Nice dorm. Lot of foreigners stay here. Friendly staff. They ready to help. But their english need improvement. The room and the bed is so nice and clean. They have a good design. The shower is good too. They provide hot water for shower.
The most favourite is the breakfast place. The screnery of kota tua from this breakfast is beautifull.
But its quite hard to find a place to hv a midnight dinner. The area around the hostel is not good kinda dirty and lot of weirdo people.
A lovely place which has very perfect location in the Batavia old town area. Even we just stayed for 1 night, but it's worth to stay there because not far from the landmark.
It's a new place but the staff is very helpful and friendly, always try to provide what we need. :-) …
But the room where we stayed was too small for 2 people. We booked private room but it feels more like private dorm or something since the door has no lock. Which is for us that was still okkay, but for some travelers they prefer to have lock in their private room. Also the AC was leaking the whole night and make some area wet. The breakfast was very basic, but okkay for one night stay. We love the public area (restaurant) with beautiful colonial-indie scenery from the window most!
