Rooms are very dirty, the sheets are stained and the place is full of cobwebs, spiders, and flies. The simplest thing you need to do is provide a clean room. Instead of hiring a photographer to take pretty pictures, hire a cleaner who actually cleans the rooms properly.
There wasn’t any soap in the room, so I went to the reception to ask for one. The guy at the desk told me to use the body soap from the shower, what a joke.

Encouraged by the photos (especially the rooftop pool) and the reviews on Agoda, I booked this hotel. I honestly have no idea where those reviews came from or how this hotel is being promoted so heavily — maybe they’re paying a lot for it — but it was a complete disaster. I ran away after just one night.
The pool looks nothing like the pictures. The water was so murky. The staff didn’t speak English well.
Some floors clearly allow smoking, because the smell of cigarettes was everywhere. But the absolute worst part was the room. The bedding was dirty and covered in hair. There was dust and old cobwebs all over the walls, and insects everywhere. We sprayed mosquito repellent, and that’s when dozens of bugs started falling onto the floor. Room was honestly disgusting.
But the most horrifying sight was the bathroom. The toilet seat was chipped, stained, and looked worse than anything I’ve ever seen at a grimy gas station. When I turned on the shower, dirty water came out first. The sink had no plug, and it reeked.
The area around the hotel felt dark and sketchy, not the kind of place you’d want to be alone at night. We stayed one night because we were too tired to search for another option in the middle of the night, but even that was one night too many.
