Very nice Hotel and well kept not too great… comfortable rooms. Bathrooms a little small but there is everything. Beds comfortable, staff courteous and helpful and the food very good and the breakfast nice pool… but the location certainly is central, but maybe too much… the road traffic and walk to a ride to fatigue. Close to outdoor mall and to the beach of nusa dua!

Clean, comfortable, super friendly receptionist. Breakfast was also very good. Definitely will go back again.

One of the best hotel in the town within the budget. Just 5.5km from airport. Also 5km to Nusa Dua islands. 4km to Pantai Muaya. Hotel is clean. Staff are polite. Swimming pool is cool, but less depth. Good for families and couples. View from hotel top is very good. Can view the sea link bridge and toll. Roof top function hall is good. Breakfast has lot of varieties and it is complimentary, have plenty. Dinner was also good. Try Balinese fried rice. Pizza also good. Take Matrix sim in airport. Don't buy any local sim. If you don't like food in the hotel then you can order from KFC & McDonald.

Small lavatory! I don’t suggest people to go but breakfast varieties were there! Over all bad expierence.

We stayed there along with our friends and family for a few days because of my brother's wedding. The staff was very polite and accomodating. It is not a fancy hotel, the layout of the bathroom is a bit awkward and if you are a light sleeper, don't take the street facing room. But overall I had an amazing stay, the place is clean and the breakfast is great. Oh, fyi, they don't allow grab / uber to pick you up from the lobby so you have to walk out to get picked up.

The Hotel has good value for money. The rooms are clean. Good amenities and great breakfast. The pool clean and good for children. Depending on the room, you have views of the bay and Bali Mandara Toll Road. The hotel has a rooftop with a beautiful view of the bay as well. The location is far from the beaches but the hotel provides transportation to the main beach of Nusa Dua and Bali Collection Mall. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. If you use Uber or Grab, they are not allowed to enter the lobby, only Blue Bird Taxi. The internet signal is poor in the rooms except in main lobby. I was very well attended during my stay with two children and my wife.

Clean room. Good rate. Sufficient amenities. Clean swimming pool. Sea view. Bit far from down town but is ok with easy transportation. Online booking car is not allowed to enter the premises.

Great value for price. Excellent service. Strategic location. Am giving 4 stars, instead of 5 stars, only because of breakfast buffet lack healthier variety, too much fats and carbos, for a long stay can result to be monotonous.

Stayed for 3 days & 2 nights with 2 kids. Very economic but with all the facilities? I would recommend it. Friendly and helpful staf. The halls aren't too clean, recommend room 226 (family room) = spacious + very very nice view! Plus a balcony. Shower, bowl, and toilet were clean, full amenities, iron + ironing board + hairdryer + safe and small fridge avail. Small coffee table in the room to enjoy view of the bay *thumbs. Rooftop sitting available. Cafe Breakfast & food relatively good in taste and presentation, ranging from pasta, steak to great drinks, and best of all, reasonably priced! No Uber or Grab allowed into the lobby but the hotel offers shuttles. If you need Uber or Grab you can walk and take them in front of the Indomaret convenient store/ATM/Souvenir shop, it's a 5 minute walk.

My Husband and I stayed at the Mahogany Hotel over Christmas time 2016. We loved everything about it, and decided to have our wedding at the Oracle Chapel on the hotel rooftop in June 2017. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out (on both occasions) we had a positive experience, and our wedding guests also agreed. The customer service is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food was beautiful (a lot of our wedding guests said it was the best that they have had in Bali). The atmosphere is so relaxed which was great for us on our wedding day. We will certainly be back to the Mahogany Hotel and I would highly recommend people to stay here.

They have a huge sign At the entrance that forbids Uber/Grab vehicles to pick up passengers. It has no legal authority, hence my one star rating. You can use their transport on offer (if you wish to be cheated and pay an outrageous price)

Good view from balcony, breakfast buffet is good. And is easy accessible to airport, beach and other shopping places.

The hotel was really neat and clean and is well worth the price. Please note uber, grab is not allowed inside the hotel parking. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. There are free free shuttle service to Nusa Dua collection point from 10 am to 5 pm and usually pick up is available at your convenience. The food at the restraunt (sports cafe) was good as well.

Mahagony has the best service. They care to every guest, even the owner itself always there and welcome their guest. The interior also great and the room very clean and neat. Don't forget to try their pizza at their cafe (Homerun Cafe) really delicious.

Mahogany Hotel made our birthday getaway to Bali for perfect! Even before we arrived, Ilma and the team at Mahogany Hotel had already gone well out of their way for us — arranging petals spelling his name and 21 on the bed; arranging special pick-up air Denpasar Airport, and replying to my note seeking a higher floor room with water views. Staff had genuine smiles constantly at the ready, and made us feel like welcome guests in their very own home. The owner greeted us by name whenever he saw us, and they brought out a pre-arranged cake at brekky, with chocolate-worded writing on a huge plate. Staff had great ideas for day-trips — add all this to super-chilled out music, pool side couches and banana lounges, mouth-watering menu, daily room make-up — together with all the concierge goodness you would expect in a six star hotel — and really, Mahogany Hotel was perfect. We definitely recommend and will be back at your new hotel! Thanks for an unforgettable stay!
