We loved this place — a nice escape from the crowds! The location is quite remote and only accessible by scooter, so it feels very local, which is nice.

We stayed at Song Broek and honestly, it was beautiful.
We had a private villa with our own swimming pool overlooking the jungle, and it was incredibly peaceful.

Having stayed at Puri Kasih Gottlieb twice now, I can confidently say it’s one of those rare places that captures the magic of Bali while offering true peace and comfort.

The best hostel ive stayed at in a while, words cannot describe the amazing vibe/experience I had here. Ricky and Tebo were great hosts and everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming.

A nice quiet spot tucked away, but very nearby the town centre. Tan is very helpful and friendly and made me feel at home. The place is basic but clean, well ventilated and has AC in the room.

I stayed for one night in the Avocado bungalow. It is located at the very bottom, private and non-pass-through, with the river very close by. I really enjoyed the cool, fresh atmosphere.

Absolutely beautiful, the perfect end to our Indonesia trip — we wanted to splurge and relax after backpacking for 3 weeks and this was the best choice.

Stay here. The hotel has a mix of being authentic while also being very comfortable. We enjoyed the morning yoga, the beautiful pool and the best massages of our trip.

A truly unforgettable stay at Montama Villas.
Our stay at Montama Villas was nothing short of perfect.

Great location, perfect in-between if you want the calmness of nature and busyness of ubud’s centre just a short walk away. The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was great. It’s tucked away so quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to bars and restaurants. Infinity pool overlooks the jungle, which is stunning.

This is a little oasis smack in the centre of Ubud. The grounds are lush and tropical and you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere.

We loved our stay at Dewangga, and we have already decided we would stay there again the next time we visit Ubud. The bed was nice and big and comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

We really got spoiled here. I recommend a herbal massage and the fries. (complimentary Breakfast is outstanding. ) They give you free popsicles everyday too. Absolutely amazing.
