I was stay here for one night with 2 rooms, the lowest quality of aston from service and rooms that I ever stay, Funny parking management, if you bring a car, its not recommended to stay in this hotel. Find others la. Safety, the lift was horrible with sounds every where. Not clean in room. Overall not recomended except the location is closed to ancol, mangdu or toll gate.

Good location, very near to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Theme Park & Mangga Dua area, the place where you can shop till you drop.

Kesana khusus ke 33 Degree. Pas ulang tahun istri. Pelayanannya mantap jiwa. Mane makanan tidak banyak, karena memang bar bukan restoran. Namun, enak. Pemandangan the best, ciri khas roof top bar dengan city view yang amazing plus ocean view / bagi yang kesana sore, karena kalau malam gelap. Tapi harus sedia budget lebih, karena memang lumayan mahal.

Untuk check in mudah… Cuma reseptionistnya agak kadang ada aja konsletnya… Nitip konci kamar… Pas ambil balik lama banget di kasi ya nunggu 5 mnt… Untuk kamar bagus ada dapur, microwave, kulkas, kompor, ruang tamu dan ada popcorn… Untuk breakfast standar dan kursi ya itu loch ya… Sampe tunggu2an buat rebutan korsi… Kurang besar saya rasa untk breakfast placenya yaa… Makanan variasi kurang untuk harga yang lumayan… Untuk posisi enak dekat ancol jadi buat yg mau liburan ke ancol bole banget nginep disini.

It was a pleasent place to stay. They got kitchen with more than enough plates to use. It good when u take ur baby so u can cook simple food or just warm it out. Staff are nice, pool was nice too but it would be bit too crowded in holiday season. Breakfast in cumicumi resto was sooo excellent.

A splendid place to stay and the service is very nice lovely breakfast and like the location.

It's my 5th time rent this place. Usually they gave me a good room. With luxurious and simple modern touch. But today they gave me an old unit. Too bad.

Bagus, fasilitas spt kolam renang, gymnya sangat baik, sarapan variasi nya banyak. Akses mudah, viewnya ancol, laut dan kota Jakarta bagian utara. Speed Wi-Fi 10 mbps. Ada minimarket dibawah si merah dan biru.

I stay in 2 bed room Superior. The Secondary room leaked. Our Suitcase wet. Many cockroaches in rooms, kitchen, & bathrooms. 2 from 4 elevators out of service. We've got too wait for long time. The restaurant is good. Swimming pool nice.

Hotel parking is awful, you need card to enter, while the hotel couldn't give you the card. The swimming pool is small and dirty. The drop off lobby also very small, just like any apartment lobby. The light inside the bedroom is too dark. Taste of the food is no special. One good thing is only the spacious rooms, typically old hotel.

Comfortable hotel near Ancol Beach, the price is rather high, cozy place. The restaurant's food is have a regular taste despite having high price.

Aircondition poor, they just promise to give free parking card. Room. Condition its average. Overal score average.

Came here for a meeting, litlle bit confused when try to park my motorcycle (the parking lot located far from the lobby), but when arrive to the meeting room, it give me a comfortable feeling. The food is also nice, great services from the official, overall recommended place.

Tired looking place which needs an overhaul soon. Rooms are large and comes with a kitchenette. Pool looks old and not up to standard as its been shared with adjoining apartment residents. However, location is excellent and breakfast is out of this world. Would recommend for short stays 2 or 3 days.

Spacious and clean room, good for family. Location very close to ancol. The swimming pool was so dirty, the water even became green. When we're going to use pool in the other tower, it is not allowed because it is only for the apartement residence, for hotel guest is only the one that dirty.

Amazingly you can wait for 20 minute in the lobby desk. And add more 20 minute in the elevator. Thought it was Aston. Hhmmm.

If you an arabian… you must love this hotel. Mostly the staff speak arab, and english beside bahasa. You must try the 33 degree lounge. They have very best view of jakarta.

The best hotel in north Jakarta. Have easy access to the market and surrounding mango two for you fans of shopping. Or for those of you who are planning a vacation to Ancol. Sumptuous breakfast menu with a taste Indonesaia and the middle east.

(1) The breakfast lounge was open 15 minutes late, and when opened, the egg cook was not ready until additional 15 minutes later. What's worst? I found a small COCKROACH on the bread. (2) 30 floors hotel is equipped with 4 small lifts, and each lift can only carry 600kg max (even though it’s written 1170kg — one lie? ). Don’t want to wait? Use a smelly and dirty service lift with water-dropping from the lift ceiling. (3) Spacious basement lobby without AC and security officer, and a car with engine ON stopped quite long next to the basement lobby door (probably the passengers with small kids couldn’t stand the heat in the lobby). (4) Dirty room –handprints can be clearly seen on the glass door and table, sticky food dirt on the floor (they simply sweep, but not mop the floor tiles), and thick dust under the beds. Pictures are not in line with reality (another lie? ) (5) Bathroom – broken shower, dirty floor and wall tiles, and shabby (foot) towel floor. (6) They locked the balcony door for security reason, but didn’t lock the window next to (upper side on) the bed. One positive side: Friendliness of the staff (including the security officers). Stayed on 25-Mar-16, but left the hotel right after the breakfast.

There are no stairs to the basement, you can only go by lift. This wouldn't be a problem if the lifts are always full, every single time I want to try and go somewhere, I'll have to wait for around 10 minutes. They should definitely add more lifts considering the fact that we're dealing with a 30 story building. And the rooms are just unsanitary, the floors still have food stains on them, the glass still has hand-prints, and the shower is just awful. Some of the water is blocked by the holes and we end up not having a good shower. This hotel absolutely needs maintenance as soon as possible! But it will probably never fix these problems considering this place is always buzzing with people so they most likely think "what's the point? ".

Bad service. We arrived at 6pm, yet it took more than 2 hours waiting for the room, while we had it booked week earlier. Extremely late check in, yet we still have to check out early. The room even worse, Total chaos during high season. Not recommend this place for a holiday.

Bad service, slow in dealing with complaints of hotel guests and employees are less conscientious in performing tasks / serving guests, I experienced it when I stayed there on 30-31 dec 2015

I recommendeed this place because I find the happy travelling day in jakarta. It is give the people the best service. And you can find the unique restaurant. It is cumi-cumi restaurant. Thanks for mr. Supriyadi who has given me the reference of it.

I like this place, because its near with ancol and specially thank you very much for Supriyadi when I enjoy my dinner at cumi cumi rest.

I'm feeling awesome when I spent much time here. I feel free for doing something, especially when I was very hungry. I went to cumi-cumi restaurant for lunch with my family. Thanks to mr. Supriyadi for the best services.

I stay here with my family last weekend. I was staying at floor 23, the non smoking floor. The hotel condition is very old, the floor spot and Wi-Fi was a nightmare. But, what I like the most is the service especially in the reception. Overall, all of them are very polite and they are very patient to handle me with thousand of question and complaint at first. I insist to meet the manager on that day, I forgot the name, but she has a short hair. She is very nice and help me when I complaint about the Wi-Fi. I know that she cannot do anything about the Wi-Fi but she help me very patient because I need the Wi-Fi to contact my husband. I cannot call my husband because my phone has no battery. She even find iPhone 5 charger for me. I am so sorry, I cannot remember her name but thank you for the hospitality.

This hotel is great for families and bussines and friendly employees.

I stayed here with my friends who has come on an business trip. I find this apartment to stay and it was very comfortable. The location is great, I can easily find street resto, and mini market nearby. The rooms are spacious and Wow it also equipped with kitchen. The staff is helpful and courteous. The house keeping people are great to their job. I definitely will come back in my next visit to Jakarta.
