Location is near to nearby malls such as nagoya and pubs. Room is small, but acceptable. Food is ok for non fussy eaters. In essence, you get what you pay for.

Great price for the quality of the room. Great location for all the pubs and bars in Batam. Forget about the breakfast though.

It's a cheap hotel. Rooms are not that small compared to price have to pay. Location is good. Have bars nearby at night. Just 10 min walk to Nagoya Hill Mall. Also not too far to DC Mall. The hotel offers breakfast. But need to get up very early to enjoy it. Always run out before 9am. Need to take ferry to Habour bay Centre. It's far from batam centre ferry terminal.

I love this place… I have a comfort and clean rooms, nice staff. I have nothing to complaints about everything's here.

Very clean, nice and cozy ambience. Staffs is very understanding and friendly. Near mcd&kfc and a lot of local entertainment. Definitely will be back.

Great Service For A Budget Hotel.

Very polite and clean. And at the hot spot of all bars and dinner places and malls.

Room noisy can hear from others bathroom, air-conditioning noisy, they not do anything with others customer talking loud outside the door n smoking, very disturbing others customers, kitchen staff talking rude when I ask for breakfast. Even inform already in front counter need breakfast early because rushing to airport. Very regret come to this hotel… Very bad.

The hotel is quite run down. Breakfast is horrible but internet is good and it's near to the night spots.

A good budget hotel. A superb location for those who love night life. A simple room wz a good cable TV and cleanliness is good.

Well, cheap price. The service is so so. But the room hv no wardrobe, no heater. Basically, the room is designed for compact, not quality.

Excellent location! Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Hot water and AC is working. No leaking and no dirty duvet/bedsheets. Best bet for your $$

Good Wi-Fi, very cheap, very small, very noisy. Probably good for young people on budget. Would not recommend for someone who wants to relax.

Stayed there 3 nights. A new hotel that has exceptional service. Staff helped me navigate around the town. Rooms and hotel were clean and well managed. Location is excellent! Many restaurants, malls, banks, entertainments around! Center of the city basically. Would definitely stay here again when im back in batam.
