Comfortable rooms layout, good service from the hotel's staffs, but unfortunately quite faraway from restaurants or places to eat, especially at night you will have to drive to find proper places to eat.
Mr Ardian The General Manager and Ms Vebby — Sales Executive are very well organized person to lead all entire team of Solaris Hotel Malang to make our stay comfortable one. This hotel is not young anymore as many new hotels open. They need to do good maintenance for cleanliness of the room especially bad smell from the drainage as well as downstairs at level one from garbage room. The room is quetly convenient, FB Staff is alright nevertheless need to pay extra atttention to cleaning up some left over immediately before asking. Many cigarette buts were not good taking care. The major outstanding points are friendly and helpfull staff of Front Desk and Security Guard. Keep up the good work and do better for the rest to win tough competition in the city.

There's nothing good bout this hotel. Even with the rate you paid it tottally felt like being scammed. You can find lots of better hotels in Malang with same price.
— Room: dirty & old. I even asked for room changing but it didnt help. Bedsheet and towels are dirty & shabby. Stains everywhere. The fact that it's smelled like fresh from laundry but it didn't help at all. Why so hard to buy new bedsheet & towels regularly. Isn't it what a hotel should have on their SOP?
— Noisy: located on the main road make the room even worsen. Day & night the loud noisy sound from vehichles will add the madness. Even at night the road became dragrace place. Loud motorbike will be heard everynight.
— Dirty utensils: dont ever use hotels inroom utensils. Yes it's right they dont wash properly or change into new one. But this hotels doesn't even care to wash them. There's even coffee stain in the glass and spoon.
— Bad Cleaning: they dont even clean the table properly. I purposedly left drink stain on the table, and it's still on the table the next day.
— NOT SECURE: stayed 3 nights and every night my car got new stratched. I even parked near lobby but it didnt help. They just dont care at all. When we told the security he didn't even response a word.
So please, safe yourself. Book other place better.
