Give me a good services from this hotel, always feel comfortable everytime I come here. Mr. Audy is one of my favourite who serves me good services, he gave me good mood everytime I came here.

2nd time ever in this hotel. Affordable and spacious room. Strategic place as well as its nearby by convenience stores and also good places. Big mall nearby as well.

Always stay this hotel with my mom, daughter and siblings. Usually came with a group of 4.
Booked a connecting room or family room. The room is very clean and neat.

The Hotel location is Not so convenient but the room is ok. The front office staff is polite and friendly. Overall it is nice and for the price is definitely value for money.

Nice location. Good sunset and sunrise view. Have sea view rooms. Breakfast buffet have a lot of varieties. Enjoyed my stay at Kings Hotel Batam and will definitely come again.

Had a pleasant stay at Sahid Vanilla Nagoya Batam. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional.

This hotel situated on the main street so it is quite noisy. The room quite small for 3 people with a lot of belongings. However, their staff are very friendly and the breakfast served was delicious.

Located exactly in front of the Nagoya Hill Mall. Rooms were big and excellent.

PROS.
— value for money.
— super strategic location.
— helpful and friendly staff.
— key-card access to lift.
CONS.
— feels a little old and outdated furniture.
— hot water is like warm.

Aircon made me sick, I blame the filter though, bathtub yellow, sink trash like Marshmallow, staff is kinda good though, however it's located in one of the most dangerous streets in Nagoya, though,

Great location in the heart of Nagoya. There are lots of restaurants and casinos in the area. Citra Plaza has a beautiful swimming pool on the 5th floor.

Normally you get what you pay for when it comes to hotels,
This hotel was different, at $22SGD a night, is way better than what you pay for.

For sgd22 per night, the rooms standards are way better than most budget hotels. It is an old hotel dont expect too much.

Good location hotel.
Good location, within walking distance to 2 big malls, massage places & eateries. The area is quiet at night.

I had an amazing experience with their service, and the staycation was super practical. The price was very reasonable, and they had a fantastic promotion that was totally worth using.

The room is well-maintained, spacious, and reasonably priced. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety, and the stir-fry chicken tastes especially nice.

The rooms are well kept and clean. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Swimming was a abit small suitable for kids. Gym was ok. Breakfast was awesome. Night time was abit lousy.
