Conveniently located within walking distance of seminyak Beach and shopping areas. Great selection of restaurants nearby.
Rooms are spacious with huge comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms.

Having a wonderful time in the villa. Went with a group of friends and couldn't be happier. Comfy bed, air con room, close to everything including Seminyak Beach.

Big Villa with 3 rooms. Good to bring family & friends. The service was ok, but the guy reply the msg very late when I was asking for another blanket.

Nice hotel, staff are friendly & the hotel has pretty much everything you need. There is building work opposite than can be noisy throughout the day but we found that quite common for canggu.

Great value for money! The only con I would say would be the pathway leading to the hotel. Very rocky and no lights but not that much of a big deal for us since we were a group.

I can’t describe how incredibly hospitable the staff are here. We initially booked for 2 days and then decided to extend our stay long term because of how much we loved this place.

I was afraid after checking the reviews after I had booked but I considered that the reviews are mostly old and luckily I had none of the issues reported.
Triple room with single beds!

There’s a large pool in a hotel. I stayed alone but they gave me a room with 2 queen size beds. So nice! However, the room is so dark.

Stayed 2 nights, decent location on the bypass and a short walk to the port. My only complaint was the other guests being allowed to swim, scream and shout in the courtyard pool at 3am for an hour.

I stayed here when I needed to renew my visa and visit the immigration center in Denpasar.

Sanur's quiet beaches are within walking distance.
Windsurfing is possible there.
There is a small shop like a convenience store about 7 minutes away.

I don't know why so many bad reviews, but for the first time I comes the guy so friendly, nyoman the best so welcoming, for the room so clean and quiet very relaxing💆‍♀️ definitely will come back!

Stayed at The Nichos Bungalows & Villa and really loved the lumbung-style room with a private swimming pool.
The design is unique and cozy, and having a pool made the stay even more relaxing.

Nichos Bungalows offered a great room and level of service. The room is small but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was outdoor but spacious enough.

Very very relaxed property, this property is quite traditional so expect semi outdoor bathrooms (expect a shower with a gecko pal), wooden bungalow style and amongst the trees.

This restaurant is 10/10. Kept coming back (as someone who doesn’t usually go to the same restaurant twice while travelling) delicious vegan and non vegan food, great matchas and coffee. Amazing!

Didn't stay but ate at the restaurant. Delicious food. Tasty drinks. Good prices. Lovely service. Totally underrated hidden gem. Should be a go-to.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)
If you are looking for a central spot in Kuta that won't break the bank, AB Hotel Kuta is a solid contender. It’s a practical, no-frills "home base" for exploring the area.

AB Hotel by Agata has truly been a blessing during my time in Kuta. I’ve been staying here for months, and every single day the staff continue to amaze me with their kindness and genuine care.

I’ve been staying at AB Hotel by Agata in Kuta for months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier.

We recently stayed at Villa Diana with a large group of 25+ people, including kids, and it was absolutely amazing!

We had a lovely time in this Villa!
Some of the rooms need an update — air conditioning and squeaky bed, however, staff were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable.

It's a quiet little Villa with very helpful and welcoming staff. I loved the pool area and the location was convenient.
The AC didn't work very well, wasn't getting the room cool enough.

This might be the one of modern hotel's that I ever visit in Legian. We got a best price for 2 night stay.
