Just awesome, I don't have words to describe it. Javanese simple and basic homestay in the middle of the field, 3 km from Borobudur temple. The Homestay is clean (not spotless though) and well cared. The rooms are simple and I loved the wood panels everywhere in the house, the garden porch and the big open space with a coffee and tea corner.
The owner Yugo is just amazing, going above and beyond to bring me tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast as per my request. If you want a traditional homestay, this is the place. You will never regret it.
However, bring good ear plugs as neighbors' chickens are freely roaming around and are very energetic singing early in the morning for hours.
This is really a great place to stay while visiting the Borobudur area. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is in the countryside and very peaceful, but still very close to the town. The place is clean, they offer mountain bikes, and you can see Borobudur in the distance! Stay here, you will not regret it!

This place is very quiet and peaceful and handy for visiting the nearby temples. Fendi and Judo took really good care of us here, giving us lots of local information. Fendi even offered to go out and get food for us because we were hungry after our long bicycle ride, laid the table and wouldn't let us do the dishes. Thanks so much!
