It was a great experienced. People are so good and the place was great. Only 1 thing, Wi-Fi was terrible. So if you will come here make sure that your phone have data.

Just spent 10 nights doing Rock Royalty… well worth the extra $ for a quieter area and drinks and snacks. Staff were impressive and rooms kept spotless. Great location.

Hotel is fantastic, so much choice for breaky, facilities are so good and the pool area is insane! lovely friendly staff, never need to leave the resort. Centre stage bar, what an awesome place to chill and drink. The Reggae band were crazy good. Ajuz and maha are the coolest bartenders with amazing service and some fun tricks. Get down there to see the bands, its a MUST!

I was going to hard rock cafe a moment ago. I really like the band, sound system, bar design, bar tender, peoples. They are all good! Hard rock cafe is very good place for dinner and chill out. The atmosphere is great. The band sounds good but we can keep talking. Yeah. I think this place is recommended!

Wow… just checked out of the Roxity family Suite. Worth every cent! I can not recommend this place enough. The inclusions and staff were amazing. Only issue is we didnt stay long enough. Now planning our next trip for much longer. I just wish I could remember all the staffs name in the Roxity level who were amazing with our two young boys. Thank you for amazing family memories.

The service is just super, and the atmosphere of Hard Rock in place of :) Tropicburger with pineapples was super, more space was not enough)

Ok my review here might be a bit biased as I have always loved the hard Rock no mater where it is. Honestly speaking the food was great but the drinks could use some work. The staff was a bit slow to see us when we wished to order but the food service was quick. It's a great place to head to for a nice big lunch and a great place if you are a rocker like me. The memorabilia inside is just as good all around the world. No mater how many times you look at the same wall there is always something that you missed the first few times. Overall I would say Service 4.5 Food 5 Atmospher 5 Staff attitude 5.

The staff here are 5star! We have always been treated like rock royalty! From the Bar and the Restraunt to the cleaners and the pool staff, everyone is always smiling and they go above and beyond with the service. Josz has been amazing with looking after us in the bar and the restaurant, we are treated like rock royalty! Nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are big and clean and the front desk and room service staff are 5star.
From the first time we came here in 2012 we have been treated like royalty, the staff here are like family! Rose in the restaurant has been amazing always going above and beyond to make our stays a special and magical experience. The food at breakfast is amazing with choice beyond your imagination. With Indian, Asian, Western, freshly cooked, sweets, healthy choices, fruits, juices, and traditional fry ups. There's enough delicious choices to satisfy everyone.
The location is brilliant, very central to Kuta which makes it easy to walk for shopping and markets, and restaurants for outside of the hotel dining. There is great surf right in front of the hotel. The pools in the hotel are by far the biggest and best you will find in Bali! With activities for the kids and adults every day! And nice secluded areas where you can avoid the crowds too! There is a live band in the centerstage bar 7 nights a week. The band is always top quality musicians delivering the best mix of modern music and classic rock!

A 5 stars experiences, the staffs very helpful and smiley. I love the new renovating style of the place and gave 5 stars to the staffs. Cheers.

Nice location. Well kept. Service is friendly and caring. The food is not as good as other Hard Rock Cafes, probably because of unavailability of higher quality ingredients. It’s good, just not as good as what you might expect. The shop is quite big and has a lot of merchandising. the bar area has a lot of tv’s to catch up on sport games.

We've just checked out of our stay in the roxcity family suite, I have no words for how amazing it was. The room was above our expectations, we were gobsmacked from the moment we opened the door, to start with kids bathroom, kid pack with toothbrush and toothpaste, kids body wash and shampoo, a step for the toilet, kick boards and Goggles for the pool, so handy. Next the kids bedroom, PlayStation, tv, bunkbeds, beanbag, soft toys, books, kids robes and slippers they have thought o…f everything.
Next room, Day bed, small dining table and chairs, another tv, mini fridge which even had milk in it.
Main bedroom the most comfiest bed I've ever laid on, I literally fell asleep within a few minutes of my head hitting the pillow, the decor is funky and fresh, great selection of movies for the whole family. The main bathroom is huge and gorgeous, just stunning and the huge bath is to die for. They have thought of everything, gorgeous toiletries & even a bath pillow, I've never felt so relaxed. The chillout pool area is perfect for those relaxing days, dwi the barman is great and amazing service, never felt like anything was to much trouble, we had the included rock royalty, great selection of free cocktails, Bintang, wine from 5.

Gday was amazing so helpfull just made our day by the pool highly rate Gday excellent service. John and Dhanny boy were amazing barstaff they looked after us so well best ever experience. Come here for drinks highly rate. Nick at the bar was fantastic she was always so happy it was great talking to her learnt alot beautiful lady xxxx We are coming back next year.

Unfortunately we got served almost cold food, and the Burger's could not live up to Hard Rock standards (prices do), no discount. Medium rare turned out to be well done. Fries were also a bit disappointing.

What's with the sound, guys?! Music-The main thing in this café, and the solo is not audible at all, completely dirty rumble twisted drums. Generally uncalibrated, the artists can not shout through the music, and the guests are already ears to squeeze.
On other parameters only pluses: The staff chic, the food is tasty, a portion of combo duo have embraced to a dump) ribs excellent, pork is excellent, cocktails tasty. Only a lot of ice, it melts with every minute and the cocktail does not remain taste, solid water. And until the ice melted the cocktail yummy.
But the sound. The Sound… Still go for it in the first place.
The Music here consists of 80% of the noise, 15% hint of the melody, breaking through the Roar and ripples, and 5% of the voice of the artist, who hears one word in three. There were two groups in the evening, sing 4 people in turn-no one heard.

The Hard Rock Cafe of Kuta is not for me the best they seem to forget the alcohol in the cocktails and are much more interested in Australians than by the other customer by the way the Bali airport superb team awesome I strongly advise.

We had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe. We ordered chicken fajitas and drinks. The service was pretty good. Food and drinks not so good (and for the price. ) manager came by and she asked us about the food and drinks, we gave her honest feedback and she took 20% off the bill and offered a couple of free drinks. We did not expect or want either but she did go above and beyond. Hence 4 stars. Keep it up you guys. Will def come again because of the hospitality.

The café is in a busy place, the beach is less than a minute. With the logo constantly photo tourists) when I was playing a cover-band, Priynoe a splash, but the sound was not very good.
Food at 3, cocktail tears of dragon Ponravixia) prices are much higher than other establishments.

The prices are high, the cocktails are mediocre, there are places and more interesting.
The staff is nice, sociable, for someone it's a plus.
Hardrok in Moscow I like more.

Live music, after 10 pm you can go with children.

Good music overall with some good music memorabilia to look at on the walls if you know good music and good bands. Food and drinks are average and overpriced. If you are in Bali for a short period of time, give this super touristy place a miss and do some decent research to find many better local places or much better and cheaper western food places.

A regular bar/café with guitars on the walls. Prices are overpriced, burgers are norms, and generally weak menu. Played a cover band and it was a plus.

We visited on a Thursday evening and it was not too busy. The food and drinks were great. Special mention to the band who were playing on that night, they were excellent and played some of the audience requests. I have noticed that there is Hard Rock Cafe in Bali airport also, if you want to grab a quick drink or get a merchandise.

I would say the location is very strategic and it is right opposite the Kuta Beach and connected to Jamie's Italian restaurant. Like usual, its one of the best rock bar. I would say, the performers is well above par. One of the band played Still Got The Blues from Gary Moore, its like the real Gary Moore! Food price is reasonable. Shrimp and 2 fruit drinks somewhere around 35000 Rupiah. The staff is very polite and great! Just that the shop is quite pricy. If you've been to Istanbul's Hard Rock, the price in Bali is more than double. If you're a fan, why not? Cheers!

It's a great and fun location in Kuta for private events and parties as well as just going in and enjoying a typical Hard Rock experience. The staff are happy to with there, and the food and drinks are great. They always have very cool entertainment. It's also very easy to walk from Hard Rock to the beach or to other places on the strip. And, as always, the rock and roll decor is very cool.

An amazing rock experience and band was superb! Food is amazing and best the chicken wings here. Do try that! Singer Vyrose was realy nice and met us at our table. Which was very nice of her!

Food is good as usual. Quality seems consistent with the rest of the Hard Rock Cafe (s) in the different countries I’ve visited. Prices are on the high side as compared to the rest of Bali restaurants. But live band is good. It will be good if they can stop smoking indoor as it’s obnoxious to the rest of the diners.

Went there on weekday. I must say it's more becoming like a pub. No idea whether it lost it touched all these years or I went too late there. Entrance is free. Order drinks inside and enjoy the live music.

30€ for a t-shirt in Indonesia, where they probably invest around 50 cent to make one of them, I would say it is like buying a Mango here for 4€ instead than 40 cent. We bought one anyhow at the café, just because my gf collect them, but they gave it us in a paper bag. We went back to the Hard rock hotel shop to ask kindly if they could change the paper bag with their bag (for sure nicer) but they told us we should buy a t-shirt there, if we want to get it.

A typical hard Rock cafe with the typical expensive prices. We paid for our dinner about twice a normal dinner in Bali in the tourist Area. Nevertheless, a visit to a HRC belongs to me and there it is worth it. The restaurant is modernly furnished to a hrc, the music kept in the background in a pleasant volume. Next time Again. The obligatory T-shirt was of course obligatory.

Tried to sit outside. Waited quite a while, no waiter showing up. Almost empty — live band supposed to play. Zero atmosphere — I left when looking into the menu, totally overpriced for Bali, I left without spending a rupiah. 3 stars as all could be nice if more people here, live band playing… the ambience is good.

Shop is nice and the colours of the shirts are very uncommon amongst other HRC I've visited. Burgers are great of course and the all atmosphere is totally western so don't go there if you're on a cheap budget.

Usually hard rock, located here on the busy street of the sea at the appendix of the Hard Rock Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was very good. To be remarked in all HRC recently visited a marked increase in the price of gadgets.

What about, the Hard Rock always has its charm and I was very curious to see that of Bali with adjoining Hotel.
The venue is as usual well furnished and with many tables, stage with screen attached. We also found the evening with live music, very pleasant
The bad part but you already knew is that it is not cheap at all, for 2 burgers and a jug of beer we spent 50 euros, more than we thought we would spend!

Came slightly after my official check in time and I had to wait an hour for my room to be ready still. Then when got in the room, there was dead flies on the floor and there was hair in the bathtub. Really disgusting. Not worth the huge amount of money.

Decent hotel with good kids club and nice location on Kuta beach. Reasonable size rooms but food and drinks very expensive. That said there are plenty of decent bars and restaurants a short walk from the hotel, including the on-site Jamie's Italian.

An amazing hotel in an amazing location! It is literally just across the Kuta Beach. The breakfast that we get for free there is just delicious and the activities we can do there are very fun. It is a festive atmosphere with music as its main core.

Fabulous place, just across Kuta Beach, and near to traditional market location. Though the rate per night is sure pricey, it is worth a pleasant stay.

As for ronald remember Us a sister that give u one of my hand band rastazz. That yr hand was so big… kikiki. The best is went I was doing a surprize birthday bash for my lively sister JoJo. I plan wf the stuff of hard rock together wf the band. They are very supporting cool … Salute the band when came the song YMCA. The most cuties n sweet memories we bring hm… If theres a chance I will ho there again. Live You all The Band Of Hard Rock cafe, Retail Hard Rock. We arrived for dinner a bit late but turned out the band was starting soon, which was great we got to pick where we sat and the staff were some of the friendliest servers iv ever encountered in a restaurant they really made this night special. The food was great we over ordered as everything looked good, we asked for a small nachos and boy were we suprised by the size of the small its was massive such good value. The cocktails were made great and just to what we had asked for, prices were expensive for Bali standard but I thought very fair of jot cheaper than western standards. The band was great, my only big negative is that people can smoke right infront of you, im out for a nice meal I dont want their disgusting second hand smoke coming in while im eating, I feel a seperate area like some restaurants alrwasy have would be much more plesent.

Great place close to the beach and very similar to all other HRC in the world. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. Skip the burgers and try their local noodle dish — I forget the name but it's on the menu. Tons of flavor and quite filling. Only thing is that you have to love MSG, which is food crack, and I can't get enough of it.

A Must on every holiday. Prices may be high, but otherwise everything is fine.

We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe in Kuta & it was great! The staff is at the top, smiling, very friendly, the pampering for you & we ate very well, it was delicious, meat quality & dessert we took the chees cake oreo, the share was just huge! Good thing we got that took a part for two otherwise we would have never managed to finish this huge part! Very good atmosphere! One thing to say: go ahead!

The room is a little small but that's not really that big of a problem, The location is perfect, The Staff are very Nice, Friendly, and polite, Service is The Best i've experienced, Breakfast menu changes everyday, Pool is real awesome, 10/10 would stay here again.

Firstly I'll state that the rooms are a little dated, but due to the the time you actually spend in them, it didn't make that much of a difference. The staff there are fantastic. They remembered our names, were nice to our children and took time out to help us with anything we need. The facilities for children were fantastic. If you don't have children, then there are other places I would suggest you stay, this is very family orientated. The breakfast (which was included in our package) was brilliant, and was the best I have ever had in Bali. Overall, this is a great place to stay our kids preferred to stay at the pool in the Hotel than go on day trips (apart from Waterbom Park). Lastly a few life hacks for the Hard Rock Hotel 1. You get two free ice buckets per day — call room service 2. There are DVD players, you need to ask for one and then wait for one to be available 3. Book Jamie Oliver's restaurant which didn't disappoint 4. Children need to be 4 years or over to be in the kids club.

Beautiful place, had a pleasing during our 3 nights stay. Walking distance to the famous kuta beach, took the surfing lesson from experienced surfer just in front of the hotel.

Good but expensive, they need to reduce their room price because its small and the balcony very small as well, and Landry cost with the tax charge %21 for any an order or service. The only thing not in any hotel their staff lovely and happy to welcome you everywhere.

I booked a room in Hard Rock Hotel Bali, because of swim-up pool bar that was highly recommended on travel sites. It is under renovation now. Without this one thing I was exited about, the whole Hard Rock experience is quite mediocre.
