Barelang Hotel Nagoya Batam

Its located at hot of the place. Audi is a cool guy at the reception. My recent visit was horrible here. Room is not cleaned at all. After request also they just collected key but didn't clean at all. All my stuffs were spoilt with dust. Especially my dresses.

The room is very clean and comfortable and the staffs are friendly and accommodating especially the staffs Audi, Fadil and the security Wahyu is very friendly and helpful and Kadir security become my new good friends in Batam Indonesia. The body wash smell is very good than before and I love my stay here. I highly recommended this hotel.

Give me a good services from this hotel, always feel comfortable everytime I come here. Mr. Audy is one of my favourite who serves me good services, he gave me good mood everytime I came here. I'll return to this hotel for my next trip, thank you!

I arrived at 12 noon to see if I can check in early and I was told to come back again at 2pm as the room is still undergoing cleaning. I came back again at 9pm and was told that there’s no longer any room and there is an overbooking issue. The hotel does not want to provide refund and would only offer another hotel which is less than half of their own room price. I am forced to accept as other hotels are fully booked. The hotel arranged transport for us to move to another hotel and it took another hour again! By the time I arrive at the hotel it is already close to 12am. Enough is enough!

Location is excellent with all the nightlife surrounding the hotel area, the hotel facilities is basic. There's no coffee making facilities in the room, no cups or glasses, no hairdryer, the TV wasn't working and the hot water to shower takes 5 minutes to warm up. Room is small but clean.

Rooms and beds are okay. Air con is very powerful, makes the room cool in just a few minutes. The shower heater is very weak, water not hot enough even on max heat.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel! It was a very bad experience overall. First of all, the room's cleanliness was terrible: the bedsheet had visible dirty stains (as shown in the photo), the floor had dirty marks, and the toilet was very dirty. Additionally, there were many mosquitoes in the room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room didn't even have a window, making it feel claustrophobic and stuffy. Such an unhygienic and poorly maintained environment is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness standards and hygiene management. Definitely not worth the price! I strongly do not recommend this hotel and suggest looking for other cleaner and more comfortable accommodation options.

Overall was good if walk in no booking. Hotel room just okay what u pay for. But please don't book using Agoda or any apps to book this hotel. They will give u different room what u book. Maybe try to scam U but they will blame the Booking apps system. Atleast they must provide a service recovery from them but this no any action taken. Only this hotel have issue with booking apps since all I go in batam.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable and the facilities exceeded our expectations in every way. We arrived early than usual and we have to make last minute arrangement of cancellation. All this was taken care well.
The room was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's attention to detail, from the linens to the toiletries was good.
The dining options can be considered if the hotel wants to consider big groups / family travellers in future though there are some options available nearby.
We would like to extend a special thanks to the front office staff, particularly Ms. Stephanie. Her professionalism and warm hospitality made a significant impact on our stay. From the seamless check-in process to her helpful recommendations about local attractions, Ms. Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the guests set a high standard for customer service.

Very good and genuine service by the staff, helped us a lot while I was there with friends. Good location about 10 minute car ride away from many shopping malls and great eating spaces. Many bars and eating spaces withing walking distance. Good place with good value for money for someone with a modest budget.

Location is near to shopping malls and good food. Friendly and efficient hotel staffs. A friend forgot his headphones after check out. Receptionist, Stephanie, got in touch with us regards to the headphones. Thank you Stephanie.

Great for a solo or boys trip. Rooms were decent although a wardrobe would be nice.
Staff are excellent and local food choices great. Can get very noisy but that's because of its location. 5 Star for the area it is in.

I checkout from the hotel very early.
Compared to the room, even a restaurant like Maneka Dim Sum, is quieter, with fresher air, and overall cleaner.
The express check-in and check-out process was average. The location is accessible, but the surrounding area doesn't feel safe to me.
