The service is very bad, especially the receptionist named Ruth. I filed a complaint but instead of improving his performance he got angry with me. Likewise with Budi, he seems unable to work and is not friendly 👎

Honestly, everything is great. The staff are excellent and very kind. I arrived at the hotel very tired, and the check-in time was 2:00. The staff sensed my tiredness and let me check in without asking. The place is very clean, whether in the hotel lobbies, rooms, bathrooms, or even in the bed. The hotel security makes you feel like you are not only the hotel security, but the security of the guests as well. The location is excellent and close to everything. I honestly and sincerely recommend and encourage everyone to visit it.
