Used to be good hotel, now it’s over, nothing is good in rooms now Absolutely No.

Amazing experience, polite and good staff.

Food is good, Location is good, Room are not clean as per standard, not hygienic. Rates are high as compared to other available hotels.

Hotel Orchard was beautiful once. Well kept. Now it's shabby. A mild disturbing smell had to be endured. Guess it's damp. There are better options at that rate.

Great place with awesome ambience, staff, service, everything is absolutely fantastic. Within a city you can get a holiday feel & enjoyment. Also very very good, recommended for official seminars, meetings, party, guest stay etc etc … Just visit once to get your own feel & experience.

It's a tremendous PROPERTY all things are available like if u want to do some shopping restaurant everything is here … it's really in a nice location superb I'll say.

Worst lunch I ever had in hotels, also not enough space and facilities in seminar hall.

The lock system of the room didn't work and they took 2 hrs to allocate ne a new room.

Service is very good. But food Quality is not good. Food Quality needs improvement and for waters-keep eye on shortage of food at Lunch and Breakfast time. Overall Good.

Pillow are smaller than those of our children’s pillow. Bathroom is not clean, smelling like old nullah. Ac cooling is not good, remote of ac is not mobile its fixed at one place There are no toileties like tooth brush, paste hand towel shampoo in room. Increases the prices of room and then gives discount on various booking sites. I guess photos are morphed what we see and what we get is different. One of my light in the room doesn't work. TV is so small that I had to sprain my eyes to see or watch anything Dont take this hotel. Not worth.

Great service, great hospitality. Staff is hospitable. Security personnel are quite friendly and helpful. Front office staff are also. Rooms are neat and clean. Mattress is of good quality. Ambiance is excellent.

We friends were out on vacation, This place is near to Station and good evening places to hangout and to have dinner. Good hotel.

This place need some repairs atleast in bathroom every where you will find a leakage… if you will drain the bathtub, drainage get started overflowing inside the floor. as per price may it will disappoint you.

My stay here was comfortable. Staff was hospitable. We had an event in their tastefully done up banquet. But we were horrified to see that there were rats scurrying around in a hotel of this repute. That is unacceptable.

Stayed there for one night, the staff was really cooperative and the rooms are clean, they just need to work on their internet connectivity.

Perfect place to spend a quality evening with special someone. They do take care of the moments, makes it an amazing experience for special dates. Manager named Anish was very welcoming and had arranged everything just like I wanted.

I have been there for many times. Hotel staffs are good and services are average. Good location and market and shops are nearby.

A budget hotel. Rooms are spacious. They have bath tubs in bathrooms. Efficient service. Nothing fancy, so good for a short business visit. The location is good.

I've stayed here twice. First time was a good experience. Slightly overpriced though! Second time the room switches were nit working. I could not plug in my charger to any socket in the room. The bathtub had no block lid. When I demanded one they said you'll get it in the morning only. In room costing you around 3.5-4k you just get only two tiny soaps as bathroom supplies. Rest was okay. Staff was polite. Breakfast is fine. The beds and comfy. Lighting in the rooms is great! Average! Must reduce rates.

Had a chance to visit this hotel as a training was being held at this venue. The service staff are very helpful and rates are on the lower side. Had food for breakfast and lunch, wasn't too bad. There were some finer things which happen to strike you, for eg — no toilet papers in the bathrooms, unclean bathrooms and so on. Cleanliness wise I found the place lacking, but I suppose that's what you get for 2.5k a night. Lots of scope for improvement!

Reasonable at this cost in the heart of the city with decent facilities. Most being populated by corporate officials. Do not expect world.
