Nice and tasty thaali loved it.

Visited Shreyas today after a long gap. It is the best restaurant in Pune for the authentic Maharashtrian food. They also have a la carte option available at reasonable prices along with regular Thali. All safety precautions were followed. Very testy food. Loved Modak, aamrakhand & Puranpoli. A must visit place with your family…

Shreyas restaurant delivered food at home this week, and it was a great experience overall! Food quality was excellent as always & delivery was on time! Highly recommend if you are looking for a true taste of Maharashtrian food, whether dine-in or delivered to home! Special thanks to the courteous front desk and concierge staff for their flexibility when the preferred GPay didn't work.

We had organised a function for engagement of my son at Amber hall. The staff was very polite and the food & services were the best you could get in town. To top it all, team Shreyas surprised us by adding 'ukdiche modak' as a complimentary dish to our menu. All in all, a great experience. Will recommend Shreyas Banquets to everyone. Hello My mother stayed at Hotel Shreyas during her quarantine after her flight from USA Awesome hotel, owner, staff, food and service! We thank youMandar Chitale for your helping and kind nature throughout right from booking information of hotel till my mother checks out from hotel. My mother felt very homely, Hotel Shreyas staff was following all Covid precautions, they followed all quarantine precautions, food was packed very professionaly in disposable containers, morning tea was served as per my mother’s requirement!
staff was very courteous and helpful! Food quality was excellent and they made sure to understand all requirements of my mother’s diet as she is diabetic. I was very stressed till my mother reached Mumbai. But Mr Mandar Chitale texted me when mom landed in Mumbai n also when she checked in the hotel. We thank you for all your support and understanding! It was a great experience staying at Shreyas for 7 days. Every person from management to ground support staff ensured the stay is "At-Home", especially during this Covid Situation. They have a great support staff and credit goes to Shreyas Management that they have maintained it very well. Not a single person I found was exception to this. Everybody including reception staff ensured we are Safe and also Happy here Food was excellent as always and with best quality. They had variety items and with good taste as well. Getting good internet connection was very important for me to Work from Hotel during my 7 days stay, and they ensured internet connection with "un-interrupted" and good bandwidth for the conference calls / meetings. Overall BEST experience staying at Shreyas and would definitely recommend for short Stay.

Nice place for short stay. Good food — which is the cause of the negative point I'll speak about this hotel. Entry to this hotel is very narrow and there's hardly any place in the hotel for parking. At times it takes 10 — 15 mins to simply get the vehicle inside. There are bikes parked on one side hence two cats can't pass.

Visited this hotel for a friend's marriage party. The location is good (could be missed while driving though) and food was decent for the party. They have good number of parking spaces. I haven't tried the food in the restaurant so can't comment on that.

Don't mistake this hotel with THE SHREYAS. This Shreyas is popularly known for its A/C banquet hall specially for small functions. Has an accommodation capacity of 150. Serves good vegetarian food, nice service, clean surroundings. Charge Rs. 16000/_+taxes for 3 hours. They have 35 A/c Rooms, charges 3000/_+taxes. Thus quite popular with people who want to avail rooms and the hall for a family function like small wedding or the like. But unfortunately has very small parking space.

One of the best family vegetarian hotels in Deccan. It provides very good and delicious homely food along with some mouth watering starters. The food is a combination of Brahmin and Marathi cuisine. Don't miss it, if you visit Pune.

Decent hotel, excellent location, good food, budget price. Guest parking was available. But they still use those awful phenyl tablets in cupboards. No tea coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was nice but had to wait for some items. Overall value for money.

Good Maharashtrian food. This hotel also allows you to conduct various ceremonies as they have multiple halls. The staff here is pretty friendly and they also strictly adhere to timings. Also it's pretty crowded so booking and reservations are a must.

I and my sister had stayed here 3-4 times. We always opted for Maharashtrian thali. The food items served for breakfast, lunch and dinner are too yummy. Service is prompt, staff is very polite and helpful. Even if we go out during day time, we always make it a point to reach back for dinner thali. The puranpoli served as dessert is one of our favourite dishes.

If anyone wants to eat & experience ethnic Maharashtrian food the way it is being cooked traditionally in Konkan area of Maharashtra! then Shreyas is the only place that can give experience. But having said this, cost of food is not at all affordable. In turn, Hotel Shreyas is loosing out great number of consumers. And that's the loss of customer. Loss of revenue. Loss of visibility. Loss of brand. Shreyas, day by day is becoming comfort place than needy place.

We opted for an approximately-₹300 thali which included unlimited food and 'basundi'. It was totally not worth that money. There are other great options for the same amount with great food. I cannot recommend on stay experience.

Wonderful location. Green. Warm reception area. More important very comfortable for hosting function with dining for 200 People. Food is Authentic Marathi and excellent.

Had maharashtrian thali for the 1st time. It was delicious. Also service is also Good. Fully crowded. And there is waiting room outside the restaurant.

Attended their Diwali 'Faraal' together with the breakfast buffet which they will introduce from October 2017. Authentic dishes from any Maharashtrian kitchen, albeit done well and with heart. The space seemed crammed and slightly chaotic with so many Punekars wanting to partake in the fare and give a rest to their kitchens. However, in terms of the diverse homely food on offer and the attractive Rs. 200/ — pp for an eat all you can buffet breakfast means Shreyas has a winner on their hands.

Very bad hotel… First they told us it's 230/ — Rs then after eating food we were charged 270/ —. Sweet are charged extra. Don't eat "Bhajji" and "Vadi" it contains Soda just to fill ur stomach so that u can't eat more.

Rooms are quite vintage style and small. They charge a bomb which is worth. However, they give you amazing Breakfast and Dinner as complementary. Lip smacking food.

They wash the rice in Cooking Soda looks like to remove stickiness. My kid was vomitting the next day after eating Dal Chawal. Also the quality of vsggies served is way below compared to what it was about 5, 6 years ago. Sorry but not going there ever again.

In spite of being so popular for more than 20 years, I give 3 stars not for food quality but for reluctant to change attitude. There is a need to enhance the overall customer experience Simple thing like 1. Decorating the restaurant which has been the same for years. 2. Expanding the capacity of the restaurant 3. Expanding the parking lot 4. Taking social responsibility i. E. Lot of traffic congestion happens on Apte road at entry point for this restaurant, there seems to be no attempt to solve this. There is no point being nostalgic about the place and quality. This restaurant must take the next step to enhance customer experience.

Recently got a chance to visit Shreyas. Though I had heard a lot but cudnt go. Coming to the point — I entered this place and directly got the table (unlike the other places in pune esp on weekend where waiting is too much that u will loose ur patience) my happiness knew no bounds as I was super hungry and it was very hot outside. They served the food fatafat which I totally loved. Food was yumm and I had ordered Aamras being mango season, n it was totally worth. After finishing food we though to wait for 5-10 mins n saw that they were serving kokam sarbat to the customers who were waiting, which was very thoughtful and this is what taking care of ppl is. Staff service is excellent. Ambience is also good. In short I am love with this place and would definitely recommend it.

Not just for the food but the concept which Mandar & his team wants to in-cultivate as many city lights especially the younger genre has never actually seen hurda like things which are backbone of our village culture! Full marks to this restaurant. It is quite famous in Pune and also on food reviews online. The location is a bit of a miss, but ask anyone and you will not go wrong. All the five stars are for the wonderful hospitality and service. I ordered a thali and food seemed to be coming on a conveyor belt, so fast was the service. Unlimited food, if you have enough space in your stomach and light on the wallet. I loved the pumpkin subzi, it was simply lovely. And not to miss the koshimbir, more of a raita, but finger licking good. Do visit this restaurant if you are looking for a vegetarian Maharashtrian thali.

An overly priced decent Maharashtrian thali (combo meal) place. Sweet / desserts is not included in the packaged meal, one has to buy it separately. Food is so so, service is not great. Waiters need decency / manners education.

They serve typical menu means authentic Maharashtrain thali. Like 2-3 curries, chapati, puris, raita (koshimbir), vada, pakodi, mini uttapa like thingy, varan-bhat with fresh ghee. Sweet: puran poli, modaks, amrakhand, gulab jamun and basundi. You can book table in advance to avoid long waiting, having valet parking facility.

Fantastic food. No overloading with too many dishes, and the food served was tasty and well prepared. Only major issue is parking. There are just 10 cars worth of parking space immediately in front of the hotel, and the way to and fro is a single lane which can barely accommodate one car at a time.

Not so great any more. This is my 4th visit and visit was far from being pleasant. Hot water available for limited time. Never got it once. Wi-Fi connection is pathetic. Food quality has degraded a lot. Had to go out and eat. Staff was very good and supportive. Will try to find another hotel for next visit. They charged Rs 3000 for the room, but room's curtains were torn.

Had a pathetic experience while having dinner due faulty AC. AC pipe — water was leaking into my meal from above. Unhygienic food and place.

I stayed in room number 202, a Standard A. C. Room on 8.10.2014 for two days which costed me at Rs. 2348/ — per day, including taxes + breakfast, dinner and Wi-Fi complimentary Rooms : *** Good for a short stay. Spacious enough for 2 persons. Washroom was clean and spacious as well. A. C, TV and lights work well. In standard room the have a wodden cupboard which can be locked. No additional locker facility. At first the shower is a difficult to understand, but you will get used to it soon. The water streams from the shower flowes in all the directions but on you, hence you will need to plan on exactly where to stand and take bath. Hot and cold water for bathing is 24 hrs. Food : ** Breakfast was good. Dinner was ok but could have been better. Good for people who are looking for a very simple and home made taste maharashtrian food. Wifi : — * (a negative star) Does not work well. The Wi-Fi signal do not cross 2 bars even on the reception. In the room, there is absolutely NO Wi-Fi signals. Staff : ***** Very friendly and well trained staff. The hotel even has an in-house travel assistance which is very useful at times. Staff is very polite and welcoming. The service boy arives at your room very promptly when called. Location : *** A quiet and peaceful place to stay at Apte road, Deccan Gymkhana. Good for family and business travellers.
