helpful and friendly. You can refill your bottle here. Food vendors were easy to find.

We got room 422, a friendly-budget room with nice view. Services are great and very responsive. Location are great with many restaurant and food vendor in vicinity.

Nice room. Great service. The staff were really helpful. The car park was very limited. It was being renovated when I stayed here so it was too dusty. But the staff tried sincerely to help.

This is my second time staying here in different years. Their quality remains the same—the room is spacious enough for one person, and the bed and pillows are comfortable.

Ordered staycation here because wanna have terrarium class at one of another kemang's hotel.

The hotel has strategic locations, easy to spot. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. There's a deposit that'll be returned once you finished staying at the hotel.

Room with big size and has a door connecting the 2 rooms together. However, the interior is a bit old, weird door for bathroom and you can not even open the window.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out.

What I like most about this place is surrounding by food providers. So you don't need a taxi to find foods. Just walk around and there are a lot of food provider.

Hotel is an old development but still well maintain. Located closed to the old town Jakarta and about 15 minutes away to the nearest train station.

This place is definitely a relic from a different era—dated, sure, but charming in its own way. It’s clean, spacious, and still holds up if you’re not expecting anything ultra-modern.

Was here during their opening and now I was back. Nice room, clean and friendly staff. Nothing crazy but my overal thinking about it is I really like the place and yes in the future I will come back.

Overall ok, how to find the entry point is kinda hard. Was having a good room, clean and quiet. The AC was working good as well. Also try the breakfast, need more fruits options!

Great large room, very nice and comfy, but there's no window in my room when I get one, I don't know if other rooms have window.

I had a fantastic stay at Mansion28. The apartments are spacious and elegantly furnished, offering a perfect blend of home comfort and hotel luxury.

Mansion28 is not like any other place. Many expats live here for longer duration and it makes this property is very homey, quite and peaceful.

Location its strategic near pasar Senen station, you can find a lot of street food around, the staff is super helpful and friendly.
