The place is really really beautiful and super clean. Nick is an amazing and very thoughtful host. They serve good breakfast too and the banana pancakes are the best I've ever had.

A perfect Villa for your calm Ubud holiday!

I stayed 5 days there. Excellent location, near to all the ubud important places. The room was clean and spacious and the lovely family living there made it feel like home.

Stayed for three nights in Oct 24, Nonik and Putu were really welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast in the balcony every morning.

Great thanks to our amazing host. Definitely a must to try the black rice pudding for breakfast. Also ask the hostess about activities around or food to try, she gives the best tips.

The service was excellent, with good communication and helpful staff. They organized transport efficiently and even provided tips for a great nearby restaurant.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in the open plan villa. Beautiful views over the rice fields from the infinity pool and Ngakan's warm welcome and hosting were the highlights of our stay.

Oh my the Umah Sunset is unbelievable.
This villa is perfect for two couples our a family having 2 seperate rooms with their own ensuite bathrooms.

The place is much better then the pictures. The pool is amazing, can properly swim in it and 1.4m deep or so.
The house is hundreds of years old and authentic.

We spent a few nights in this accommodation and were completely thrilled. The hosts are super friendly and concerned about the well-being of their guests.

Best villa in Ubud! Very convenient area and the staff was simply exceptional.

Sometimes the pictures at the bookingsite are better than in reality but in this case this villa is so much more beautiful than on the pictures! What an amazing place!

Beautiful property. Neat and clean room. Perfect for your stay. Near to city center. The only problem is that it’s too inside from the main road. Difficult to find it in first place.

Visited end of May. Great location away from the noise of Ubud — villa manager provides a moped for around £5 a day. 10-15 min drive to main attractions such as Monkey Forest.

Really nice place to stay in Ubud. The rooms are clean, smells nice when you come into the room. Hot shower, soap, toothbrush etc are provided.

Room is very clean. The property have traditional Balinese design. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place with a local Bali feel.

My friends and I stayed here for 5 days. It’s a little bit outside of Ubud but we didn’t find it to be a problem, we actually enjoyed it more to be isolated from the city, traffic and noises.

I had such a wonderful time at this villa! 🤩 The owner was incredibly welcoming and kind. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

The location is a little bit away from the Ubud main street which I like the most because Ubud is so busy and crowded. Our location was calm and quiet.

Booked for 2 nights in Feb. A great experience at Madhawa Udud Villas! This villa provides a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway.

Madhawa Villa is even better in real life than any of the photos or descriptions. The villa is spacious with a well planned layout.

The hospitality and staff were amazing. The aesthetics and villa itself were brilliant. However please keep in mind if you’re not a fan of creepy crawlies this may not be the best option.

Our stay at Sanctuary Villas in Ubud was truly incredible. The staff went above and beyond — always present, kind, and helpful, making us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our time there.

Had a great stay at this Villa. It’s super clean and has an amazing big and light room. Wayan was very friendly and can organize everything you need. Motorbike, food, massage.

This place is an absolute hidden gem, it's indescribable:
The communication with the owner is more like a 6 star hotel. EVERYTHING is really done to ensure you have the best possible stay.

You need a scooter to get somewhere as walking on the street is quite terrible, but the place itself is a beautiful oasis with nice rooms, pool and a small rice field just for the guests.

Fantastic! Locations is great, quiet and so spacious. Rooms are great, big and clean. Service is also amazing. Good breakfast.

The staff we extremely helpful. The value for money of this hotel was superb. The minimalist theme in the room was executed superbly, the rooms are clean, well lit and modern.

One of the cutest boutique hotel/ guest house I have stayed. They had about 10 rooms and no parking space. So if you are coming with family in the car, this is not the best option.

Wonderful villa. The villa team was kind, helpful and greeted us with a smile every time we saw them. The villa is located in an amazing quiet location away from hustle and bustle of Ubud centre.

We had a great stay at Van Sheva, the villa looks great, loved the view, everything was clean and the staff was very kind! We also ordered a massage and it was the best one we had on Bali.

The Villa Joyia is THE perfect villa if you stay in Ubud. Besides being splendid, it’s ideally located (5 minutes from the center by car). The villa is very clean, and the staff is very attentive.

In the summer of 2023 I stayed here for a week. Kadek will do anything to let you feel at home. So it was! I enjoyed being here, in this beautiful garden with just three rooms.

I got to stay there for a couple of nights with my parents and the place is absolutely fantastic!

KUBUMANA is a small gem tucked away in the lush greenery of Bali.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Of course you see some insects outside, like ants, which is completely normal given there's so many green areas outside which makes the place even more special.

I recently stayed at this villa in Bali and it was truly an amazing experience! The location is perfect, the view is breathtaking, and the cleanliness is outstanding.

Legong Sebatu Villa in Ubud offers a wonderful stay with stunning views. The fresh, cold air in April made mornings and nights especially pleasant.

Had a fantastic time at Chandra house. Rooms and service are amazing! Beautiful area, also location to start trips all around Bali! Would love to stay again.

One of my favorite stays in Ubud! The host family is wonderful, kind and helpful. The villas are private and very quiet.

I had an amazing stay at Puri Teduh. It was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Every time I needed something, I got help right away. The area is quiet and peaceful.

The guesthouse accommodation is very new and so super fresh, a change to some spaces we have stayed which have very old photos.
Hosts are very friendly and the place is ecmxtremeny comfortable.
