Good price and clean room. However the dispenser is empty and the refrigerator is broken.

This hotel certainly exceeded my expectations. Before I booked the room I have read some reviews saying it looked old, smells funny, and even haunted.

What a great hotel location, nearby MRT and just walking distance to Blok M Square.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and I found this hotel to be quite unique and antique, but there were no particular issues.

Overall, this hotel is pretty good for a stay. The bedroom would be more comfortable if it weren't for small bugs like bed bugs.

For a price, I would say well that's quite expensive for such hotel like this. But I give still 5 stars as it gives expected service and facility too.

Had a great experience staying 2 nights (Room 814)
The room was enough to accommodate me during my short escape, aircon felt nice, but some remotes inside the room needed to be change.

Good hotel, convenient, but the window was broken that someone can intrude from outside. Also, location is a bit far from major road. Delicious food but it takes very long time.

Not a review of the hotel but of the newly opened THE PLAZA CAFE.
Don't be fooled by it's basic look. The food is legit. 🤤🤤🤤
I had the fried duck and chicken.

Good service, room was Ok for me, air conditioning working well so cold.
Parking is a bit narrow if you bring car, but management team will help us to park.
