Had an amazing stay at Permata Hills! The team there is incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Food was delicious and they really nailed our custom requests, which was a big plus.

Pros.
Gives a great view.
Beach front, can witness a beautiful sunrise over the sea.
Location is good.
Spacious and room.
Cons.
No restaurant attached, however we can order food from a near by one.

I don’t understand the bad reviews!
The rooms provide an absolutely stunning view. The infinity pool with sea view is amazing and the 3 guys that work there are so kind, helpful and warm hearted.

The homestay is great, very clean and quiet. The rooms have a beautiful view. But the best thing is the tenants, they are so nice and careful with their guests. I recommand the place 100%!

Very quiet and serene view of the sunrise. Good for a couple resting after a long day of walking. Friendly staff. I hope they make more business with this rating. ❤️❤️

Very kind hosts and the rooms are very clean. You can rent a scooter to discover the island. Close to the cottage are restaurants on walking distance.

We loved this place! The perfect Villa to enjoy some free time after some busy times. Very calm and chill, but close by many restaurants to have some amazing food. Loved the short walk to the beach.

Super gem! Super stoked about this stylish Villa in a quiet little street. Still close to all my favorite surfing spots and restaurants.

New favorite Villa in Bali!

This is a nice place to stay, great location. But you need to understand that it’s quite noisy: it’s near the central street and the city is growing.

We love this place. It seems new and fresh. Strategic near to beaches and restaurants. Bukit cafe offers 20% discount for The Stay guest.
