Good budget hotel. Neat and clean rooms.

Staff are very supportive. Provided all the facilities required. Recycled water bottles. Food was good.

Very bad experience … As they have maintioned about the hotel amenities They are not providing… No dental kit No tea making pot. Slow service… Room telephone not working properly… Will not go again to this hotel…

Best place to stay in low budget and situated in mid city.

Nice, big, clean room. Bed are big, bathroom-toilet are clean, food is good but costly But in my room insect are present in bed, no Wi-Fi range in room.

The place where this Hotel, situated is a prime location Deccan Gymkhana area. Ambience is good. Food quality is also good except parking.

“Bed bugs + AC Problems” — Issue 1: Upon arrival in the afternoon and was first met with — "we need you to pay by cash now, follow me to the ATM". From a person traveling since 7am I expected a bit more courtesy. Problem 1: The first room — the AC was not working — so they put me in a new room (without the help of moving my luggage). In the new room — it was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and the walls of the room were dirty. Also — I was bitten by bed bugs.

Overall Very Bad experience. First the reception staff doesnt know to handle and welcome the guests and kept my family waiting for over an hour in the atrium without any fan in the Pune heat, as the room was being vacated by earlier guests and was being cleaned. Secondly the restaurant was let out for some job interview programme and the hotel guests were made to sit under the canopy in the heat for lunch. Lastly the worst part was when my family was having an afternoon nap the hotel staff knocked once and just entered the room using his duplicate card. (please note there were no latch inside as the door locking is automated and operated by card) when asked he said he had come for room service. I mean where is the sense of security in staying such a hotel. So we booked another hotel for the next day. And checking out the next day the receptionist didnt even ask why we checked out in-spite of having booking for that day. So I wud say to my fellow travellers plz decide for your own n dont spoil your vacations.

The hotel had a neat, modern look. Had booked it through go ibibo so had got a very reasonable deal. The only thing which I felt it lacked was a dorm for drivers.

Stayed here a few day on business. This hotel is an excellent value. Set around a well designed atrium lobby the rooms are comfortably furnished with large LCD flatscreen, comfy beds shower with tub and plenty of hot water. The place is very clean and quiet. Service was excellent. Restaurant and room service food was very good. My only complaint is that the high speed internet was a bit unreliable, but it is India so that pretty much comes with the territory. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend that you do so also.
