It was my 2nd stay here. Overall was a pleasant experience. However, I need to point out several things.
1. Instead of using plastic bottle of mineral water, which is replenished every day, perhaps you could change it with a water jug and installed a water dispenser outside the corridors, this way you can reduce the plastic waste and saving cost (maybe). 2. There's no need to change the towels everyday if it is still hung on the towel racks, especially for guests stays for more than 3 nights (longer). Again, cost savings.
3. Smoking room should have a window that can be opened.
4. Try to fix the aircon, as it is too noisy. Kudos to the security, where the parking space is limited, they are still able to arrange the cars neatly.
