Staff not as friendly and using school children as staff couldn’t understand simple requests.

Rooms good, services is good, Wi-Fi good, strategic location near from seminyak beach.

Central to everything, service good, deluxe rooms lovely… Bintangs cold… beautiful.

Best among the rest. Love their breakfst and their indooe and outdoor pool. Service ws so good. Really love it.

Had two week stay and found the hotel clean, comfortable with friendly helpful staff and overall relaxed vibe. Used the buggy to the beach and strolled back several times, very pleasant. We went for breakfast on the beach apart from. Twice when we had early trips and ate at hotel. Buffet good value for money. Would definitely stay again as excellent value for what we paid overall. Bit noisy only downside but we slept well in very comfy bed ❤☀️

I cannot not thank you all the staff enough for their big assistance this morning as I need medical emergency to Siloam Hospital for my baby. They even dropped and picked us up from the hospital. Our stay was very pleasant, it's a short stay (only 3 days) but the kids love it. We booked 3 rooms and one of the room was upgraded free of charge. The staff absolutely friendly and helpful. Location is close to everywhere. Thank you again.

Good quality hotel for those who don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for top notch resorts in Bali. Their in-house restaurant is surprisingly good, with dishes available in Western and Balinese style. Food is cheap at the restaurant with on-going promotions. Gym could use a bit more TLC but we love the infinity pool on the 5th floor.

It’s a highly recommended hotel worth our Money.

Had to wait for room on arrival 40 mins no main pool unless upstairs and small! Otherwise pools in front of ppls rooms feel like your intruding on them to take a swim! Not at all what we expected or wanted a bit disappointing really. Blocked sink in bathroom, shower head falls down, lamps near bed don’t work bit pricey as well!

Nice atmosphere, good people and foods.

In the shower it stank for rotten eggs, the room has already come down a bit (bed light did not go, bedside table loose). In the past there was for every bath tab, bathrobe and a small travel kit with toothbrush etc. Meanwhile only a pair of bath tabs and 2 toothbrushes. The staff is very friendly, but we wanted to have breakfast at 10.45am and it was nice almost everything cleared up although there is breakfast until 11am on weekends. We're not going to descend into this Harris. For the money you get better accommodation.

It's chic hotel in the middle of Seminyak Pretty much just like other city hotel. Good for youngsters or couple. Not that fit for those who looking for quiet relaxing spot to rest.

Good clean hotel, nice pools. It has 2 pools and 1 kids pool, and a gym. Nice and friendly staffs. The hotel also provide free shuttle to popular destinations area twice a day. Wi-Fi is good. Location is a bit far from kuta beach area, but the surrounding is good. Lots of restaurants, shops and supermarket / mini markets.

This is a very good hotel. The staffs are so friendly, the rooms are clean, the food are amazing. They gave me a birthday cake and I didn't expect that at all. So nice of them.

Nice room. Proactive staff at the reception. They provide buggy service to the beach and Flea market too. Sky pool on the fifth floor was really good. I found the food and spa to be overpriced. You got an amazing restaurant just opposite called Wacko's Burgers, feel free to try… It's worth it. The only issue I had was despite telling them twice for room cleaning, nobody turned up. A little disappointed with that. Otherwise overall an amazing room for the price.

Our stay was excellent. Nice staff and spa. Good room size and clean. The bathroom bit small but nice and clean. Love the pizza.

Nice hotel, from outside look likes small, but wait till u go inside. Comfort room, worthed for its prices and they have 4 swimming pools. You can pick one that suit for your children. But the traffic and the river smell make little uncomfy outside the entrance gate. For breakfast, they have quite complete menu set, from appetizers, maincourse, dessert dan drinks, but it"ll be nice if they change 1 or 2 item everyday. We stayed there for 3 days, they served same menu. Taste so so. Its located not far from kuta beach center.

This is my favorite place if my families going for relax, tours, or business. Harris group hotel is modern minimalist architecture, clean, and all staffs very helpful, politely, and always smile when they give services to their guests. I am enjoy stay in Harris. I was stay in some of Harrris Hotel: in Bali, Bandung, and Bogor. I am very recomended to trying Harris. Cheap but very good of services.

Great place to stay in Seminyak. It's in a good location that's on a quiet street, but close to the beach and easily accessible. There are a few good restaurants on the same block and the restaurants in the hotels are also good. The rooms are clean and contemporary and the hotel has decent Wi-Fi that is accessible throughout. The staff are super friendly and competent. What else could you need? The price is reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is in a good position. The facilities are quite clean, the main pool is quite nice and good for swimming. The rooms were clean the staff very friendly. You can also get free beach towels. The shower in the room is a bit unstable, temperature and pressure wise. The manager Sofi was really helpful and professional.

It has a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere that made us feel at home. Plus, the family room that we stayed for four days and three nights is good for four persons, which is quite huge and roomy for the three of us. Everything I needed was either a walking distance or just a 15-minute ride from the hotel. It is way perfect for those who look for a budget and yet ‘value for money’ kind of hotel accommodation, they offer free shuttle going to Boardwalk twice a day on which the famous Kuta beach is located.

Harris enak hotels nya. Nyaman dan sejuk. Awalnya kepikiran Harris river view saya pikir deket sungai yang jernih bagus gitu ternyata sungai nya kecil. Tapi gak papalah kan tujuan nya buat istirahat aja. Jadi kemaren waktu ke bali pilih kamar yang gede dan rame sih. Dan pemandangan depan kamar pas adalah kolam anak-anak. Saya di kamar 2015 kalau gak salah. Untuk menu sarapan pagi juga enak banget. Lidah Jawa enak lah. Gak banyak review soalnya hampir jarang di hotels nya. Banyak keluar jalan-jalan liburan kemaren.

Nice hotel with nice venue in Kuta… nearest for swim and looking for the Sunset. Because only 1Km going through to the beach. By walk. The hotel location also in front of the main street of jalan raya Kuta and the staff was helpfull also.

Great location, nice staff and well priced. We are currently staying in unique room. Good room size and very clean room with balcony. Need to rent a scooter or bicycle or even a car if you dont wanna take cab all the time.

I loved this hotel very much! Modern hotel which has inspiring colors touch from front to back! There is kids station where my kids can get pampered and taken care of. The room I stayed is cozy and cool. Will be visiting this hotel again and again and again!

Good but nothing to rave about. Well priced double room accommodation but not flashy at all. It didnt bother us at all but we were one of only a handful of western /english speaking familys there over our 16 days. Some office staff limited English.

Can’t fault Harris Hotel. It’s conveniently close to the best spots in Seminyak, rooms are small but very neat, comfortable beds, nice linen & towels, affordable prices (IDR 120k for the 3 of us! — twin share room), complimentary pizzas and drinks. Also our flight back to Perth was late and they offered late check out for IDR 5k/h). Staff is nice, smiley and friendly. I can’t recommend more!

Very good hotel staff very friendly to the little care impeccable service.

Rooms are comfortable and clean but not large. Only 5 minutes to airport and plenty of shops close by. No pool but handy for a stop over. Staff always friendly and convenient airport transfer. Well priced too.

I came with my partner for spending our weekend. Location is perfect. The room is a great size and extremely clean. The shower room is nice and clean with complete amenities. Everything was wonderful. Nice and cozy hotel.

Ordinary hotel in good location. If you look for a place to sleep at night and doing errand on midday, this place is a good option. They also have lots of pools, spa and eating place with affordable price.

HARRIS Hotel is a really good choice if you're going with more than 2 people because the place really is an apartment so, there's everything you need. There's a stove if you want to cook.

Best place, very near to beaches and market. Lovely indoor pool. We had our Best pizza in Bali here at Harrisom Pizza. They have live music performance at restaurant. Lovely and polite staff. Clean room.

The rooms are nice and large with nice bathrooms and the location is close to the main strip in Seminyak and the beach. The pools are all fairly small and were a bit run down but the pool upstairs was generally quiet. The massage in the hotel was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel was reasonably priced and good value for price.

Rooms are good, pool is not so good, Wi-Fi speed poor, no indian break fast.

Whilst the hotel is strategically located, but the rigidly generic design and the greenish paint make it feel like a hospital or asylum. I was there for a seminar. Staff was generally friendly, but honestly the hotel serves one one of the worst hotel foods I've ever experienced. Had three meals there, all of which had the same type of fish with three different sauces. And all of them were unsatisfying. Don't even get me started on the (poor attempt of) noodles. I've stayed in other Harris properties, and this one is not up to par. I'd much recommend Harris Sunset Road down the street. Sorry to say.

We stay here whenever we go to Bali. The rooms are large, the staff are awesome and friendly. It's close to all the main areas and getting a driver for a tour with them is easy. We have made some amazing friends staying at Harris, I can't recommend them enough!

Location is great! Situated halfway Central Seminyak market and Seminyak beach with some cheap Indonesian food and massage stores nearby. 2 convenient stores are just nearby where you can buy some basic stuffs quickly. Their promo breakfast/dinner buffet is a great deal for those who are loking for nice, satisfying meal for two! Crews are so cool and so accommodating! I love staying in this hotel, and I encourage you to come and experience for yourself the wonders this place could offer!

The hotel is decent, nice room, nice service. But the location wouldn't be your first choice. Considering the rate, you might want to browse around and see another option with the same price range.

Hotel is in a good part of Seminyak. They have an hourly shuttle to the beach. The restaurant food is good. There is a Commonwealth ATM conveniently at the Circle K across the street. There are several pools including a kiddie pool and a smaller rooftop pool. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because Wi-Fi is very slow and the air conditioner in my room was broken upon arrival late at night. It took only 10 min to fix but it leaked all over my fabric suitcase and the floor.

Near to Seminyak Beach and there's a lot store or market that fulfill our needs. Rooms are clean, water oke, bed are clean, bathroom clean too. Breakfast with good variety. Suit with our need. Security friendly. Front desk are responsive and concierge is proactive to ask.

On my 6 days 5 nights trip in Bali, it was a very wonderful stay at HARRIS Hotel Seminyak. Excellent room service quality as well as food, especially breakfast. Room was exceptionally clean when we checked in although our waiting time was a bit long even after online booking. The hotel provided buggy transport service to 2 areas notably the Seminyak Beach and Seminyak Square, which allowed us to travel to hotspots in Seminyak area effortlessly. Room service was especially commendable. They were very polite and friendly. I was really shocked when almost all staff that passed by when we were walking greeted us. On a side note, the bathroom for our room was designed quite poorly. It does not have lock and the shower head sprayed water with so much pressure that I cannot use the full blast. Water saving maybe. Overall, this stay was a very good one and I would definitely stay at this hotel again given the chance. Regards, Joseph M Thenara.

Our 4 night stay at Harris has been great! The location is fairly central, with a quick walk to great shopping and a buggy available to the beach (or a 15m walk). The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. Service has been great for every need. The hotel is well worth the price, and a great place to stay while vacationing in Bali!

Thank you Harris hotel for such a lovely stay! Everyone that works there is so kind and always smiling! The rooms are clean and the overall hotel is kept very neat and tidy. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Pools were always clean. Restaurant food was amazing, especially your pizza. The location was close to everything such as Beach, restaurants and shopping. Only a couple of things to mention is the shower and shower head. Water would go on the floor of the bathroom due to having no door and the shower head wasn't working properly. However they were only minor things. We will definitely come back to stay with you guys. :)

I am currently Staying at this hotel for 3 nights more. It should be a Four Star hotel but Will not give it more then two and I Will tell you why: A Four Star hotel should have a clean pool. The top pool is the most dirty I have ever seen. Further there have now since this morning at 8 to 2310 been dirty dishes on the hallway with leftover food on it. I made them aware of this 3 hours ago and nothing have happend yet, they are still there. This morning at breakfast I saw a waiter cleaning a table. Forks and knifes where on top of each other some used others not, but even though they touch each other dirty and clean the waiter sorted them and used some to set up the table again. Further it should be said that a four star hotel also should have more then five sun beds on the beach for so many guest if one choose to promote with free sun beds. To all off you out there the staff are friendly, but I will rather stay another place next time and the main reason for that are if one leave dirty plates for that long and clean a table like I saw I would not like to know how it is behind the scenes.

Decent hotel, located near most shops around the city. Easy to get around from the hotel by taxi or walking. The design of the room is not very well thought out. This bathroom door can't be locked and the bathroom is covered around with semi see through glass, so you can see when someone showers. Other than that, it's an okay hotel but there are others that are far better around.

Three and a half stars. The rooms are very good for the price and the staff friendly. A few points were deducted for the terrible Wi-Fi and the food was not great either.

Very friendly staff, a must for lower budget. The breakfast buffet is really good, rooms are clean. Free shuttles to seminyak square and beach are also available. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the area.

Really nice hotel. Clean, fresh, service minded staff & priceworthy. They have free shuttle bus to the shopping center & to the beach which is really nice. The only negative is that the breakfast could have more variety of food. Otherwise everything was really good I would definitely stay at Harris again.

Strategic location in Seminyak, lots of food and shopping Choose the room thats not facing the main Drupadi road as it will be less noisy. Comfortable bed! Definitely will stay here again.

Decent place to stay in with very reasonable price and very clean room I stayed in the risedenc and enjoyed it, it's 10 minutes away from kartika street and 15 minutes from airport if no rush while takes 20 — 30 minutes to Nausa Dua, very friendly staff in the hotel. I was staying in Harris hotel and risedenc sunset road it's also near to carrefour where you can do your shopping.

Need some improvement, specially on the air conditioner. We had to move to other room because ours was really hot. Good variety of breakfast menu, friendly staff. Overall was OK.
