Hotel Sapna is good place to stay. Facilities and services what they provide is worth the price. This hotel has an systematic way for everything. Food over here is also awesome, quality and quantity is also good. I would recommend to all of my fellow people.

I had not gone inside the hotel but had thali lunch in restaurant outside. Food was above average and Courtney and personal touch was missing. Hotel appears to be a budget hotel.

Very good experience. Exceed my all expectations, they upgraded our room from non AC to Delux room (nice gesture). Location is great, all famous food joints near to this plac, great experience…,,

This hotel has been my choice since last 10 months. Everyone here is really helpful. Ask for anything, you'll get some help. Though a 2 facility but they provide services like 5.

Best budget hotel in the heart of the city. Lot of amenities are provided in a room. Breakfast is simply awesome. Staffs are humble. Value for money.

Visited this place for their famous Mahabhog Thaali. Staff is good and well care taking. Food is tasty. You can pay using credit/debit card.

If you are visiting pune for the first time, consider this hotel as an option. Make sure you prebook, because they run out of rooms pretty soon and charge you extra (take the hint). Better to pre book by oyo, else they will charge you 3, 700/ — bucks for a day. Anyway ameneties were sufficient and their food was great, especially morning breakfast.

Very high price for a 2 star hotel. You can get better hotels at this rate. Rooms were smelling with naphthalene balls, too much dust on table chairs and window. Food was good but breakfast was not at all good, way too spicey, not much options but overall it was good, ameneties provides were also good. Only complaints about rooms and staff.

It's a very old property. My dad had been staying here since the Eighties. But even in 2018 it is very maintained, very clean and very contemporary… Amazing location, great services, great food.

I have been to this hotel during my visit to Pune. Although I had made my booking on makemytrip portal where I was clearly told that my room price includes free parking, I was told upon my arrival that I have to park my car on the busy road. Worst, makemytrip guys were not reachable for the next 90 minutes to resolve this issue. But thanks to the hotel manager who not only offered to pay for the paid parking for the next 2 days, he also offered to upgrade me free of charge to the best suit available on the premises. This kind of examplory customer service I had definitely not expected from a hotel manager in India. The room service was very prompt and courteous. Food was pure vegetarian thali system but the quality was not that great. Very few menu options were available. But we found a South Indian hotel just across the road which offered good food for reasonable price.

A 1973 established hotel and refurbished. Decent hotel for family. Rooms are equipped with all modern amenities. However rooms have a refurbished hangover. Friendly staff with good room service from the attached restaurant. Have a lift and a small parking. Located in an amazing locality with lot of famous eateries and showrooms. In walking distance. They have a app based pick and use cycle stand just outside the hotel which can be pedaled on the wide footpath. Over all a good bargain.

Nice uncrowded place with simple yet elegant ambience… You get one of the best Paav Bhaji's in town… definitely deserves a try.

The location was really nice and so was the ambience of the place. Food was fine but the room service was really helpful. In all I had a great experience.

Breakfast (complimentary) is awesome u can eat like a king. Room and hotel is neat and clean. Staffs are very supportive and helpful (thanks to Mr. Prasanth). Location is also good near by main road jungli maharaj road aka jm road. They provide tooth brush, tooth paste, shower gel n shampoo, daily news paper. In room Bluetooth speaker available, hair dryer, locker, charging point is available (round n square both). In 100 meters there is a park.

Tasty breakfast.

This is the worst place one could choose for staying. We booked a delux room on the phone but on the day of staying when we reached some dingy and probably the tiniest one available was given to us. Their service is extremely slow. We had to call the help desk at least twice for anything we needed. Firstly, the water was dirty. It was filled with some green algae like substance and obviously not usable at all. To top it off there was a seepage in the ceiling and to cover it up they placed a dustbin right below it to collect the water. It was disgusting because there was continuous water dripping from the top. The bedsheets were stained and some places even had burnt holes in them. They don’t even have a proper restaurant for eating. All they had was Pulav and some pav bhaji. They even lied to us about that saying that they had everything but when we went to have dinner, we learnt this limited choice menu. Moreover, the bed was not comfortable. Not to mention the room was extremely restrictive and there was barely any place to even walk around. It was a pathetic experience and I would discourage anyone who’s considering this option.

You will get better thalis here… it is an old hotel since 1973… Thalis are the speciality here… silver thali and golden thali are some types… must try…

Good value for money. Good location.

I stayed at Hotel Sapna for one month on a business trip and had a wonderful time. The rooms are nice and very clean. The staff is incredibly helpful making the stay for a first-time India traveller like me a fantastic experience. Good breakfast, complimentary newspaper, and very responsive hotel management. The thali in the restaurant downstairs is also very tasty. I will definitively stay here again if I travel to Pune.

Finally got a picture before I emptied the whole Thali! Hotel Sapna is back with their sumptuous Thali — and it only got better! Super menu, great taste, good value for money, courteous staff and excellent hygiene and food quality. For anyone looking for *Authentic Gujrathi Food* Sapna's Thali is where you should rush to. The Puran poli was delicious, Dhokla could melt in your mouth, shaak (vegetables) especially my favourite cauliflower, each one rich in taste, this place is a Gujju foodies delight! Chundo to thepla, Dhokla to Gujarati kadhi, kachumbar to Gali rotli — Each day everyday, Sapna's Thali all the way! This one's a must try!

Good budget hotel with nice options for breakfast. But parking space for cars is very inconvenient. No place for driver to sleep. No bedsheets provided to the drivers. Atleast they can offer this much to them. Lots of mosquitoes in the parking space.

Situated in Deccan, this is the best budget hotel. Breakfast provided is good but does not have eggs as an option. Rooms are spacious and the service is personalised. Again, this is a budget hotel and you get more worth than you pay.

Good place. But in a city like Pune, there are much more options. No doubt, the place is great. But the environment there is somewhat dull, dark, clumsy type. Breakfast was great though.!

This property is indeed a two-star moth ball / moldy hotel. The room is dark. Based on what a few guest wrote it is pretty accurate. Dingy is the word. Overpriced for what you get. The only redeeming quality is some of staff is friendly and breakfast selections were good. This property has so much potential to be a great hotel with some upgrades and some deep cleaning. Why does 2 stars have to be dirty? I have no intention of ever staying there again. Much better hotels in the area for the same price and quality customer service.

One of the best hotels and services in pune.

Hey, Hotel Sapna is good place to stay if you are on a budget. I wanted to host few friends for my brother’s reception. They really enjoyed the stay and had good things to say about the hotel. Best thing was that it did not cost me a lot. I will recommend this place to friends in the future.

Pleasant experience would recommend for family.

The hotel is in a very good location. The main market and popular hangout areas are within 2 to 3 kms. Plenty of eateries nearby so I would not recommend the Jayshree restaurant on ground floor. The staff are very helpful. Every request was responded with quick action. The things I did not like are, the hotel is old and this shows on the walls where the paint is peeling off. The bed linings and towels were torn. Bottom line is that it is an average hotel, however taking the location into consideration is value for money.

The moment I booked the hotel, I got a follow-up call from one of the executives of the hotel confirming my stay at the hotel. This really pleased me. The day I visited the hotel, I was treated very well. Overall my stay at the hotel was pleasant. Commendable service and staff.

The best place to stay around.

We were looking for an affordable and centrally located budget hotel on J. M road. Hotel Sapna exceeded our expectations. They offer great service, clean rooms, best location in a relaxing setting.

Hotel Sapna is an excellent hotel with services that fit the budget. The rooms are clean, spacious and well organized. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant that serves mouth-watering dishes. It was overall good experience.

I have stayed at many hotels in Pune, but nothing compares to Hotel Sapna. Right from check-in to check-out I had a superb experience. Overall, the service was good and worth the money. I would prefer staying here again rather than go anywhere else.
