Thank you, Andri, for recommending this hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam.

One of the warmest hotel staff I’ve even met. All are smiling and always ready to assist. The genuine Asian hospitality greets u the moment you step into the hotel and leaves a lasting impression.

Great service by the hotel staffs. A spacious and comfortable room. Location is strategic as it is just a short ride to nagoya mall. Breakfast was good too.

Was checked in by Ms Suci, and checked out by Ms Suci and Ms Safitri. Both are wonderful front desk. 5-6 stars hotel service.

Simple, Nice, Clean & good location. But keycard extension (for the lift — even after payment) was not programmed correctly hence having a little issue to justify.

Big shout out to Vincent for the great customer service! This hotel is very affordable, clean, and well maintained.

Good short short stay. Nearby many spa and eatery places.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights here for a short family trip. Chose this hotel for its short walk from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, making it easy to arrive from Singapore.

The hotel is excellent and conveniently located just a 5–8 minute walk from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal.
