Booked superior room received deluxe instead. Shower was disgusting and moldy — water cold.
The Porter was lovely — check in staff great too. Unfortunately the rooms are not worth the money. We had twin beds — the room so small the beds were almost touching. Under the beds had not been cleaned. The absolute worst though is the restaurant. We ordered Chicken Grilled mushroom sauce veggies. There was 2 small pieces of cut beans 3 of carrots the sauce was hot pepper gravey with a piece of cut mushroom — I like spicey but even I could not eat it. So after waiting just over an hour we sent it back. 45 mins later they bring back the same cold chips and cold veggies — but mixed them back on our plates. It was disgusting.
Breakfast the next morning we were hopeful — but the sausages bacon beans etc etc were all cold
We used to always stay here for many years and always loved it. I would not go back again. A lot nicer hotels in the area for half the price.

The air conditioning does not work well at all! we set it to 18 degrees on full fan, but it was reading 26 degrees all night! had a few very sweaty uncomfortable nights. Also one of the grumpiest and confrontational restaurant and bar staff I've seen I a hotel, and I've traveled quite a bit. They had to change our room 4 times. Still not happy!
For AUD140 a night, they have the cheek to charge for a bucket of ice. If you're at the pool bar and want to cool down, you're only allowed 2 small cups of ice. We spoke to the manager in charge at reception, and he was so unhappy about having to change our room at all. Lucky we booked through hotels. Com. They were so helpful and oran upgrade upgrade for us. The hotel wanted to charge us AUD30 extra a night, but hotels. Com absorbed the charge for us. Really really DISAPPOINTING hotel!

Lovely hotel. Perfect location. Rooms are nice really pretty bathroom. Buffet breakfast is so-so. Room service is average but there’s so many places around to eat it’s fine! definitely would recommend! Plus THREE pools?!?!

It was our first family holiday and first time staying at the grand inna the ladies by the pool were amazing with the kids Very friendly staff throughout it is a very family friendly hotel and will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 8 nights this month and loved it!
We had 2 toddlers with us who loved the resort and pool areas plus the little play room they would play in. It’s an excellent location within walking distance to the Main Street with shopping and restaurants/cafes. The staff were super accommodating, especially the Balinese women by the pool who made it even more relaxing with foot massages while you sipped your cocktails
Highly recommend this resort as we will be returning next year for longer than 8 nights this time!

First time stay at Grand Inna, we were in the new wing, nice rooms, the breakfast was amazing, the staff are so friendly, very clean hotel, we were there 9 nights, the pools are AWSOME especially the front one facing ocean, great swim up bar and straight walk out hotel onto the beach. The restaurant out the side of hotel was brilliant, cheap, excellent service. We will be going back to the Grand Inna.

There is nothing Grand about this hotel any more. I was let down on my last visit and it did not meet my expectations. HQ Bar has a poor menu, and when I asked for a milkshake for my partner, I was told it was not on their beverage list and to go to the other pool and order it there. When I was presented a food menu, twice we where told they had run out of the requested item. The Bathroom flooded every night, we reported it and where told that it is an old hotel. No one was concerned. But I guess that's the relaxed Bali attitude. Attention to detail is a must for all Hotels which this establishment seems to have forgotten. It's tired and old.

Strategic location near the beach, just walk! Great pool, they have 3 pools. Kids playroom open 9 am — 7 pm near Sunken pool but its to small room thou. Friendly staff, but I experience they prefer to serve the foreigner first in HQ restaurant during breakfast, while I had queue first. Dissapointing. Hope staff can serve equally no matter what nationality are.

Its not a fancy hotel but its a fabulous hotel we were in the new wing my dad was in the old wing both rooms have thier beauty. Staff are awesome! Close to everything. Very affordable to eat and drink by the pool. Keep up the great work grand Inna Kuta x.

Location wise is awesome but the quality of the room is not that great compare other 4 star standard hotel. Price is normal if booking in advance. Personally I won't recommend this hotel as best place to stay unless if there is no options. If you are looking for location, this hotel might be a good option otherwise better for other hotel with similar or same price.

We had the pleasure of staying here last month. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much to ask for. I was given a birthday cake compliments of the hotel, delivered to our room. We were also given a lovely fruit platter. The ladies in the spa were absolutely beautiful (we spent quite a bit of time in there) The only thing we could fault was the toilets at the breakfast area. No fault of staff but very very high traffic area. All the other amenities were perfectly clean. Fantastic location. Cant wait to stay with you again.

My husband booked the cheapest room on this hotel which is superior double room. The room was dated, old and need some renovations. It doesn't suit the luxury of the pool and location of this hotel. We got a room which has bad toilet smell. We asked to change the room, they were happy to accommodate that even though we had to wait for more than an hour in hour room to get the other room ready for us. Location is the best! They have 2 pools and they both are great. Buffet breakfast wasn't mind blowing but the view and restaurant location is facing the ocean and its beautiful! We might come back just for the location and the service. We got a welcome plate with fruits and towel doves on the bed to celebrate our honeymoon. Staff are friendly. Overall we enjoy our stay.

This is our second time staying here. The pool access rooms are dated but we have been very happy with our room. The staff can’t do enough to help you and are extremely polite. The breakfast is enjoyable and if they don’t have something you like, they are ready to try to get you what you want. The pools are lovely and it’s a step out to the beach so great location. We are already planning the next visit to Bali and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Grand Inna for your hospitality!

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in in our lives!
Waited ages to check in. We had a pool access room paid extra for the upgrade wich was fine. Once we got into the room we were disgusted with the condition it was in. It looked nothing like the photos online at all. The room smelt so bad the furnature was all chipped and dated there was mould growing in the bath shower and around the drain the mirrors were all smeared bath had dirt in it, floor was dirty and our safe didn't work properly. When we asked to be moved to a different room the man behind the counter was very rude and said if we wanted to move rooms it would cost an additional $60 to get a delux room (room with no view or pool access). We grabbed our belongings and said to him we want a refund and that we were leaving he then said he would give us the other room for no charge. When we got into the other room it smelt so badly of mould. There was mould growing on the curtains all over the shower and shower blind on my pillow and in my bed. At this point it was already 10pm so we grabbed the essentials and went and booked at another hotel which was a 3 star and much cleaner. Went back the next morning showed the manager all the photos he was very rude looked at us like we were a joke and said we can have 1 nights accomodation back out of the 3 we booked.

Strategically located beside Kuta beach. The Hard rock cafe is across this hotel. Quite big hotel and pretty old building, I think. The guestrooms is at several building mass, and for some, it will quite confusing to get to the room. The breakfast menu is good, there's bar also here. And it is near the heart of Kuta road, so you can explore the neighboring cafe or bar just by walking.

Enjoyed 3 nights stay in a fantastic hotel adjacent to the beach having 3 wonderful pools. Nice rooms & huge breakfast. You'll find almost everything nearby. Value for money!

A quite large area hotel. You wont find your room without guide from bellboy. Room and breakfast menu was standard. The only outstanding is its location which is very close to Kuta Beach and Hardrock cafe.

I have stayed at this resort 4 times now each time with big groups of friends and Grand Inna from my opinion has gone from a 4.5 star to 1 star
Arrive at motel room wasnt ready at 3 as promised wasnt ready at 6 pm wasnt ready at 9pm then 10.30 our room was ready. Go to the superior pool room to find aircondioner leaking as u walk in the door and over the toilet floors they were disgusting the doona cover was dirty bath was putrid. When I called someone down to our room they then moved us next door to find the aircondioner was leaking 12.30 am bali time we actually had a room half decent.
The next day we got out of bed the smell coming out of the drains was like raw sewerage. Then to look at pillows and they were mouldy! No apologises just one of the people on reception hanging up on me… the resort has obviously rented the front pool out to find if you sit there u need to buy a drink mind u bintangs 5.50 go to Jimmys bar and buy one half the price. No where to eat at night you need to go out of the resort to do that now
I will not stay at Grand Inna again and woild not rate it at all.

It's been half a year now, but I want to go back! Best holiday ever! It was a wonderful mix of rest and relaxation. Party and drinks. Sport and action. I felt comfortable in all areas and had a really great time! It was always possible to find the right offer for your needs. From low budget drinks and food to upscale cuisine and best service, everything is offered here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. That's great! Again at any time.

Hotel has great location close to everything. Make sure you get room in their new building. Cost of room is same but new building is in much better condition. Buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Service is also very good.

A minute walk to the Kuta beach to see the sunset Sunset. Close to the airport, too. Around a lot of store shops. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, sitting by the pool and watching the waves while eating breakfast. The hotel is very large and the staff is friendly and polite. Suitable for arrival and departure from the Bali transition for 1-2 days.

We booked in the older section as the pictures looked ok but we lasted 10 minutes in the room before requesting an upgrade which we happily paid the difference for. Do yourself a favor and pay the little bit extra for the new section of the hotel when you book. The pool area by the beach was closed for renovations when we stayed so a little disappointed but there are 2 other spacious pools on the property. Breakfast was adequate. Location was great being close to the beach, shopping and many restaurants and warungs. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our flight home was late at night so the hotel offered to store our bags in a secure place until our transfer arrived.

Great location in Kuta. Hotel staff are polite and friendly. Spacious room, big and comfortable bed. Welcomed us with romantic decoration with complimentary fruit plate for our 31st wedding anniversary.

Great staff and good service. Room was great, although the bed was rather solid to sleep on and has hurt my back, but nothing serious. Other than that it's a great hotel with good food and cheap prices.

It was great experience to stayed in this hotel. When I came for check in, the receptionist guy upgraded my room to Deluxe Room because the room I booked before (Superior Room) wasn't ready yet. I though this is OK because I got bigger room but the problem is my room is Twin Bed (I booked for Double Bed). However the hotel guys can change my Twin Bed into Double and that's not big problem for me. The room is clean, comfortable bed, and the ac is good. But the bath kit is not complete because there's no shampoo, only shower gel. The LCD TV is not big enough. I stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast have complete and various menu from appetizers, main menu, and dessert. The advantages of this hotel is having a strategic place where located very near of the Kuta Beach.

Great place to Stay. Very big hotel Diiiiirekt on beach:) Super nice and professional reception — almost 5 star level! Late check out for small surcharge no Problem. The hotel has three pools, so there is always a lounger free. One of the pools is right on the beach with pool bar! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and still it was quiet at night. Absolutely recommended!

This place was like a little paradise away from the tourist craziness. The staff is great and the room was nice. Cold AC and very good Wi-Fi. I sat and drank on the patio and pool that overlooks the beach. The have a great pool bar. Once on the beach there are vendors to buy all kinds of stuff. Past the vendors is an amazingly fun beach for boogie boarding or beginner surfers!

First off the positives: the place itself is perfectly situated, food is great and service super nice and welcoming, within 5 min you're at the beach, next door is a surfing school, taxi service is present and the city life is a 5-10 min walk. So everything you could need is close by. There are 3 pools (1 was closed while we were there for reconstruction) and many extra services available including a pool bar. However, when we entered our room, we found a thick layer of dust on top of the bed structure and stains on the bed sheets. With everything else so perfect, it was a bit sad to see such easy things neglected. Overall we still really enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

I have stayed at Grand Inna Kuta for 5 night. During my stay, I celebrated the New year. The hotel is just beside beach and walking distance to the Kuta Center. The Hotel has two part old building and new building. All deluxe rooms are located at new building whereas all standard rooms located in the old building. The old building is three-floor building and not having the lift installed. I liked most the location of the hotel and the swimming pools. The hotel has three good swimming pool. Two are located inside the hotel and other next to the beach. As I traveled with my son, we took a room with king size bed. The bed was so big that we were very comfortable on it. The hotel serves complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was average but not bad. The room's floor was so moist and some of the electric points were not working. The air condition was not properly working in one of my room. The staffs were very good and attentive. Many shopping locations and food shop are very close to the hotel.

Excellent selection of pools, the beach front restaurant is fantastic for relaxing and there's a pretty cool wood palette themed restaurant beachside as well. Rooms and service are 4 star breakfast buffet excellent.

As a local guide, I will say this hotel it has the best location of hotel in Bali. Is just 10 second walk to jump to famous kuta beach and minutes walk to the most famous nightlife on legian street. Over all aim as the bali driver will give higly recomend for you to choose ina hotel for your great vacation luxury hotel in Kuta.

This hotel is located next to Hard Rock. I stayed at the new wing side, rooms were quite spacious and overall nice design. Walking distance to nearby McDonalds and some other shops. If you want nightlife then Kuta is the place to stay otherwise it may be a bit too busy.

Great hotel for the price. Location and facilities are excellent. Rooms are a bit dated but kept clean. Breakfast is excellent with a great view. Happy hour at the Sunken Pool is great.

Ok hotel, good price, good spot Pool bar Mixed clientel from all corners. Jamies kitchen across the road, turtle released from the beach beside hotel. The rooms are a little worn but functional, staff are friendly and make an effort. No facilities for kids really.

Before staying in another hotel in this area — think twice. It's only a few steps from the beach (direct beach access), a lot of pools (bar pool! ) and really cool sea view (bars and cafes have sea view too — especially "headquarter bar").

Just awful rooms and disgusting services. Found mold on the shower curtains and sheets, not to mention barely any power outlets that work.
